Aryte Posted August 30, 2008 Share Posted August 30, 2008 Division commanders and officers. :D I humbly suggest you create a specific NCO within your division with the sole purpose of being a "goto" guy for new members. They would handle generic questions and orientation assistance for any new member of your division. A resource sergeant.
