VAC members will assist in defense and hang out on region while their own region is constructed. VAC is heavily considering IS membership . . so it's a great opportunity to extend the olive branch. VAC will be adjusted on Mercury to reflect this. What to expect:- VAC officers in Ordo Ventrilo from time to time.- VAC use of the IS spawn.- Some participation from VAC in combat.- Regular VAC visitation.Any issues with a VAC member should be directly reported to an officer or myself!
