Yes. The Lindens thought it would be wise to hardware ban me for my age rather than to merely lock my accounts and prevent my IP from creating a MG account. I am currently negotiating with Linden Lab support to get that cleared up so may return to using a normal viewer, because at the moment I am fully frustrated with the level of professionalism that was displayed with handling my case. It has been a full week since I first filed a support ticket, and rather than give me closure, they decided to keep asking for more and more personal information to prove my existence as a human being. No, I did not install Copybot. I'm about ready to call them if my support ticket isn't responded to, finalized, resolved, and closed by midnight tomorrow night, because their Support Team is showing very little competence at the moment through their indirect services. Thanks. Yeah, I used Smoothmetal on those. Currently searching for better textures, the sheetmap I used was very mottled and cluttered, not to mention that it gets very pixelated as I stretch it more and more. Textures for curved surfaces on polygonally-modeled weapons are very difficult to work with in Second Life, making the grip a pain in the ass. I could just commission Tangent again, as Tangent does some really neat sculpting work (he did the grips on my DAO-12), but unfortunately I don't have the money for that nor, at the moment, the ability to contact him. And Vlad, you know, I could just delete the gun from my inventory and not give it to Ordo, if you really feel that way.

Oh, well I can indeed work on something. I'm doing something at the moment (on the Teen Grid, as "Keystone Dechtar".), working it through, by request of Tsume. Between my vicious lapses of compulsive TF2 playing (wish I had more people to satiate the addiction with... two people not ENUFF FOR EPIC TEAMPLAY. Dx), I'm managing to work it through. For a gun I started building yesterday, I've made some really intense progress on it; 5% textured, and the build is 95% done. EDIT: Don't ask about the Mac-10; Carmine Dayafter (former Merczateer) was underage, copybotted it and brought it with him when he got agebanned. The fucker watched me build it from day one til I finished it, decided to nab it as I completed it (Notice the texture on the rear of it is out of place; I was working with planars at the time). He brought it to the TG. I'm using it as a sizing reference. Irony wins. I still plan to legally bitchslap him though. He got an email from his imperator that said that ANs and Vanguards were attacking his place and aksed him for help so he went. Aelus Janus got his computer shut down and wet on the platform to go up to the roof of the vae victus where he left his velox and normal people close because he was in his badass coat. Aelus Janus got on his velox and said "its time for me to live up to the ordo name and face full life consequences" so he had to go. Aelus Janus ramped off the vae victus and did a backflip and landed. He kept driving down the volcano and made sure there was no solders around because he ddint have adjudicator! The mars were nice and the grunts were singing and the minelayers and the ad was almost down from the top of the sky. the mood was set for Aelus Januss quest to help his imperator where he was. Aelus Janus looked around the marslands and said "its a good day to do what has to be done by me and help my imperiator to defeat the enemys!". Aelus Janus was late so he had to drive really fast. A grunt was hiden near by so when Aelus Janus went by the grunts came and wanted his velox. Here Aelus Janus saw the first noob because the grunt was crazy and had a towel. "I cant give you my velox" Aelus Janus said "Why not?" said the towel grunt back to Aelus Janus. "Because you are towel run grunt" so Aelus Janus shot the grunt in the head and drove off thinking "my imperitator is in trouble there" and went faster. Aelus Janus had to go faster like the speed of sound and got there fast because Aryte needed him where he was. Aelus Janus looked at road signs and saw "Supox" with someons writing under it saying "u shudnt come here" so Aelus Janus almost turned around but heard screaming like Kitsy behind him so he went faster again. Aelus Janus drove in and did another flip n jumped off his velox and the velox took out some rainbow warriors infront of Aelus Janus. Aelus Janus smiled and walked fast. Aelus Janus then looked on the ground and found adudicater so he pickd it up and fired fast at snowmew in front of a house. Aelus Janus said "snowmew leave this place" and the snowmew said "but this is my house :(" and Aelus Janus felt sorry for them becaus he couldnt live there anymore because he was snowmew so he blew up the house and killed the snowmew so he were at piece. Then Aelus Janus herd another scream from his Kitsy so he kept walking really faster to get where he was. Spuox was nothing like the mars there was no grunts singing and the grunts were banned and teh dirt was messy and bloody from the snowmew. When Aelus Janus got to where the screaming was quietest from he found his imperator Aryte Vesperia fightin the Nanao and Aryte said "Aelus Janus! Over here!" so Aelus Janus went there to where Aryte Vesperia was fighting. Aelus Janus fired his bullet from teh aduducator really fast and the bullets went and shot the Nanao in the penis and the Nanao couldnt rape children. Aryte Vesperia said "its time to end this ones and for all!" and punched the Nanao in the face and the Nanao fell. Aelus Janus said "thanks i could help, sir" and Aryte Vesperia said "you should come here earlier next time" and they laughed. The laughed overed quickly though because Aelus Janus yelled "LOOK OUT SIR!" and pointed up to the top of the sky. Aryte Vesperia looked up and said "NOO! Aelus Janus run out of here fast as you can!" and Aelus Janus walked real fast out. Aelus Janus loked back and saw Aryte get ejected and teleporterd home and he was mad and angry. "I'll get you back evil Nanao!" Aelus Janus yelled at the top of lungs. to be continued..?

I was recently informed about a ToS entry on Google Chrome, which basically says that anything you type when using their browser belongs to them, meaning if you're writing a novel or something on a website and it gets popular, they can swoop in and say, "well wait a minute, you signed this ToS, so this is ours now and we don't have to pay you a dime." So yeah. I wouldn't use it. I respectfully disagree; I do not recommend.

Quoted for truth. This is something I have been preaching for ages in the military community, and I haven't found a way to say it this effectively. I myself talk to Mikael from time to time; my first experience of him civilly was on the Mercz. docks where he, myself, and Harlequin had a very long chat. I was a Mladshiy Recruit back then. Rather than shoot me on sight, his first response was an IM asking me if he wanted to hang out. Learned quite a bit of how a "bad" individual isn't really a bad individual at all. The Ascendant Initiative has different ideas about how combat is perfected. Their vision of combat is perfect and so is ours. It's all about perspective, and everyone forgets that. They aren't out to ruin us, they aren't out to destroy us (or, at least, most of them aren't). They're here to make an effective military roleplay just as we are. It just so happens that they are of a bit more conservative approach to new gear, which frustrates some, but I don't mind it. I enjoyed the grav pack. I never used one, but I have fought against them, and it's no trouble at all. So they can get into restricted areas, yeah, sure, but where's the fun in cornering them and beating the living crap out of them? The AN's approach is thus: If it worked until then, it'll work for as long as the system permits. Anything new that challenges their system scares them, because they themselves are afraid of being outdone. In this situation, their usage of certain weapons to fight back are merely self defense to an over-evolving attack force, and, upon chatting with several of their members on personal diplomatic assignments, I've found that they are perfectly okay with being blockaded in the long run. There will always be disputes because there are a few wild card members who fuck things up for the rest of us rather than talking it out peacefully. But I'm seeing a trend of picking out certain people to go after. Keep in mind that, again, they have their ideas, we have ours, and we need to set an example for not only Ordo, but ourselves and our friends, to make it clear that we will not force our beliefs too rigidly to the point where it turns into anger. Anger leads to hate, and hate is not something you want to have for the person on the other end of a video game. ~Keystone EDIT: And with all due respect, Phillip: You are not right in insulting others even if you are confident in knowing how to insult them. You completely missed the fact that Krow pointed out: You are a representative - and a high profile one, as AN knows you from the Mercz/AN Attachment Uriel debacle - of the Ordo Imperialis. Anything you say can get blasted as Ordo truth, especially on the concept of attachment aircraft. Remember, "tact" is not weakness; "tact" is saying what you want to say without it being offensive. You end up getting the same message across with less anger on both sides, and tact is how good diplomacy works.
