I really think it needs to be said: the Frumentarii is amazing. You rarely hear about them -- because they're actually really good at what they do! I must say, as a commander, it is a sincere privilege to have such a well rounded and very potent covert agency. There are very few actions that occur externally and internally that aren't noted by an agent long before they're dated to occur. Thank you, you secret guys, you.

For the sake of not allowing misinformation to flow around, Lairyth Karu was ejected as of 10/04/08 at 9:28 PM SLT for disregarding repeated warnings about conducting lone-wolf operations at his own accord. It was made known to me that they: 1. Joined an enemy faction without approval. 2. Informed others I "OK'D" it. 3. Upon being ejected from the enemy faction for internal matters within it, decided he was: 3a. A Frumentarii operative. 3b. Had the right to conduct espionage against them. Lairyth Karu was provided multiple warnings from Tiridates Mikadze about the illegality of the matter: [21:06] Tiridates Mikadze: I suggest that if you haven't done anything, that you don't carry through, and that if you have done something, you slit your damn belly right now. Lairyth Karu was then warned by my own person: [21:12] Aryte Vesperia: Yes, you will be ejected. [21:12] Aryte Vesperia: No, it isn't patriotism. It's insubordination. Neither warnings were heeded and Lairyth Karu then switched to an alternate account to continue pursuing his covert operation on his own accord. That is all.

To answer your polite, not so polite jab: As in, you're disappointed you've not been promoted back up to officer after burning bridges and being rude to people. As an organization, the Ordo Imperialis largely likes to claim one feat above all else: professionalism. Routine, orderly processes are our hallmark! It is easy to fall in love with one's own group and become content with simply "going on." At times, I am prone to that sensation of contention with a semblance of mediocrity. The Ordo is, without a doubt, a truly amazing group-- but we're not perfect, not in the least. Recently, we've been a tad bit slower: school, work, Warhammer, Aryte wanting to cry because he's busy has all played a hand in it. The military community in itself, even, is a bit downtrodden and drear with recent divisions and craptacular politics. This October, we will be working tirelessly to achieve a higher level of quality-- inch a bit closer to perfection. In order to do this, all members, from Numerii to Tribunus, will join together in cooperation to pursue something greater. We will focus on several key elements, including, but not limited to: 1. Developing a lasting and more functional Terra command tree, complete with units, divisions, and infantry specialization practices. 2. Increasing the proficiency of Ordo gear, by overhauling outdated and archaic weaponry. 3. Achieve a higher level of internal stability, delegating powers and authorities down throughout the NCO staff. 4. Increase the staff and capability of our specialized divisions; Curia and Frumentarii. 5. Explore the possibility of recreating our base of operations. 6. Develop routine and informative training within the Terra, Navis, and Astra branches. 7. Bring academies to the forefront, by establishing a group NCO academy and an officer academy. 8. Establish a strong, diverse, and well functioning Navis fleet with multiple types of ship choices. 9. Clear the Schola queue of potential members, increasing the size of the Ordo Imperialis's active pool. 10. Redevelop and bring the Schola training routine up to more modern level. We have ONE month to accomplish all of these-- I feel it entirely possible! Within the next couple of days, we will begin to delegate and establish a method. By November 5th, our reincarnation day, we will be a more proficient and far greater organization.

As part of a current mission to clear out as many members of Schola cadets as possible, instructors are hereby granted the temporary capability to select (1) individual per calendar week (Monday to Sunday) to receive special commendation and enter the Ordo as an E-2. In order to be eligible, at least (3) cadets must complete training within the week and you must be chosen by your instructor as being "above average" in training quality expectancy. Expires Nov 1st. Final decisions as to whom receives the commendation goes to the senior Schola members-- Lestat, Firefox, and Kristian. Simply refer the individual to me, and note why.

Hey hey. Just letting you all know, I will be out of town from this Friday (9/26), to Monday (9/29). I will be available in a very limited form through my offline IMs and phone. I will likely check up nightly just to see what's up! Otherwise, business as usual. Your officers will be in charge, etc. Now don't go hide-- I will permit officers to bug me for raids.
