Hello. :o I live with the big bugger (Arokh) and dragged him along with me into the OI out of him having nothing better to do on SL, and me becoming bored of RP sims centred around favouritism and other undesireable, interpersonal bollocks. To work alongside you people every day makes my heart swell with pride and that, despite me being an awkward noob, so this thread is as much a thank you as a greeting. :B

Recruit Assessment Subject: Prospective Recruit Assessment To: All Recruitment staff The following guidelines shall be used when hiring new Recruits and taking a long view upon their futures within the Ordo Imperialis. Take the prospective servants of the Imperator you are trying to place and put them in a room with only a table and two chairs. Leave them alone for two hours, without any instruction. At the end of that time, go back and see what they are doing. If they have taken the table apart in that time, put them in Munitorum. If they are counting the butts in the ashtray, assign them to the Schola Magister position. If they are screaming and waving their arms, send them off to Armatura. If they are talking to the chairs, send them to Cohors C. If they are sleeping, they are Officer Material. If they are writing up the experience, send them to Tactica. If they don't even look up when you enter the room, assign them to the Officium Curia. If they try to tell you it's not as bad as it looks, send them to Invictus. And if they try to leave early, tell them where the Astra office is.

In fact, this extends to anybody within the Ordo Imperialis, so long as you're not a SILLY BILLY. Arokh Takakura and myself live in a picturesque town with an attitude (named a city eight years ago by Her Majesty, Keeper of the Floating Island and The Hopes and Dreams Queen Elizabeth II) named Preston, in the north west of England. It has fantastic transport links and lots of things to do, and places like Manchester, Liverpool and Blackpool are a spit away for some debauched laughs. BUT. We have a PS3, 360, other usual crap you'd expect from a house with two young lads in it. Well, three, but we don't mention HIM. We have crash space for not so many people but it'd be a laugh if you did. Consider our doors open to you, IM either myself or Mr Takakura in world if you wanna pop round for a bevvy or a cuppa. We'd be most happy to accommodate you. :B
