Ethan Schuman
I figure I should post here as a clarification before things get too far off what I'm looking for. When Navis is on the ground, light armor will do just fine. I'm looking for clothing suggestions, perhaps with light prim attachments, for us to wear while manning our ships. I don't see a particular problem with us having our own fatigue style uniform to wear. I'm thinking jumpsuits or something similar. The Battlestar Galactica uniforms/flight suits were always nice. Who knows? Anyways, keep the suggestions coming.

Razi Soyinka
uhm...holy fnark thats an old pic Kristian, dang...I remember back when all the wookiees on star wars galaxies were fuming they couldn't wear armor, lolthat brings back many many memories of my 4year SWG run
Venes Dagger
Dagger: Both the guns and the armor looks very cool. My only problem is the perspective of some of the pictures. The first two pics...the armor looks very heavy; bigger then the alpha squad's heavy plate. But if this is just a thing for inpiration then I like it very much! Streak Bender
I dislike daggers idea for two reasons.1) The armor looks more 'In-Charge' then alpha squad armor.2) If we're on the idea of light armor that is easy to move around in a ship in, then the AT43 deal is the farthest thing from. Hunter Abrams
Normal Navis armor needs to be light while their marines need somthing that looks as heavy as normal terra armor. In my opinion >_>

Think swashbuckling pirate coats with epulets, brocades, shoulder braids, and medals. Lower ranked crewmen and shangaied gun deck rats wear something along the lines of a plain jumpsuit I believe. Dagger Exonar
I'm glad you agree Gulliver, it struck me as customizable enough to fit with the Ordo yet still enough of a uniform to fall in line. It also fits the Ordo's "Pockets everywhere, especially the chest and abs" theme. Room for the Navis crest on the shoulder, of course. Gulliver Carpool
The concept looks great. I'd like to see more g-suit'ishness from it and maybe a flight helmet, but that's certainly customizable. The armor will be harder to agree on and make, I suppose.

Keystone Gray
That's amazing, Dagger. Looks like a police outfit with a Kevlar Tac-Vest. We could have a sculpted kevlar vest that's modifiable, the ability to add different pouches like magazine holsters and radios.

Diablos Korobase
I like the idea of using the SG-1 Black BDU's, but the design will need to be heavily modified if its going to be used as a base in order for it to be compared to the SG-1 Black BDU's just with Ordo logos on it.But the idea is good and from a real world stand point it would provide those in Navis the flexibility and comfort to be worn in the environment they work in, particularly the the ship crews. Kristian
Astra could need a suit like that as well, We need to detach as many prims as possible before we hop into the planes already anyway in order to face the lag that you encouter while flying. Agares Tretiak
The direction I could see the Ordo and other militaries heading in is lower prim, simpler equipment with the exceptions of Elite and Special Branch units. Astra and Navis require really only require simple body armor or maybe something that resembles an enclosed environment suit or flight suit. Terra naturally would slightly heavier armor. Alpha squads and the Praetorians would carry the heaviest armor, but there's also considerably fewer of them than in other branches. In the case of Navis, a light, basic flight suit for crew members, and a slightly heavier body armor + some sort of basic environmental protection for Fleet troops is what I would see. I'll dig around and see if I can find some armor that may work.
Dagger Exonar
Just keep in mind the majority of Navis is currently furry, so "enclosed" suits arn't going to be used as intended. Looks good on paper, though.

Gulliver Carpool
Bumping this. I'd like to see a flightsuity thing for the pilots. E.g., And a simple tactical vest/belt combo for the marines. E.g.,
