Website Connection Issues

If you're having issues with connecting to the website, first IM me on SL (send me an offline if I'm not on), then post in this thread with the time that the issues started and the time they stopped. I've contacted both our hosting and the software (IPB), neither had a clue what was wrong. The maximum number of allowed connection to the SQL database is 50, and the maximum amount of users we've ever had online is only 29. I'm completely clueless as of right now.

Blame the weather maby? A lot of internet services including AT&T are getting fucked up right now becasue of the ice storm that moved through the central east US.

Yeah I have to refresh all the time to get the site to load when I come to it after opening IE7

I have to use a proxy in order to get on, regardless of browser, or computer for that matter.

keep getting "connection reset" sometimes it goes away, sometimes it takes days.

I've had an issue, once or twice, but my refresh button seems to fix it.
