If you notice the replies to the ticket filed - The Lindens don't start talking until Suzanna comes in and threatens to pull every ounce of CCS material off of the grid. (Aka: Tens of thousands of people use CCS, and buy thousands of lindens worth of clothing and CCS weaponry. The Lindens saw that they'd fold in like a lawnchair financially if Suzanna bailed, and immediately jumped in.)

[2010/08/05 15:26] FireFox Breed: when it comes to this issue https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-5927 has there been any progress on it in the new coming server patch?

[2010/08/05 15:26] Issue Helper: [#SVC-5927] Temp on Rezzed objects get queued
/>http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/svc-5927

[2010/08/05 15:27] SHAMUS Carter: thank your for finaly alowign true 32 prim vechiles ;-)

[2010/08/05 15:27] SHAMUS Carter: they work great

[2010/08/05 15:27] Kitto Flora: 32 prim physicals have been allowed for .. a year?

[2010/08/05 15:27] Moundsa Mayo: Second that!

[2010/08/05 15:28] Base Diavolo: but when an Av sits it...an extra prim is added

[2010/08/05 15:28] Maestro Linden: I haven't heard anything further about a long term fix for svc-5927

[2010/08/05 15:28] Issue Helper: [#SVC-5927] Temp on Rezzed objects get queued
/>http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/svc-5927

[2010/08/05 15:28] SHAMUS Carter: we filny have 32

[2010/08/05 15:28] Kitto Flora: whe nan av sits it becomes one of the prims

[2010/08/05 15:28] Base Diavolo: so theorietically it had to be 31 for one av to sit.....30 for 2 and so on and so forth

[2010/08/05 15:28] Kitto Flora: 32 prim physicals have been allowed for .. a year

[2010/08/05 15:29] Maestro Linden: the solution might be some estate-level setting to not have bullets queued (and let griefers lag/crash your sim more easily)

[2010/08/05 15:29] Base Diavolo: thats a very good idea

[2010/08/05 15:29] Moy Loon: More estate options would be nice, I can't stand alot of the restrictions that just get in the way of things

[2010/08/05 15:29] Fayble Menatep: /nod

[2010/08/05 15:29] FireFox Breed: is there anything that could be done, as in setting up a test area to help with the issue? the issue is casuing quite a problem for the sl combat community. if there could be a option to turn the whole queing thing off it would ne nice

[2010/08/05 15:29] SHAMUS Carter: so bye bye mainland wepon sims?

[2010/08/05 15:29] Youri Ashton: agreed meastro

[2010/08/05 15:30] Oskar Linden: there are a lot of things planned for giving estate managers more control over their regions

[2010/08/05 15:30] Oskar Linden: they're coming... but not very soon

[2010/08/05 15:30] Moy Loon: That sounds awesome Oskar

[2010/08/05 15:30] Oskar Linden: by not soon I mean like not next week or month

[2010/08/05 15:30] Rex Cronon: what issue, firefox?

[2010/08/05 15:30] Moy Loon: =p

[2010/08/05 15:30] FireFox Breed: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-5927

[2010/08/05 15:30] Issue Helper: [#SVC-5927] Temp on Rezzed objects get queued
/>http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/svc-5927

[2010/08/05 15:30] Rex Cronon: oh. that one:(

[2010/08/05 15:31] Liisa Runo: please dont forget mainland... it is the heart of SL. the true SL, islands are barely part of the grid

[2010/08/05 15:31] FireFox Breed: quite honistly when we are tring to do combat and bullets fail to rez for 40+ seconds.... i get the urge to ask the other side to start up bad compony 2 and fight on there

[2010/08/05 15:31] SHAMUS Carter: the mainliand is the hart beat

[2010/08/05 15:31] Oskar Linden: true... the mainland thing is harder to figure out since landowners dont get EM rights

[2010/08/05 15:31] XLR8RRICK Hudson: I love Mainland

[2010/08/05 15:31] SHAMUS Carter: i love exploring mainlkand by train plane car boat

[2010/08/05 15:32] Fayble Menatep: Mainland ftw!

[2010/08/05 15:32] Maestro Linden: somebody will surely drop a note when we're ready for more svc5927 testing

[2010/08/05 15:32] Moy Loon: I thought if you own 100% of a sim, you can get EM on it?

[2010/08/05 15:32] SHAMUS Carter: we realy need beter vechil preformance

[2010/08/05 15:32] Oskar Linden: so if someone owns 100% of a sim on mainland they still can't access what an EM can

[2010/08/05 15:32] Oskar Linden: I didn't think so Moy

[2010/08/05 15:32] Oskar Linden: since mainland is one estate

[2010/08/05 15:32] Moy Loon: Oh, Must have been yesteryears or something

[2010/08/05 15:32] SHAMUS Carter: will scv-22 ever be fixed?

[2010/08/05 15:32] SHAMUS Carter: svc-22

[2010/08/05 15:32] Issue Helper: [#SVC-22] Vehicles crossing region borders aren't always treated as vehicles and can get incorrectly returned if the destination parcel is no-entry or parcel-full
/>http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/svc-22

[2010/08/05 15:32] FireFox Breed: is there any timeone on when more testing on 5927 will happen?

[2010/08/05 15:33] Oskar Linden: maybe

[2010/08/05 15:33] Oskar Linden: i don't know firefox

[2010/08/05 15:33] FireFox Breed nods

[2010/08/05 15:33] Kitto Flora: Parcel full is a problem - have to beat on the parcel owner to clean up

[2010/08/05 15:34] Liisa Runo: temp vehicles help on the full parcel issue

[2010/08/05 15:34] Eddi Decosta: hmm, i need to know about that phantomatic prims when an prims is between 2 region , that thingcould be fixed or not realy?

[2010/08/05 15:34] Oskar Linden: i don't know eddi

[2010/08/05 15:34] Kitto Flora: no-entry - too bad. Its no-entry. Putting a road or railway into a no-entry parcel is a design error

[2010/08/05 15:34] FireFox Breed: also that bring up another squestion. is it still possable to have a sim rolled back to 1.38?

[2010/08/05 15:34] Eddi Decosta: cause , to do a bridge its verry difficult ㋡

[2010/08/05 15:35] Oskar Linden: no firefox

[2010/08/05 15:35] Kitto Flora: Eddi: It sound like you need to learn how to build border crossing structures.

[2010/08/05 15:35] SHAMUS Carter: kitto it's lag that cause you to drift into the no entry parcles as you try to say on the protectedc lnad

[2010/08/05 15:36] SHAMUS Carter: the protected land is very naro

[2010/08/05 15:36] Kitto Flora: Shamus: yeah - well if its lag, nothing else will fix the situation.

[2010/08/05 15:36] SHAMUS Carter: and people often have there parcls set obnously

[2010/08/05 15:36] Kitto Flora: lag - no cpu cycle=no way to run code to correct the situation

[2010/08/05 15:37] Blaze Wiles is Online

[2010/08/05 15:37] Mercury: Lost contact: Wumpus Vollmer

[2010/08/05 15:37] SHAMUS Carter: true

[2010/08/05 15:37] Kitto Flora: Put a wall on your side of the no-entry parcel

[2010/08/05 15:37] Oskar Linden: so anyways

[2010/08/05 15:37] SHAMUS Carter: and ban orbs gerr

[2010/08/05 15:37] RedMokum Bravin: Can't put a wall on protected water ways.

[2010/08/05 15:37] Oskar Linden: moving to the topic of tcmalloc

[2010/08/05 15:37] Oskar Linden: :-)
