Military Funded Trolling, I love it. I can imagine some nazi kommandant on par with colonel klink throwing constant fits about being lead around by fake transmissions or unleashing full glory on a platoon of tanks, and seeing one doing backflips across the field as it deflates with stereotypical balloon wails.

A good goal is one thats down a seemingly never ending road lined with the cool shade of trees and many intresting sights.
english : Keep your main goal a state of mind, something done on an hour by hour basis like it were 2nd nature while on the path to what you want. Dont set your heart purely on -one- thing that can be attained and become bored of because it ended up not being what you thought it was gonna be.

Also, your Art Teacher sounds like a bitch, and I would have probably slapped the goddamned flavor out of her mouth for telling anyone something like that.
My highschool art teacher was about the same. I signed up originally to see if id have some time or space to learn how to actually draw, but instead its a place where students tore apart ancient national geographics (like she got bent because I didnt feel like destroying one about Isreal being a "possible nation in the near future") and making collage books. Never once touched a paper with a pencil. She still hated my guts because of my will against tearing up history books, so she mainly used me for manual labor.

If someone is obviously not in the mood, dont go bouncing around them like its all sunshine and farts. If your in a bad mood, dont go dealing with the people who think its all sunshine and farts. On Vent (or TS) if your in a bad mood, dont try to bend the crowd because of it, and dont go picking apart the guy who is in the bad mood.
As for what Arch said, suddenly going ironfist with the rulebook when its completely polar to your nature because your in a bad mood is bullshit. Say something like "cut it out, Im not up for it today" im sure everyone here in ordo will halt and stop, hell even be a shoulder if you want it. If they dont, then you can/or find someone throat punch them with the rulebook.

Said full size because some people like to assume the Uzi and Mac are the same weapon, I know you wouldnt but others might. Also .45 =auto= UZI is not a base civilian market subgun. SL wise, I know it wouldnt mean jack, but the sound is what im looking for. Its like lightning striking down 16 times in a row.

I usually get kicked from bg servers because see, as an american, I dont believe in standing in lines. So I usually come around and start getting stab happy with a sword, especially when the other team is taking forever to get everyone lined up according to size, weight, last name, date of birth and how often they watch the history channel.
Though that game dose have an uncanny ability to turn into a severely downgraded version of counter strike with numbnuts who just shoot a round off and go apeshit with a bayonet and try to shaft someone who was staying back from afar. I still have fun with it from time to time, play some old iron maiden soundtracks and im there.

I think the major reason russia gets all the enemy roles is because the developers grew up with russia being the "other big kid on the block" and are still considered to be on level with the U.S. in military size and technology.
Personally, id like to see a WW1 game, but it wouldnt last. Only time did I see a good WW1 anything was the 1918 mod for BF1942. No unlocks, no retarded perks, just alot of sharp shooting and occasional armored car rushes across the field.

but what id -really- like from Titan :
Is to see the Titan M468 get an updated animation so that it has a more dominant effect over AOs. I just use a simple 2anim walk/run ao in combat so I can avoid the retarded linden walk/sprint and itd be nice to stop flailing my weapon around like it were a pistol when I run or walk with the barrel dragging across the ground.
Also while im talking about it real quick... with the M468, the silencer stays on when you sling it regardless of if it were removed during use, kinda odd. Justa headsup on one of the pimp titan rifles imho.

Prototype for Xbox360 bought it the 2nd day it was released $60, beat it on normal the 2nd hour I had it.
Prototype was like going to a vietnamese restaurant and asking for spahgetti. So much wrong with it. Minigames and Acheievements used as major filler instead of a minor break away. I can be spotted running up a skyscraper as an old woman and be ok, but the second I pick up a trashbag everyone flips the fuck out.
Cabelas Big Game Hunter 2010 Xbox 360
This had to be the dumbest goddamn game I ever played since jumping off the roof of a house with a hefty bag. I can appreciate the occasional hunting game when thats what it is, but this isnt. Walk in a linear fashion, find the animal via a BLACK OPS SATELITE GPS marker...you heard me. You shoot it and its LOL U MAD HUNTER DUDE WITH SKILLS as your buddys back at Delta Force Hunting Squad Team 6 HeadQuaters compliment you on that totally tough search of yours. Minigames include the manhattan zoo releasing all the small woodland critters they had out into the open and you unloading all your weapons on suddenly 500 birds, foxes and jackrabbits that suddenly infest the area. This was the equivalent of shooting animals under an animal feeder, shit sucked, so I tossed it.
High Impact Paintball PC (I bought it as a kid way back)
This sucked because it was paintball. I havent a clue why I decided id rather shoot someone with paintballs in a computer game than bullets. It was like wearing a condom without having sex.
Aliens Versus Predator 2 PC
It was ok, it wasent the AVP I came to know and love. tl;dr the gore and violence factor sucked, the days of bolting people to the walls, eating and slicing people to parts or grenading someone to chunks in a giant room painting bloodfest were over. Sure AVP3 is gorey, but I enjoyed painting walls with peoples torso's. Guess im the only one excited over that.
Joint Ops PC
It was like paying for Second life combat except prettier, a little bit better worked. Bout it. Could legitimately turn off vegitation as a graphical option and shoot across the entire map. That alone pretty much snuffed the game.
Spore PC
If I turned on full player created content which was the only real fun element for me, I was usually stuck combating and socializing with dick monsters, dick cities, and dick ships.

Not for when you walk up to vehicles/aircraft and weapon crates had their own interface (which was ok, but still would have liked to been stuck to a menu)

I will buy ArmA 3 this one and only condition :
If it brings back the mousewheel menu for interative objects/vehicles that was present in OFP. Seriously, when I went to ArmA that pissed me off something fierce I didnt have that roll menu.

My point was basically just get over your butthurt and play the game for the game. The moment it becomes a chore or a problem, you should step back and wonder why you're doing it in the first place.
qft, its what I say all the time. If your here on a straight up competitive-ladder basis, you need to reevaluate yourself. Yeah I like to win at everything and every chance I get, but I know for every good shot or move I make, theres always someone out there with a better one. Just lets you know where to improve. (and if ook sees that, the nemesis is different, go away)

I dont mean to be a brown noser, but just what were people thinking was gonna happen going up against the top elite unit ordo has in its stable? Just take a damn breather and be thankful opportunities to scrim against the top dogs of the roster come around and give it better shot next time. If your starting to get overly emotional over anything, get yourself excused and sit out of the event. You dont need to be getting pissed on vent or seriously vilifying your comrades playing opfor and looking completely mental at the computer. These are your teammates. We fight each other cause there is no other. Actual militaries and sport teams do it, this is a real world application. This was a fight that consisted of everyone who lived in our house, stayed in our backyard, so that we're even more ready for the next group of sidewalk commandos to come walking into our front lawn. Handle yourself as a soldier among family, thats what you agreed to when you graduated schola.

I thought the entire thing rocked, as I said after the event happened, I fought in places on titan no lonewolfer or raider had or probably ever will be. For some on vent it seemed all they saw was some kinda noob stomp the preatorians were doing, I and im sure many others saw COMBAT in a pure form.
We should fight each other more often, I loved it, it took me back to when I was more into Battlefield and you had to keep ALL your directions checked.
