  1. Cool, no one even mentioned a crate. And why bother voting on this when an admin came along and Ffffed up the poll a long time ago?

I was a derp and didn't look at the votes before hand. And I felt that crates were pertinent to the debacle.

  2. NECRO, and a vote.

Ammo Crate = Two Ammo Cans (only used synonymously when packaged in the Crate)

Ammo Can = Non resealable container that holds a number of smaller boxes of ammo that await loading into Magazines or Clips. OR the Ammo is in boxes and attached to clips already, to be loaded quickly into Magazines. (Boxes are referred as such in both when dealing with a newly opened container or one used to store ammunition for stretches of time and are usually some type of paperboard construction)

Ammo Box = Actively holding ammunition in a manner to be immediately loaded and fired from a weapon. This differs from a Clip, because a clip captively holds all the ammunition in place to be loaded. The box loosely holds the ammo in a generally uniform manner to allow feeding. That also leads to the potential of calling it a magazine, which can also be true and false because a Magazine is the direct source for ammunition to the weapon. A belt fed Machine Gun is fed by (Captain Obvious) a non-disintegrating or disintegrating ammunition belt. The Ammo Box keeps the loose ammo belt protected from moving parts and the environment, much like the structure of a magazine. However, it is not the direct source for ammunition, thus it is called an Ammunition Box. Not a Clip, not a Magazine, and not a Can.

    Also never called a crate...

  3. Sounds like something that could be written out as a short story. Submit it to the Invenio Department of OID...or join the Invenio Department of OID.

But every now and then, when involved with a raid that is of particular merit, I'll type up a short and glorified summary from my own generalized view.

  4. Any better then standard counter strike stuff? or just the same CoD style crap?

To be honest, Counter Strike is really the genesis of what most Online FPSs are based around. Even the Original CoD sought to surpass Counter Strike (and it did...but lost it's unique flare in doing so).

And it sucks having an old compy that refuses to play such games...should have upgraded with some of the money that I got from the government.

  5. It's a lion. I'm a closet furry, bro.

For a moment I thought it might be a ThunderCats logo.

I guess it is high time I show my desktops. Lets see here...AHH...that is how I take a screen shot...okay...

  7. I did a more diagnostic study of my results over the course of a month, at a random interval. The page that has my results is long gone from my history but I do still have the numbers (can't seem to plug them into the Build your Own Chart page).

    9OCT11: -7.25, -6.05

    14OCT11: -4.75, -5.90 (1st test)

    14OCT11: -6.25, -5.38 (2nd test)

    16OCT11: -7.50, -5.90

    17OCT11: -7.75, -5.90

    19OCT11: -7.75, -6.21

    23OCT11: -7.62, -5.95

    31OCT11: -7.50, -6.15

    (Found the chart.)

As you all can see, I shot a sub-MOA group...with two fliers.

  8. Played the Delta Force series. I loved Landwarrior, but really, Novalogic was behind on the times with painted textures of weapons instead of 3D models. It did great for the frames though. I really liked F22 Lightning 3 as well, not much music to that game though (the game missions sent you through the most enemy infested areas for your waypoints).

  9. [01:44] Markius Faulkner: You know that you can not attack here.

[01:44] BlackRosePhantom: I have no intentions to attack

*BlackRose arms himself and moves to the spawn area, and is dispatched promptly.*

[01:45] Markius Faulkner: Now see, I can't take you word for that, when you are armed and to move to set your home.

[01:46] BlackRosePhantom: Well, I moved to the enemy spawn so that I could shoot your snack machine to fuel my crave for cheatos and grape soda

  10. Was ordered to post it myself.

    [22:50] Markius Faulkner: Imperator, sir?

    [22:51] Ruin Nefarious: YES?

[22:51] Markius Faulkner: My name is...in the CR...it seems there might be a discrepancy...

    [22:51] Markius Faulkner: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/17857-09jul12-1540-1740

    [22:51] Ruin Nefarious: wat

[22:52] Markius Faulkner: I...I do not remember getting married...

    [22:52] Markius Faulkner: Markius Furlough

[22:55] Markius Faulkner: I don't even know if Larry swings that way...or would even be interested...not to say I have interest in him. I mean, he's a handsome guy...but I'm not one to make blatant advances to anyone, it's highly unprofessional.

    [22:55] Ruin Nefarious: LOL

[22:56] Markius Faulkner: ...and, really, according to regulations...such a relationship would by highly out of line.

[22:57] Ruin Nefarious: WTF IS GOING ON

[22:57] Markius Faulkner whispers: I dunno, rambling for hilarity sake.

[22:58] Markius Faulkner: This isn't going into the quotes of win...is it?

    [22:58] Ruin Nefarious: MAYBE

    [22:58] Markius Faulkner: >.V.>

  11. Throwing my lil bit in.

Super strength, speed, and agility. Weakness, the ankle and bodies of water (Lakes, ponds, streams, rivers, oceans, seas, et cetera. Not puddles or buckets of water, must be natural bodies.)

'Cause, ya know, all powers must have weaknesses, and those two seem interesting to me. Ankle seems easy to hit but if thought about, can be very challenging for a person with speed and agility. Water is more terrifying since there is so much of it. Super speed doesn't mean super brakes.

    Another weakness, stairs.

  12. I don't think they would be inclined to agree.. But that's spilling into politics so I am going to avoid that ;3

Well, it's only a lighthearted joke. To be fair, the Ukraine was a founding country of the USSR, which can get confusing as their specific 'republic' was know as...wait for it...the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic.

Back to the main topic. The game is looking great for what it is currently.

  13. From Springfield Armory GI 1911s

    Left side: http://www.opticspla...and-pi5161.html

    Right side: http://www.opticspla...and-pi5162.html

I dunno why they don't sell them together though.

    From Kimber:

    Army: http://store.kimbera...71/Default.aspx

    Navy: http://store.kimbera...73/Default.aspx

    Marine Corps: http://store.kimbera...70/Default.aspx

    Air Force: http://store.kimbera.../2/Default.aspx

    Plain Double Diamond: http://store.kimbera.../2/Default.aspx

In all honesty, the original platform for the GI is brown plastic. And here is a site that sells vintage GI issue 1911 grips.

    http://www.simpsonlt...3486a95723a4f41

For 15 bucks a pair too. (Yeah, I know the Auto Ordinance has brown plastic and the last link is pretty much the same thing. But those are still a consideration as they hold some historical value to them. At least to me.)

  14. Seriously, wait for ArmA III to come out, Ragdoll physics, volumetric clouds, underwater environments, disguises, weapons customization. The improvements are astoundingly nice.

  15. Looking at the site you provided, and the caliber you seem to favor. This looks promising, but you sacrifice a few rounds (4 to be specific) http://www.budsgunsh...uble Action Pi/ It's lighter and an all metal pistol. A lil smaller too.

If you could slide on roughly 30 dollars on your base price, I could suggest this http://www.budsgunsh...B .45acp Black/ It's a full size, but also .45ACP. Weights more, 10+1. Hi-Power and 1911s are WELL known to be great concealed carry pistols, and the CZ-75 platform pistols are just about the best of both worlds.

An even cheaper route is to get one of the EAA CZ-75 platform pistols, they have polymer and steel. Some of the polymers are bellow.

    In .45ACP: http://www.budsgunsh.../Polymer Frame/

    In .40S&W: http://www.budsgunsh.../Polymer Frame/

    and the beefy 10mm: http://www.budsgunsh... Grip/Blue Fin/

As you might know, the .40S&W was developed directly from the 10mm with assistance from the FBI. 10mm has a harder kick to it as it has a slightly longer case, and is seen by many as superior to both the .45 and the .40.
