  1. It's not just the new members that are doing it, I have seen some NCOs and higher doing it also.
  2. Actually, nevermind, I fixed this problem with a USB Microphone. 3 years and $200 later - SUCCESS *200 Being the amount of headsets, and other programs I spent trying to fix it*
  3. 6th grade, Eating breakfast with my mother whislt living in a crappy mini-home *trailer* My mother didn't act as if anything was wrong, By the time I had first seen it it was already on a replay for about the 30th time, I remember the channel I was watching actually cut the footage because they didn't want people to think that it had JUST happened. even though the collisions happened X hours ago.
  4. I posted this in here since it's more fitting than the off topic subsection. Anyone who has heard me speak on vent, it's no secret that my mic has loud screeches and popping sounds as feedback, this happens when there is inbound and outbound audio at the same time *IE Me talking while playing music, OR Myself and someone else on vent trying to talk at the same time* My Card is the Creative X-FI Extremegamer I'm fairly certain everything on the hardware side of things is installed correctley, the playback is fine The main issue is that most sound cards have a pink *Microphone* and green *Speaker* jack in behind, Mine has a Green and a white slot, the white slot is supposed to be a universal jack for microphones, DJ booths, whatever. This universal slot never worked, so I ended up plugging my mic into the pink slot on the side of my case, I don't think that auxillary plug on the side was wired correctley, thus causing the feedback spasms. The soundcard came with software for it's own control panel, there are three seperate modes for "Entertainment, Gaming, and Audio Creation", each setting changes the quality of Playback and such, I use Gaming myself, there are also sliders for the Microphone Channel, Aux Channel, Line-in, etc, Personally I do not know what to do with any of these, but trust me, I've tried the most obvious things, with the microphone, recording tools, etc. Anyone with credible knowledge of things like this, could you please contact me in world or Grab my MSN address and contact me there, I'd be greatley appreciative of any help, I've been trying to fix this for nearly three damned years.
  5. Amen, it took a week and a half for Sly to reply to me inworld message and another two days to be invited. and I didn't even know whom the second was, I'm Assuming Aryte.
  6. They released a version 2.0 but it only has limited options. version 1 is still easier to use.
  7. White Noise. The actual movie didn't scare me, besides random scenes of EVP screaming BASTARD, BASTARD into the guy's computer. and the "Three Shadows", were kind of eerie. The fact that EVP exists scared me more than the movie, it just reminded me. After watching it when I was like, 15 or 16, I had a nightmare for the first time since I was maybe 5.
  8. I KNEW You were going to say something like that, like, "So THIS is the culprit"
  9. Name: Keshia Gender: Female Breed: Purebred Siberian Husky Age: 7.5 Months as of January 2010 I took this picture just as she was jumping up on me, she fucking knocked me down in the process Dispite the second picture, she is a -Very- Well behaved dog for her breed, Although she howls like an adult Wolf when she see's one of of the annoying family cats. And she eats EVERYTHING, Edible or not, She's destroyed Diapers, Toilet paper, electric bills, eaten entire loaves of bread, and the dog goes bat-shit for peanut butter.
  10. Okay Comrade, here goes my gun rant. The AK-74M is the standard issue for all Russian ground forces. The AK-101 and 102 are for the EXPORT Market only, they use 5.56 NATO caliber, Russia uses 5.45 as their primary round. In fact, Venezuela is the only country I know about that even uses the 101. aside from surplus models being used by some Russian units. It was basically aimed at being sold to countries that were potentially going to leave NATO, Or had excess amounts of NATO ammuntion, but needed new weaponry, IE M16A1s, Etc Russia, Ukraine, and all those ex-Soviet states have piles upon piles of AKMs and AK-74s, But the AK-74M looks very similar to the 100 series, because they are made of synthetic materials *IE, Black*, as for the AN-94, It is not used by the regular ground forces whatsoever, Spetsnaz, MVD, and OMON use it occasionally, but it was for the most part a failed product. The Russian's next likley standard issue will be the AK-107. Gasp, Here comes Major gun rant. AK-101 = Developed for Export only, 5.56mm AK-102 = Same as AK-101, Shortened barrel and stock. AK-103 = Used by small numbers of Russian Auxillary units, Prison guards, Police, etc, 7.62mm AK-104 = Shortened version of the AK-103 AK-105 = Replacement for the AKS-74U, Which is a Carbine made for vehicle Crews, 5.45mm AK-106 = *DOES NOT EXIST* AK-107 = Heavily upgraded version of the AK-74M, Uses an automated recoil balance system. 5.45mm AK-108 = Same as AK-107, Chambered for 5.56mm NATO, Essentially an expensive cousin of the 101/102 AK-47 = The first Kalashnikov Prototype, only moderate numbers were produced, 7.62mm AKM = THIS is the gun that everyone calls the AK-47, When in fact it is not, THIS is the one that is seen on every corner of the world, The AKM was optimised for easier mass production, stamped reciever, etc. M stands for Modernized, 7.62mm AK-74 = Replacement for the AKM, Was produced in a large variety, Furniture was made of different coloured wood, Magazines could be made of metal or plastic, etc. 5.45mm RPK - Kalashnikov Variant with a larger stock, extended barrel and a larger drum magazine. RPD - Belt fed LMG, NOT from the Kalashnikov Family, PK/PKM - Belt fed GPMG, Also not from the AK family. Just for reference, if a weapon has an S somewhere in the name, it means that it either has a folding stock, or no stock, IE, AKS-74, AK-74S, AKMS If it has a U in the name, it means that the entire weapon is shortened, IE AK-74U and AKS-74U. Glad I could explain all that, now I feel like a dick
  11. That's what I heard too, but I was told that Treyarch is making it *Thank god, Insert Generic Infinity Ward flame here* I'm just wondering if it's going to be Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan *Unlikley*, or Fictional World War III, If you've played World in Conflict, you'd know what I was talking about. *Cold war goes hot, Soviet Union smashes down the Berlin wall and invades Europe and later America*, That would be Sick.. I likley wouldn't buy it if it was Vietnam, since Vietnam war games are almost as common as World War II, I've never seen a good shooter/action game based on the Korean war, besides Mercenaries, But that wasn't exaclty the 1950's Korean war.
  12. The Squad/Octet/Cohors/Whatever thing hardly made sense to me in the first place, and then it changed entirley in the two weeks I was out of the group/away from SL, So I'm even more confused, I still don't even know who my Immediate CO is. =_=
  13. Yours is like, right beside mine, Mine should be in the red zone more though, I BS'ed some questions for time's sake

  15. Originally the game ran pretty bad on my computer, but I just installed a new graphics card, and it's running like mad on max settings, great FPS, and no GPU Temperature over 85C, I might start playing this online again.
  16. Why don't you go to the other side of the rainbow and... you know the rest.

  17. I just picked some random host server.
  18. Lol, Merczateer Legion. That thing is a Relic now, I literally have like 40 build variants in my inventory from the initial alpha design, all the way up to unreleased versions, that were later replaced by a T-90 that I made for them shortly before I left.
  19. Is it really that hard to grasp? Must I explain in detail what to do? My Laptop is not worth showing, the wallpaper is literally a giant lemon. Considering I don't like the game it originated from *Endwar*, That background is sick, I've had it since like, January or February Also, Yes, that's Rosetta Stone, I tried to teach myself Russian once, rofl. I haven't even used that computer since Windows 7 was installed, I had a relative take it in to get upgraded while I'm on vacation, apparentley everything is working fine except for like, five games, Fallout 1, 2, And Worms Armageddon have color issues, and GTA San Andreas/Vice City are completley incompatible. When I get home, I'll be getting a 2GB GTX 285 Video Card installed, so I'm Pumped for that.
  20. Year of Build: 2008, Upgraded in 2010 Name: Green Bastard *Don't ask, named after something in a TV Show, because the case lights up green, go figure* Manufacturer: Custom built, Assembled by NCIX, Vancouver British Columbia, Canada Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit ** Formerly Windows Vista Professional 32bit* Power Supply Unit: Coolermaster Real Power Pro - KiloWatt 1000W Motherboard: ASUS Commando CPU: Intel Q6600 Quad-Core Graphics Card: Nvidia EVGA GeForce-E GTX 285 2GB Cache ** Formerly Nvidia BFG 8800GT 512MB Cache* Memory: 4096 MB *4GB* Sound Card: Creative X-Fi extremegamer HDD Space - 1000GB ** = Upgraded from original build And I don't know what to do with my old Video Card, I'll literally have a 512mb 8800GT as a paperwieght. That's an expensive paperwieght. Thinking of taking my two shitty computers, salvaging the best parts out of both of them, add the 88, and make the best computer possible out of all that old shit. My inability to keep a clean work space is probably why I'm not given an office at work X.X
  21. I live in Dieppe actually, I grew up in Nova Scotia, so I just learned to call all those areas, *Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview, etc* under the same name, Which is Moncton But we won't be going out anytime soon, unless you can pay for a airfare to Russia, rofl.
