I have only saved up a few hundred dollars. Unless I get money I'm not going. I have a feeling I'm already late, though. EDIT: At this rate, I'm not going to be making any promises to go. Since the money might be too impossible.

Best thread ever.

Like Bono would say, every time you hit F5, a child dies.

Meeting Beginning: [18:01] Aryte Vesperia: Let's get started. [18:01] Aryte Vesperia: Everyone in chat range? [18:01] Aryte Vesperia: Wow this room is fucking big, although cool. [18:01] Aryte Vesperia: Xayvien is late. [18:01] Aryte Vesperia: Everyone stare. [18:01] Xayvien Rau: NO. [18:01] Xayvien Rau: LIES. [18:01] Desereck Creeggan stares [18:01] Azoth Zsun STARES [18:01] Vinnie Lei stares [18:01] Aryte Vesperia: Detracting from the atmosphere like that annoying kid who always comes to class late. [18:01] Xayvien Rau cries like the Witch. [18:01] Aryte Vesperia: With a soda. [18:01] Aryte Vesperia: And a bag of chips. [18:02] Azoth Zsun: and eats them loudly for the remainder? [18:02] Typhon Perun: And hotdogs. [18:02] Xayvien Rau: If this was a dream, I'd also be in my underwear. [18:02] Aryte Vesperia: All right, quiet down. [18:03] Aryte Vesperia: Good evening and welcome to the first meeting of 2010. [18:03] Aryte Vesperia: And, the first meeting in our actual meeting auditorium, room. Place. Weekly Statistics: [18:03] Aryte Vesperia: We have several topics to cover, so let’s get right into it. As usual, we will start with statistics: [18:03] Aryte Vesperia: Members 282, cadets 18. 9 new apps, 4 denied, 2 approved, 3 in review. [18:04] Aryte Vesperia: 88 defense pings, 10 offensive manuevers documented. Diplomatic Matters: [18:04] Aryte Vesperia: Diplomatic matters this week have been fairly eventful. First item to mention, as of yesterday it has been noted that Lincoln Heights, home of SF, has closed. SF has apparently relocated to a new region. [18:04] Aryte Vesperia: To a sim named "Joli." [18:05] Aryte Vesperia: Secondly, the Alliance Navy has removed the blockade on the SK remnant group—Grossdeutschlandwhatevergermanname#92, as such, the Ordo is following suit and reopening combat operations with them. Our blockade was only in support of AN, after their infrastructure was attacked by SK. This translates to more combat opportunities for the Ordo. [18:06] Aryte Vesperia: Next up on diplomatic commentary, it should be noted that the AN and Ordo have launched a new era of partnership. The Ordo has supported their tier payment and is devoting administrative and combat support to AN operations. So far, the Ordo has demonstrated Schola practices and kept a light garrison on hand at the AN headquarters. [18:06] Aryte Vesperia: And finally, in regards the 39th Blackwatch. For over a year, the 39th and the Ordo have been traditionally enemies. We’ve done battle with them many times—during the Ascendant Initiative alliance years, the 39th was opposite of us. Over the last few months, the 39th has taken some decay in activity, and, a schism (one of their high command left for VG and destroyed the base) set what remaining assets of the 39th into a spiral. [18:07] Aryte Vesperia: The Ordo has taken this opportunity to extend a hand and build bridges. As some of you have noticed, we have had frequent 39th visits—these have been with diplomatic intent. At the moment, the 39th has taken a conditional-hostility. In other words, the 39th will announce (and vice versa) prior to assaults. [18:08] Aryte Vesperia: If necessary, the 39th and Ordo will support one another. This is with the intent to maintain amicable standards with one another, a pretty stark contrast to our past . . . less than friendly relations. Open combat standards are our end goal. Thank you Corsi for helping facilitate this process. Unit Reports: [18:08] Aryte Vesperia: Volunteer to begin unit reports? [18:08] Lestat Umarov raises hand [18:08] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Umarov, for Terra. [18:08] Lestat Umarov: Another good week for Terra. We're all still recovering from the Holiday slump but aside from that combat has been frequent, we have a few new members, and in terms of development I've seen some real progress from some of the elite squads. I have a plan for Terra as a whole which I'll explain in a moment that I'm looking so submite for approval that I think some of you may find interesting. Now, onto unit reports. Invictus: [18:09] Lestat Umarov: From Keller for Invictus: "Even with the holidays, Invictus has continued to be fairly active on a raiding front, and lent assistance to the Alliance Navy at times. The new Invictus rifle (Vesica) is near completion, and the search for new additions to the team is nearing its conclusion." Antesignani: [18:09] Lestat Umarov: From Zerowinged for Antesignani: "Two squad raids preformed: One Alpha Squad-Only and one Antesignani-Only. Four trainings preformed, weekend makeups for those who missed and/or couldn't attend weekly. Nothing new in development outside of plans to create a mortar training course." [18:09] Lestat Umarov: Xayvien will be presenting a report for Fulminata shortly... Adiutor: [18:09] Lestat Umarov: From myself for the Adiutor Staff: "The group has long been inactive in terms of duties in regards to the new Terra restructure. We tossed ideas back and forth among the Terra, and high command in regards to what purpose the squad could serve with the new group format. What I suggest is assigning the Adiutors to "audit" or review each squad in Terra in the forum of scheduled inspections for morale, leadership capability, combat readiness, and overall appearance among other things. Commanders will also be able to submit unit PRF's as individual soldiers can now to put their squad up for review. At the end of the month, or possibly each week a unit will be chosen and awarded a "Meritorious unit citation" which will be a unit specific merit for outstanding performance. I havn't worked out what type of perks should be awarded aside from that but I'm open to suggestions. In terms of development the masks are still underway, and the Emancipator revolver is also still a go." Cohors B: [18:10] Lestat Umarov: From Genesis for Cohors B: "I am assuming he went to party due to new years but like most others have forgotten to let anyone know or do something earlier. I feel the need to remove the idea of giving leads extra time to do reports and push everything back from 12am friday to sometime thurs evening (ex 7pm). Garion mentioned in advance about partying hard (whoo.) and got his report in to me as soon as possible. we need to stress the idea that if you plan to do something and may be down and out the next day; its okay do hand in the report earlier as in wed/thurs. Its honestly not that hard to accomplish." [18:11] Lestat Umarov: This concludes my report for Terra, any additional reports may be given at the discretion of the Imperator. [18:11] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. Mr. Rau? [18:11] Sosarin Demar raises his hand [18:11] Corsi Mousehold raises her hand. Insidia: [18:11] Xayvien Rau: Since I was asked to make a brief post on Indisdia (And it's not a metal band in Ordo), I'll talk about some of the basics. Zrazor and I started back in December randomly chatting about different ideas; we put together enough to redesign Fulminata. Since then re-development on the squad has been in progress, which includes new inductions, new training, new weaponry, and even new uniform modifications. Not a lot of the status is 'Set in stone', but what we know now is that we're already going into the right direction. It shouldn't be too long that our combined efforts show face and that during this month Fulminata is scrapped, and a new breed of elite is bred. It's going to be based heavier on melee against gunners, and expand into a lot of unique tactics otherwise not done before in SL. Hopefully...Oh, any questions, you're free to ask. [18:11] Xayvien Rau crunches chips loudly. [18:12] Aryte Vesperia: Haha, thank you. [18:12] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Demar? Astra: [18:12] Sosarin Demar: For Astra: big thanks to Detox, who hosted some home skirmishes for which participation was great. There was also some raid participation including some challenging air combat. I made a note to promote Praeda practice in preparation for intense low latency combat that we've been experiencing lately, so please check the forums and have a read if you haven't. I'd like to see such activities next week and beyond. Immediate training queue is clear at present. [18:12] Sosarin Demar: That concludes this week's report for Astra. [18:13] Lestat Umarov raises hand [18:13] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you, Mr. Demar. [18:13] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Umarov, a recap? [18:14] Lestat Umarov: Umm, as sure as I am that Cohors B party's hard I meant to post this: "Overall slow progress this week due to the transition from christmas to new years, still having a fair ammount of PRFs being done, anyone wishing to have one done feel free to shake down any of the leads. Hope the holidays are going well and lets help roll in this new year with some fun! I Hope to see everyone actively participated in the coming weeks!" [18:14] Aryte Vesperia: Ahaha, thank you. [18:14] Aryte Vesperia: Ms. Mousehold? Tactica: [18:14] Corsi Mousehold: For Tactica from Trevor Russell: "Not much went on this week...recovering from the holidays. I've got a chunk of free time in front of me now (Its 30 degrees here, not many people to lifeguard). This week I'm going to sit down and rework Tactica. We will be using the wiki ( http://www.ordoimperialis.com/wiki/ ) to present a lot of our new materials; you just wait, it should be pretty epic. [18:15] Corsi Mousehold: If you haven't already, register on the wiki; it's easy! We used group-based authentication for security (just like the forums). To prevent sock-puppet accounts, I do not authentic them unless you come to me and say "i made an account" (just send me an offline (or online) IM in SL!). The only thing publicly viewable is the handbook, all else is ordo-only. One last note, make sure your screenname is your full SL name (if you need it renamed, I can do that too). [18:15] Corsi Mousehold: In other news, My laptop died on thursday. I can still get offline IMs periodically via email, but won't be able to get online until sometime next week (thank you Dell warranty). If you have any questions regarding Tactica, feel free to send me an offline IM, or speak with the Tactica Adjutant, Corsi Mousehold. That is all." [18:16] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you, Ms. Mousehold. [18:16] Aryte Vesperia: Do any other units wish to report? [18:16] Anlysia Gregoire raises a hand. Munitorium: [18:16] Aryte Vesperia: Ms. Gregoire, of the Fascist Munitorum Regime? [18:16] Anlysia Gregoire: This was an...interesting week in Munitorum. Work has begun on the Armory-cleanup project, much to the chagrin of various involved peoples. I think I should check my bedroom for excellently-crafted death-traps made by my people, before I sleep tonight. [18:17] Anlysia Gregoire: Since a lot of it is up in the air at present, I'm not going to bore people with details. Just suffice to say, there's possibly a lot of changes coming up the pipe. In news I CAN talk about...here's what we're presently banging away on: [18:17] Anlysia Gregoire: Insidiae Mine HUD: Waffle is plugging away at the graphics and they're looking pretty nice. Tsume's working on the scripts, you've possibly seen awesomefaces lying all around the base, now you know why. [18:17] Anlysia Gregoire: Insidiae Crossbow: Keller tells me he's a good deal complete on the model, with only the stock left to finish before he can export it from Maya to SL. Looking forward to seeing it. [18:17] Anlysia Gregoire: Scarlet Flaks has been working on the Insidiae uniform mod, I've been informed he was slaving away at it in Blender all last night, so I'm excited to see what he's come up with. I'll need to poke him for better information. [18:17] Anlysia Gregoire: Astra has gotten their hands on a new sit-based version of the Nemesis to begin testing, I assume it will go into open release fairly shortly. (Syl probably hates me.) [18:18] Aryte Vesperia: To add: the sit Nemesis will effectively replace the Praeda, unless otherwise requested by Sosarin Demar. [18:19] Scientific Waffle raises hand. [18:19] Aryte Vesperia: The physical version flies nearly identically to the attachment Nemesis, so it isn't infringing on the Predator development. It simply spits on all the "NO NEMESIS CUZ IT ATTACHMENT" sims. Other Banter: [18:19] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Demar? [18:19] Sosarin Demar: Mmm. I'll have to get back to you on that. [18:20] Aryte Vesperia: No rush! [18:20] Sosarin Demar: But initially it looks like an ample replacement, yes. [18:20] Sosarin Demar: I'm very excited. [18:20] Sosarin Demar: (That's all from me)> :> [18:20] Aryte Vesperia: The weapons are attachment, so it ends the complaint about having weaponry difficulties in combat latency. [18:20] Aryte Vesperia: Any further reports this evening? [18:21] Jayce Iredell: Waffle raised his hand... ^ [18:21] Aryte Vesperia: Oops. Mr. Waffle? [18:22] Scientific Waffle: Are we going to come up with a seperate name for the "sit-Nemesis"? Since I assume we'll be referring to it over COMs, in paperwork, etc. [18:22] Aryte Vesperia: Probably model names. [18:22] Aryte Vesperia: Model A, Model B. [18:22] Aryte Vesperia: Nemesis-A, Nemesis-S. [18:22] Aryte Vesperia: SOmething like that. [18:23] Aryte Vesperia: Any other questions? Old Business: [18:23] Aryte Vesperia: All right, moving on then. Any old business to bring up this evening? [18:23] Crash Silverfall: /raises hand [18:24] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Silverfall? [18:24] FireFox Breed rises hand [18:24] Crash Silverfall: Is there any chance to do special training with your blade (kytec) like 5 vs 1 [18:24] Xyekep Richez raises hand. [18:25] Aryte Vesperia: Uhh, if he is willing? That's not exactly an ask Aryte question. Ask him. [18:25] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Breed? [18:26] FireFox Breed: Following command slots are still open. B ADJ http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/6205-cohors-leadership-position-open-14dec09/ and C Xo http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/6057-cohors-leadership-position-open-04dec09/ [18:27] FireFox Breed: Also Jayce Iredell is now B-III squad leader. He has been informed of his roles and will be getting all new Terra personal for quite some time till his squad is full. [18:28] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. [18:28] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Richez? Xyekep's Question: [18:28] Xyekep Richez: I'd like to informally request that Imperial (or anyone else) find a fix for the auditorium. At least for me, I cannot presently hear anything said by the members on the opposite side of the room. That's all I have to say. [18:29] Aryte Vesperia: HAha, working on it. I challenged him to get it in working order before the meeting, so this was kind of a "AHHHH SUPARKENOAWAY" job. [18:29] Aryte Vesperia: (He literally said that.) Blaze's Question: [18:30] Blaze Wiles: I have a question regarding M203 type grenade launches, some of us have for our weapons, while it's sure they are acceptable to use I would like some clarification on when they are alright to use because there is ocassionally confusing as to are they continuosly authed (like handgrenades) or require permission to deploy from the standing OIC. [18:32] Aryte Vesperia: Ahh yes. Well, very good question. This was brought up at the officer meeting a few weeks ago . . I believe. Or maybe I dreamt about it. That's possible. Regardless: it is my position that the M203 is generally acceptable for use, however, can be subject to restriction at an OIC's discretion. Personally I understand that an M203, in function, is a bit more powerful than a grenade-- ie; range limitations, but I don't particularly find it overbearing. Provided reload times and explosive radius is reasonable. [18:33] Aryte Vesperia: Does that answer your question? [18:33] Williamca Zenovka raises his hand to the topic of m203 [18:33] Blaze Wiles: I think so Sir, Thank you [18:33] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Zenovka? Williamca's Question: [18:34] Williamca Zenovka: The MRAR34 that dingo made, you can adjust the velocity on the grenade upto 250 effectively making it a 5m radius rocketlauncher with a 5 second reload. Thats not a grenade launcher then so to use it would have to be kept under 50~m/s though no way to police what it is at. [18:35] Aryte Vesperia: Yes, that does create a difficulty, and, further underline the growing issue of allowing 3rd party weaponry. [18:35] Aryte Vesperia: Any further questions or topics before we move on? [18:36] Aryte Vesperia: Let's move on, then. [18:36] Aryte Vesperia: (If you're on the fringes, shout questions henceforth until we work out a remedy.) New Business: [18:36] Aryte Vesperia: The first topic I wish to cover this evening relates to the paradigm of Second Life “opposition” and the view of general perception between opposing groups. [18:37] Aryte Vesperia: . It probably goes without saying, but the average participant within the military community develops a sense of “these people are in this group, they must all be like this” or a “treat all people in this group like this” mentality. [18:38] Aryte Vesperia: The Ordo receives this treatment all the time, with the “omg Ordo all furries” stereotype, which closely follows baseless claims of overt sexuality and acceptance of said actions by the administration. [18:39] Aryte Vesperia: On a more basic level, it is all too common that, say, an individual will receive malice simply because of their affiliation. Let me put it this way: if a Vanguard member shows up in Titan, it is Ordo policy to send the individual on their way. [18:39] Aryte Vesperia: This policy is based upon a pending blockade that is focused around the actions of VG leadership—namely, Christoph Naumova and his history of actions against the Ordo and the Ordo’s allies. Although an individual in Vanguard, by being Vanguard, does denote a level of support for Christoph by participation in Vanguard, it does not warrant any level of malice or rudeness to that Vanguard member. [18:40] Aryte Vesperia: Vanguard is blockaded because of leadership, not, foreseeably, because of an offense carried out by that encountered individual. As such, an Ordo member has every reason to be polite and courteous to that individual. [18:41] Aryte Vesperia: The same concept applies to every hostile group we encounter. The Ordo prides itself on professionalism: we must exhibit that to our foes by presenting that courtesy and respect, regardless of what uniform they wear. Regardless of whether or not that courtesy is extended back to us. [18:42] Aryte Vesperia: In short, policies should be carried out. Vanguard members who are not otherwise approved for visitation should be asked, and if necessary, forced to leave. But policies should be carried out with respect—never hate an individual for their affiliation. Otherwise, we’d really be no better than folks who label the Ordo and lambaste Ordo members simply for being Ordo. Ergo, be certain to break the cycle and present a proper image to every visitor or encountered party, hostile, allied, or otherwise. [18:42] Aryte Vesperia: Questions or comments? [18:43] FireFox Breed rises paw [18:43] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Breed? [18:43] Desereck Creeggan raises his hand. FireFox's Question: [18:43] FireFox Breed: Do we have a list of approved people who can visit? [18:44] Aryte Vesperia: It is available under the SOP, on the "Report" section of the forums. [18:44] Aryte Vesperia: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/3556-ordo-standing-orders-01jan10/ [18:44] Typhon Perun raises a thingy [18:44] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Creeggan? Desereck's Question: [18:45] Desereck Creeggan: Would like to expand; There are many members of Vanguard who are actualy great people. If you see some of the officers in our group right now, they were ex-VG and have turned out to be great individuals. There are also a couple of enlisted who are also ex-VG, so needless to say, you don't know who's going to become your brother-in-arms. Be kind to all of them like you would be to your fellow Ordo. [18:46] Desereck Creeggan: Not saying serve them tea and crumpets, but you get what I mean. [18:46] Aryte Vesperia: That is correct. Mayber . . somehow, Vanguard is just a good fit for them. All the more power to them. [18:46] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Perun? Typhon's Question: [18:48] Typhon Perun: While am in agreement with this, my question is somewhat related, but do we have a exact list of who Ordo's allies and freidns are as well as there allies? So far some of my attempts to get answers to this question have been rather vague and unclear at times. I think it would be handy to have such a list incase they are armed and have the tag, but mercury was not updated yet. [18:49] Aryte Vesperia: The Mercury alarm is the most up to date, per group. Otherwise there is a somewhat valid (outdated at times) list on the forums. [18:49] Aryte Vesperia: Here: [18:49] Aryte Vesperia: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/1202-ordo-diplomacy-list-25oct09/ [18:50] Typhon Perun: Thank you sir. [18:50] Aryte Vesperia: Any other questions? [18:50] Desereck Creeggan raises a hand. [18:50] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Creeggan? Desereck's Comment: [18:51] Desereck Creeggan: If you find someone is out of date and needs to be changed on mercury, ask an officer, we all (should) have Mercury access and can make it up to date. [18:51] Aryte Vesperia: Aye. [18:51] Aryte Vesperia: All right, next topic. Promotion System: [18:52] Aryte Vesperia: Promotion system materials, as promised, are basically done. Making final touches on E-6 and E-7. The largest hurdles, E-4 and E-5 are complete. Copies are posted under the officer forums for their viewing (ps: don't forget your seminars, officers). [18:53] Aryte Vesperia: I have spoken with Firefox. The examinations will be on the database and automated. As such, taking an exam will be as simple as logging in, clicking on a link, reading the material, and submitting your answers electronically. After which, it'll be graded and automatically added to your user profile. [18:54] Aryte Vesperia: Officers and myself will then be able to click and view your profile, see which exams you've taken, and if you're qualified for the next promotion when a recommendation comes in. [18:55] Aryte Vesperia: This will be hammered out . . uhhh, sooner than later, but it will require some focus on my part while skipping through winter session school work. I don't have a date, but the light at the end of the tunnel is visible. Haha. [18:56] Aryte Vesperia: In other news, akin to this, Tiridates and Agares called today and said they're not dead. Simply on a random visit to their cousin's. Praetorian edict will be completed with Agares' return. [18:56] Aryte Vesperia: Questions? [18:57] Azoth Zsun raises a hand [18:57] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Zsun? Azoth's Question: [18:57] Azoth Zsun: for the exams. when they are ready. where will we find them on the database? [18:57] Aryte Vesperia: That has not been worked out. It'll probably be failsafe and a giant icon that says "CLICK HERE." [18:58] Aryte Vesperia: Any other questions? [18:58] Aryte Vesperia: Excellent, moving on. WELCOME TO 2010: [19:00] Aryte Vesperia: Essentially. Welcome to 2010, everyone. A new year, a new decade, and a new opportunity to focus in on our future. [19:01] Aryte Vesperia: I have no doubt that 2010 will be an eventful year for us. We have everything to look forward to. This year's focus will be on internal infastructure, reconsidering the way we do things, and removing unnecessary red tape in favor for more efficient standards. [19:02] Aryte Vesperia: 2009 was really a year of external outreach. It saw the Ordo as a group that worked diligently to change the perception of the community and gain friendships within enemy establishments. We will maintain that, without a doubt. [19:03] Aryte Vesperia: However, 2010 will really be a focus on ensuring the competency and strength of our foundations. We will put special emphasis on the development of warrior standards, with wide use of academy projects and educational opportunities. [19:04] Aryte Vesperia: The promotion system is only the tip of the iceberg. [19:05] Aryte Vesperia: I have begun the development of an advanced combat academy, specifically designed to offer real-time assessment of Praetorian and other elite unit candidates. [19:07] Aryte Vesperia: The curriculum focuses on the capability of individuals to cope with stress while combatting extreme odds. I will be covering this in detail during the officer meeting tomorrow and further building upon it. I will have a loose outline posted by next meeting. Open Topics: [19:08] Aryte Vesperia: Very well. Open to other topics at this time. [19:08] Xayvien Rau raises UAV. [19:08] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Rau? [19:09] Xayvien Rau: I was wondering since we have a lot of space and a lot of Keno, would we be able to get the squads different offices? Like a place that Zrazor can sit at a tiny desk using his hair as a seat? [19:10] Aryte Vesperia: I am unsure at this time if this is something I want to approach. Currently it is assured that all divisions will have a staff office. [19:10] Aryte Vesperia: There will, however, only be one water cooler in the foyer. As such, territory wars are expected. [19:11] Aryte Vesperia: Any other topics this evening? [19:12] Aryte Vesperia: Last call. Promotions: [19:12] Aryte Vesperia: Excellent. Moving on then. Promotions. [19:13] Aryte Vesperia: Recommendations were a bit light. Officers, if there are any individuals you wish to sponsor for NCO status or beyond, please bring it to the meeting tomorrow. We will be reviewing additional elevations at that time. [19:14] Aryte Vesperia: PRFs this week: [19:14] Aryte Vesperia: Dain Bellic - +1 Unlock Zabimato Outlander - +1 Unlock Zeronightmare Kaventopovic - +1 Unlock [19:14] Aryte Vesperia: Wow, nice. [19:14] Aryte Vesperia: Promotions and merits: [19:14] Aryte Vesperia: Alu Scorpio - [E-4]; [Combat Prowess II]; [Homeland Defense] +50qp Ashley Yowahoshi - [E-2] Breadon Constantine - [E-2] Corsi Mousehold - [E-4]; [Comrade Support]; [Corona Vallaris] +1 unlock/+25qp Firefox Breed - [Good Conduct] [srsly] Ron Bleac - [E-6] Steff Flintoff - [Combat Prowess II]; [Homeland Defense] +50qp Typhon Perun - [Combat Prowess]; [Homeland Defense] +50qp Zabimato Outlander - [Combat Prowess II] +25qp Zeronightmare Kaventopovic - [E-4];[Combat Prowess] +25qp Closing Comments: [19:15] Aryte Vesperia: Haha. A couple quick closing comments before dismissing. Foremost on the topic of promotions, for those of you new and for those of you who just need a reminder. [19:15] Aryte Vesperia: The Ordo rates promotions based on several elements (promotion system aside): [19:16] Aryte Vesperia: Foremost, proactive contribution. Individuals who step outside their box will achieve positions of authority. Outgoing, active contribution is what we look for. Especially for E-4+ [19:17] Aryte Vesperia: Schola instructors, policy writing, position volunteering, offering to help, bugging your staff officers constantly . . things like that. Make your desire known through your actions. [19:17] Aryte Vesperia: Rank within the Ordo translates to authority and responsibility. So, simply hanging around is perfectly fine. But that doesn't translate to wanting more work to do. We do not assume that you want MORE WORK, so it has to be something you demonstrate. [19:18] Aryte Vesperia: Many people come to the Ordo expecting rank for time spent. IE: I've been a member for 6 months, but I am only an E-3! [19:19] Aryte Vesperia: That's not how we operate and the promotion exams/minimum requirements will better explain that. Until then, take it to heart: rank means slave labor, haha. [19:20] Aryte Vesperia: If you ever are curious "why I not promote?" my first recommendation to you: see your unit or branch commander. [19:20] Aryte Vesperia: Just keep in mind my idea of work is a lot different than a unit command's. I tend to assign or think of strategically, group encompassing projects. [19:21] Aryte Vesperia: And finally, combat this evening. I am due to be gone for a couple hours at 10ish. I will be asking an officer to host a raid after this meeting, and I will observe it while wrapping up prior to heading off. When I return, if it's not stupid late, I'll call another raid. [19:21] Aryte Vesperia: Having said all of that. Thank you all for coming and thank you for a great meeting. Any officer willing to lead a raid, IM me. Dismissed: [19:22] Aryte Vesperia: Dismissed.

HEY, YOU SNAGGED FULMINATA. Joking.
-
Wow, I did get the good doctor. I'd feel bad snagging Zrazor's character, but I'm really tempted to. xD

POWER GLOVE.

You're more then welcome to, baby.

Donkey Kong 64 was a lot better, though. Had some fond memories of that game. ...BOOOBS?

I wish I was a pilot. ...Because they have good bullets.

Awesome. I had an Atari 2600 once and had to sell it for computer parts. I do have ET in memory of the Atari, and the only game to be buried in Mexico.
-
I move them around and switch out, but I usually play the Playstation 2 and on computer. Haha. BOOOOOOBS. DX

Haha, thank you. I know some of them need to be cleaned up N' such, but a lot of them are good. I'm actually going to get a lot more games in due time as I refuse to stop collecting until I can't enter my room. And thankfully the plastic cases give me a lot of time to pack away the games. Also, they were out of The Imperator's Adventures at the store.
