  1. I see the properly adressing of superiors as an essential part of being a member of this organization. We are not just a bunch of friends although some of us may be friendly with each other. Adressing superiors, subordinates and comrades with their respective rank, detonation or title is a very important factor in my opinion. We are part of what i believe to be the most formidable military organization in second life and being in a military implies that you live by a certain set of protcols and customs that may not match perfectly with your personal beliefs but being in a military is about more than just getting free weaponry and having your own cool kids club. It's about uniformity, discipline and loyalty. It is perfectly fine to be friendly with people but one should always maintain a professional attitude while executing his duties in Ordo.

Tell me, if we go completely loose on uniform standards like we have been for the last few months, stop saluting and stop calling people with their respective titles. Then what is left that makes us a military and divides us from a group of militia

  2. It's not punishing us. It's something that was never allowed in the first place. This is a reminder not to violate that rule . it is not a punishment unless you have violated this over and over again and got attached to doing it. We are mature individuals, all got past the ordo recruitment selection which proves that you are intelligent. Spamming gestures is unnnecesarry and immature and in most situations the spammer is the only person enjoying it.

  3. Human resources or general affairs is probably where i can take advantage of my abilities most. I aready tend to protect titans interest and advertise for it by adding Titan logo's and other easter eggs at everything i build, including sims.

I am development now, got that when i was assigned to build the first Titan sim but unless you feel like using my flak i don't think i belong there.

  4. Thank you sir.

I approved the selection, forwarding to Aryte for outline handout.

For the new instructors, please check the old Schola staff group notices for your badge and instructions. You are not permitted to host schola training on your own untill you finished the instructor training. Well it's all in the notecard.

  5. That tank should have lost control, odd, probably patched pc version.

I completed it on expert on my 360. That tank was our nightmare while doing those missions. If i saw that thing running in my direction i was like "ABORT, ABORT! RUUUUUUUNNNNNN FOR YOUR LIVES!

on easy difficulty is it a piece of cake tho.

  6. I agree with syl. A lot of us have dedicated themselves to Aryte and i can't imagine myself serving someone els(doesn't mean i wouldn't). I have a hard time thinking about someone that has his qualities. Those qualities keep Ordo great. An Army is greatly influenced by its leader. Mercz may not be that Elite due lurdan being laid back and Vangaurd had an extraordinary retarded memberbase due Christoph being a moron in my opinion.

Ordo has good leaders sure but i measure them in degrees of collapse. One leader will manage to keep more of the Ordo together than someone else does but resignations will be inevitable.

  7. [18:18] Lestat Umarov: Recuitment has been going very well. I actually got 7 applications today which I will be handling after the meeting. Training has been happening frequently, with a high graduation rate for cadets. A mentioned by the imperator there is going to be a major update soon to the outline. Much of the Communist undertones will be removed, and more Roman themed material will replace it. Those of you who have im'd be about being an instructor need to contact me after the meeting. Normally Kristian would handle new instructors but I will be taking on a small number due to his absense.

i am back now but yes it would be nice if you would handle this one for now. Despite that my exams are over i got some essays to write. Then i got an Astra Apostle charter to write, a defence protocol i had laying around and i want to submit some drafts for this schola revision. So thank you lestat. Apparently Arch isn't allowed to do recruitment anymore so i will pick up the recruitment job again.

  8. SLSN is a fairly ordo loving member of the commonwealth but the IS attacked SLSN during operation stalwart. They took this as a war declaration ( obvious reason is obvious) from the IS and now its all a bit confusing really. Neither side ever officially declared war but we aren't friendly either.

  9. New Jessie interview here.

But yes we currently have 2142/sparta and slsn in the commonwealth and the latter one isn't entirely sure about his permanent status in this alliance either.I don't think the commonwealth is going to be around for long. I see another problem coming tho. With the commonwealth falling apart armies may be looking for other more solid alliances. Well.....there is one. The Iron Symphony is strong and solid so i expect that we will see an increased amount of allies soon. That's going to be a problem. We are seriously running out of enemies when that happens. Especially because Lurdan is in charge of the recruitment and has a hard time in denying people apparently.

  10. Well from my experience do we generally allow people to reapply once after they decided to leave the Ordo. In case of ejection it means they are prohibited from applying unless stated otherwise by Aryte. It happens quite often that people leave the Ordo and find out later that it was the best place to be anyway. Applying a third time happens quite a lot but the chance to get accepted without aryte's approval is about 1% that time.

So yes, i go with twice because i believe people can realize that they made a mistake and maybe 3 times in really rare occasions.
