This is actually serious? Landowners have the right to fine people at will in the USA? they can install camera's in your suite and storm in your room unexpected without getting problems with privacy regulations. The landlord even gets to decide when the light is turned off and when you can have visitors. The prices he charges are retarded. $20 for every degree airconditioning..?!?.

No serious, i've thanked people on the first page of this thread and some of the new people i thanked back there are Centurion or Legates now and i want to thank all those people again, they are all still in the group and are the new generation that pulled ordo to a much higher level.
Now off course syl for making us nice stuff, aryte for putting up with every issue i bring to his attention .It's about 3-6 a day and he always deals with them even if its something he couldn't care less for (Footnote for the new members: when Aryte responds with a smiley or emoticon he isn't interested).But he makes me feel honored to serve in the Ordo

Well about them not being able to stand against the Iron Symphony. That is is true if it would be in a normal war but Jason asked me if we could schedule some major assaults on each others sims some day, just for fun. Apparently the commonwealth can't muster more than 7 at the same time and they haven't had a major military operation since operation Stalwart. However this time it would be set up between Ordo and AN exclusively and announced in advance so both the AN and the Ordo have the chance to clear their schedules for this thing. I asked Jason to IM Aryte about this.

Update: 39th has banned the AN for use of excessive force. AN claims it was only 3 men.
I sort of expected that Sparta would be the first one to ban them.

I think we haven't established diplomatic standings with the commonwealth as a whole yet. We are in war with some if not most militaries that are a part of the commonwealth but that was already the case before they decided to unite themselves. So yeah, i guess we are in war with them due the fact that we were already in war with the independent factions, we are not officially in war with the commonwealth. Well all in all that's a detail and a matter of time. The only military in the commonwealth that likes us is the SLSN, the others hate us.

I offered a lot of my stuff to titan industries without the need for personal profit. That offer still stands and i'm willing to do any job in Titan industries you consider me capable of. I am currently already in the group anyway ( No i am nog going to do the laundry or clean the dishes :| ) .

\ i think it's a pitty we lost a sim. It did gave us some sort of prestige to have 2 sims but that is pretty much all. We never really used it and well it gave me some serious problems with dogfighting. It's one good thing to know that we don't have to avoid the sim border anymore.
Also, this is a stupid idea but what if we would have people rent chronus. Move our Titan store to Chronus, ditch ratin if that's more expensive, allow fairlight , sera's vendors, operations and several other people to rent space there. Add some sort of tavern/ game hall , maybe camping spots but campers would fill up the sim pretty fast i guess. Well this is a way to get to be profitable but i personally wouldn't want a public mall in our neighbouring sim but if you could relocate it and stick it to new jessie or something. You can also try to work something out with caine to have the 2 sims merge to one full sim. off course that would be tricky because new jessie wants to be independent and it would get a serious ordo flavour if you would do this. well i don't know the possibilities but i am just pointing out that there may be possibilities there.
