[18:01] Aryte Vesperia: Good evening everyone, thank you all for joining me. For the sake of compensating the time spent at last week’s gathering, we’ll try to make this as expedited as possible.

Imperator's Report

[18:02] Aryte Vesperia: First up, my general summary of this week’s activity.

[18:02] Aryte Vesperia: Currently, our numbers are up to 241. Unfortunately, I do not have the figures on applications, our server is being moved to a new (less crashing) location. I do know we have several new members among us, so a fond welcome to you all.

[18:03] Aryte Vesperia: Combat activity has been rather solid, even with the brief slowdown on account of final’s week rolling around. Special mention to defensive operations: time and time again, I find myself sincerely pleased with how potent our homeland operations are. I know there were several attacks this week that stretched towards three to four hours, a couple of which were very early in the morning!

[18:03] Aryte Vesperia: Offensively, we’ve been pretty stable. There were six deployments, two being designated “European Timezone” fights. Outstanding work there; we will continue to host these earlier hour fights for our friends across the ocean.

[18:04] Aryte Vesperia: Politically, fairly level. We’ve received several instances of praise from all of our usual opponents this week. For example, MBC’s leader extends his gratitude for our frequent visits. We are not experiencing any diplomatic concerns outside of an unusual issue with the Militant Collective. That will be touched on during the keynote session.

[18:05] Aryte Vesperia: In summary, it has been another great week for us all. I’m really looking forward to finals being over (aren’t we all?) and the increase of activity that always comes with summer.

Divisional Reports

[18:05] Aryte Vesperia: Lestat Umarov, for Terra.

Terra

[18:05] Lestat Umarov: All in all things have been going well for Terra as a whole. Activity levels are high, combat has happened frequently this week, and most of the reports were submitted before the deadline. I'd like to thank the Octet and Century leads for staying on top of things, and the Adiutor staff for keeping things organized. Now, moving on to Alpha squad reports. Forgive me if the reports are a bit dry this week.

[18:06] Lestat Umarov: For Invictus: "A slow week by Invictus standards. Numerous members joined raids and performed very well in them, and activity is high as always. Work on the new dropship, with the help of Niiya and Syl is under way, as well as ongoing revision of our current training to work with the new dropship's capabilities."

[18:06] Lestat Umarov: For Antesignani: "Nothing new has happened for Antisignani. In the coming week, we will try to work on a transition from Agares Tretiak as the CO to Gulliver Carpool. Basically, Gulliver has to get up to snuff in regards equipment, deployment, and doctrine. Then, we'll review where we've been and where we can go."

[18:06] Lestat Umarov: For Fulminata: "We have our stuff and I have decided not to schedule training. Instead it will be held when ever we have enough members online. All the gear is released to the squad and no further changes have been made."

[18:07] Lestat Umarov: From myself, on the Adiutor Staff: "Things have been running very smoothly with the Adiutor staff. The Cohors liasons have been extremely helpful and dedicated in their work. Terra simply would not be running as effecient as it is with the current command holes if it wasn't for the help of the staff. My thanks to them. In terms of new developments we're working on getting spreadsheet style rosters for the whole of terra to keep track of activity levels, reporting, and a selection of other things. We hope to have it up and running within the week."

[18:07] Lestat Umarov: For Armatura: "Armatura recently suspended its training schedule whilst new instructors were orientated. I apologise for this and to anyone who has been held up but the high quality standards I expect from my instructors does require training too! The schedule will be reposted at latest Tuesday morning. [18:11] Sosarin Demar: Overall, Astra participation this week was good. Many held personal gatherings to spar and practice. I commend you Detox Exonar, Sasami Zwilling, and others. Flight training has been shaky as most of our flight instructor staff has been diverted due to RL concerns. Some are coming back and the fighter aircraft training queue is being tackled bit by bit. I want to thank everyone for being patient in that regard.

[18:11] Sosarin Demar: On that note, a call has been put out to compile a list for those interested in the role of flight instructor. Candidates will be selected from that list once a few days have come and gone. Send me a notecard if you are willing to take the step. Minimum requirements include at least the rank of E-3 and above and at least one month's worth of service in Astra. The training outline was revised to reflect the new regimen of training.

[18:12] Sosarin Demar: Focus next week will be on the fighter plane training queue, selecting flight instructor candidates, and continuing to work on other personal projects. I've been presented with a draft concerning Thanatos training (thank you, Keystone), so that will be among them. That concludes this week's report.

[18:21] Aryte Vesperia: I have three topics to bring up this evening!

[18:22] Aryte Vesperia: 1. First up, I’d like to touch on the issues with the Militant Collective.

[18:22] Aryte Vesperia: For those of you who didn’t catch the message on the forums earlier this week, one of the Iron Symphony groups, the Militant Collective, has enacted a regulation that prohibits Ordo personnel from visiting their home base of Nerva.

[18:23] Aryte Vesperia: This came as quite a surprise to us, as the Collective has not voiced any disdain or provided complaints as to Ordo conduct within their region. To be frank, I don’t believe Ordo personnel even regularly visit Nerva.

[18:24] Aryte Vesperia: If you’re wondering why we’re prohibited: good question, I’m wondering too. In query, Militant Collective high command has not provided reasoning—some are even surprised at the regulation themselves.

[18:24] Aryte Vesperia: 1. The current effective leader of the MC, Aeonite Silvera, has not contacted me or provided an explanation. It is said that the MC’s founder and proper leader, Raiduer Ng “was supposed to tell me.”

[18:24] Aryte Vesperia wonders where that 1 came from.

[18:25] Aryte Vesperia: Through discussions with the Merczateers and other third parties, it was mentioned that the Collective felt we were “recruiting from MC.” The allegation is outright unfounded and, pardon my language, bullshit.

[18:25] Aryte Vesperia: The last individual to join the Ordo from the MC was well over two months ago. This individual rejoined the MC shortly thereafter, reportedly due to complaints and harassment from MC personnel.

[18:26] Aryte Vesperia: If we wanted "steal their members," we'd stop denying 80% of the applications we received.

[18:26] Aryte Vesperia: Both the EU and the Merczateers have subsequently filed complaints with MC command, citing this unexplained banishment and lack of communication to be out of color for the Iron Symphony.

[18:27] Aryte Vesperia: Unfortunately this is not the first time there has been issues with the Collective. Several months back Aeonite contacted Anthony Lehane of the Merczateers to ask “why the Ordo is in the Iron Symphony.” In reply, Anthony asked “why not?”

[18:28] Aryte Vesperia: Aeonite’s complaints were "we didn't ban Fairlight guns," "lack of support for the Iron Symphony attacks," "we shouldn't have to contact Aryte if there's a problem with Ordo," "Diablos Korobase is an Ordo spy."

[18:28] Aryte Vesperia: The latter of which is my personal favorite.

[18:28] Intus Infinity clears throat.

[18:28] Aryte Vesperia: . . . curiously, none of these were ever mentioned to the Ordo.

[18:29] Aryte Vesperia: In response to the down talking, I issued a letter addressed to Aeonite, taking his concerns point by point. I never received a reply.

[18:29] Aryte Vesperia: For the sake of the Symphony, the Ordo will continue to work towards a diplomatic solution.

[18:30] Aryte Vesperia: We will not, however, continue to permit flagrant disrespect towards our organization. It is rather disturbing to find more diplomacy and communication offerings from some of our most bitter enemies, than from a member of the Iron Symphony.

[18:30] Aryte Vesperia: I will keep you all informed as this situation unfolds. I'll take a couple questions.

[18:34] Aryte Vesperia: This will make it more uniform and easier to fit the awards. This includes awards like the Corona Obsidisomething, et cetera.

[18:34] Aryte Vesperia: Furthermore, we will be expanding upon our available awards, including more options to better recognize Ordo personnel.

[18:34] Aryte Vesperia: For example, some sort of defense recognition merit will be produced.

[18:34] Aryte Vesperia: The "omg you had to deal with Geodan attacking for 9 hours" merit.

[18:44] Aryte Vesperia: I’d like to announce some overhauls on the horizon, planned to be completed over summer. With the extra free time due to the school break, I do have the intention to refresh and redo some of our most crucial elements. Not unlike the major overhaul to Schola, I am eyeing some tune ups to Curia, the Frumentarii, and possibly even Terra.

[18:45] Aryte Vesperia: These will include structural and procedural shifts, intending to create higher levels of efficiency. There are not any major details as of yet, simply concepts. I imagine by June the ideas will be shaped up and prepared for review. I only mention it now so it isn’t a huge surprise: expect a lot of progressive changes from me this summer! Beyond that, the efforts of others—Xayvien’s unlock revamp—will be implemented as well.

[18:07] Sosarin Demar: Astra activities have been ripe with flight training. More pilots have been certified as pilots, or are borderline to being so. It has really been the primary focus as of late. On the side, random group sessions have been held. I convey my thanks to Heather McKay, Detox Exonar, Daffee Vita, Desereck Creeggan, Fermi Torok, and others who have endeavors to keep things interesting. I could go on listing names, so that fact certainly makes me feel gracious. Combat participation has been good to my knowledge. Also, revision of present documentation is ongoing. I want to thank Astra's Warrant Officers for poking at it with me.

[18:08] Sosarin Demar: Next week I hope to see Astra continue to focus on flight training with another (now mandatory) division-wide event. There is also the item of merging Navis personnel and assets. I do not think I need to comment beyond that, as lush details are on the forums. It certainly will be handled and conducted. Xayvien Rau has done quite a huge amount of work on the details. Foremost, however, we'll be revamping Schola.

Phase 4: Armaments, Attire Standards, Promotions and Unlocks. Phase 5: Combat Practices, Communications, Guard Operations. Phase 6: Combat Practice, Final Examination, and Graduation.

I check the forums everyday, more than once.

[How NOT to deal with Faces of the IS group IM's.]

Diablos regularly complained about how his ideas were ignored, how he thought of the same things that we implement now.. he told myself and a few others that his attempts to introduce them were ignored and that now, the next person to revamp something like Fulminata was getting attention that he should have gotten.

And he also liked to complain about how he was demoted and that people make too big of a deal out of arguments over Ventrilo.

Even further, he always bitched about Schola and Armatura controlled courses being far too controlled and not open enough to advanced weaponry. He seemed to forget that not everyone has a G3 like he did.

Lastly, he was always pissing and moaning about how he was stuck at E-6 and E-7, though he was a regular participant in everything and tried real hard. He didn't seem to understand the whole dedication, levelheadedness, impartiality thing that comes with being put into an administrative decision. I tried to reason gently, to no avail.

[18:02] Aryte Vesperia: This week has been rather productive for the Ordo. All in all, I would like to give a big kudos to our recruitment and instruction staff.

[18:04] Aryte Vesperia: We're currently sitting at 227 members, with at least four new applicants added to the training pool.

[18:04] Aryte Vesperia: Combat deployments have been solid: roughly one raid a day, with operations against CS, RR, CATI, and BMC.

[18:04] Aryte Vesperia: Defensively, you've all performed very admirably.

[18:05] Aryte Vesperia: Several attacks on Titan have been thwarted. GR and 39th among the attempts.

[18:05] Aryte Vesperia: Special mention to the night watch, who've been involved in repulsing rather lengthy assaults (3+ hours) repeatedly.

[18:06] Aryte Vesperia: As many of you are aware, an Ordo video is currently being developed. I've seen a brief clip that MJ did up for giggles.

[18:07] Aryte Vesperia: Tomorrow, we should be finalizing merger plans during a staff meet with Navis and Astra.

[18:07] Aryte Vesperia: At the moment, cooperative efforts are underway to ensure that both divisions' needs are met. We should be able to begin transfers by Monday.

[18:08] Keystone Gray: Navis has hosted its second meeting recently, in which the future status of our members has been discussed. Those of you in Navis who have not chosen a division to go into once Navis ceases to be a full division, please IM Rei or Keystone (myself) with the name of the division you wish to join, either Astra or Terra.

[18:08] Keystone Gray: Tomorrow, there will be a staff meeting between Navis and Astra to discuss the future of Navis. We have an extensive range of ideas that we wish to try to keep Navis operating as it is intended to operate - as a support wing - and we'll do our best to keep it as such, no matter the form it takes.

Terra

[18:09] Lestat Umarov: This week was a fairly good week for terra, altho I was not here for the entire week due to personal obligations. I'll start with a report on the Adiutor staff.

[18:09] Lestat Umarov: As it stands progress on the Adiutor Staff rework is going well. We're still discussing new ideas and I'm looking at prospective candidates. It should be noted that there is only two slots open, and I am mainly looking for junior enlisted(E-4 to E-5) altho I will consider E-3's and E-6's on a limited basis. The adiutor staff is a different breed of soldiers, and requires a lot from you in terms of dedication. If you're just in it for the gear the adiutors will not be able to provide what you want and I would urge you to look elsewhere. The main goal of the squad is to keep terra running smoothly administrativly, so it would be a good position for people who are interested in being an officer in the future.

[18:09] Lestat Umarov: For Antesignani: "Last night's meeting narrowed down four pieces of exclusive equipment, and we will focus from there on how we develop our gear. Lately, the group has shown high levels of activity, and there are multiple training sessions a week, with reasonable attendance levels. There is still work to be done, but progress is being made."

[18:10] Lestat Umarov: For Fulminata: "Fulminata had it's very first meeting today in which five keytopics were discussed. Role change, Inactivity time limits, Weapons update, Training, and handbook. A log is on the fulminata subforum. Activity is pretty average in sense of members. 1 spot still remains open for another member. Cross training with our lovely brothers in invictus is awaiting times a post is on the forums for that as well. Another fulminata meeting is going to be decided upon and reconducted with more people later on. And finally, Fulminata has a new member, Hunter graysmark."

[18:10] Lestat Umarov: For Invictus: "Keller Teichmann has assumed the XO position in the squad, replacing Endra Ashbourne (:c). Training is starting to be organized and a schedule will be worked out over the next couple of days to make up for the week of relative inactivity. Cross-training with Fulminata is being worked out, and plans to do training with general Terra and Antesignani are under way. The X-AR9 has been distributed to the squad, and shall be fielded shortly. Much ❤ to Keystone and Sera. Aside from that, there is currently an opening in the roster, which will remain there until training is underway again."

[18:13] Sosarin Demar: I plan to do a few things up and coming. The first is finishing revising a multitude of documentation (introduction notecard, training notecards, etc.) that have become out of date. My thanks to Heather McKay for starting on the introduction notecard!

[18:13] Sosarin Demar: The second is to make it a requirement that the Apostle staff host a division-specific event at least once a week. I've left this option open and it has been pursued on occasion (credit to Fermi Torok and Desereck Creeggan for the most recent), however the frequency of division-wide events has been unsatisfactory for some weeks in passing.

[18:13] Sosarin Demar: Combat participation this week appears to have been adequate (more than adequate in some cases, haha -- CATI defense). That concludes this week's report.

[18:30] Aryte Vesperia: It is not uncommon that individuals will approach enlisted or junior grade officers if they have "a problem" with the Ordo.

[18:30] Aryte Vesperia: The intent is to catch Ordo members off guard, gaining testimony or out of context quotes to utilize against the group.

[18:31] Aryte Vesperia: It is critical to look at the larger picture when approached-- especially by reporters, enemies, or other individuals who appear to be purposely fishing for information.

[18:32] Aryte Vesperia: Do not be baited into speaking poorly about the group. It really could damage our image and it also alienates you among your comrades.

[18:32] Aryte Vesperia: Many times, you may not even realize you've been baited.

[18:32] Aryte Vesperia: You're always entitled to your opinion, but be sure to express it to the appropriate channels.

[18:33] Aryte Vesperia: For example, if you've felt deserving of a promotion . . take it up to your commander respectfully. Don't vent it to outside sources: it can and will be twisted to look a lot more malicious than you intended.

Caught 39th doing something incredibly naughty, so they've been a bit more polite (10 39th sitting in an empty RR base, planting flags, ironically led by the same general who flipped out when we sent 10 vs their 8 last week).

Divisional Reports

Terra

[18:09] Sekonda Huet: Due to a death in the family Lestat will not be present at this time. Our thoughts are with him at this time. I have been unable to contact Lestat and have prepared this report on his behalf.

[18:09] Sekonda Huet: Fulminata:

Fulminata had its first training session and it went quite well although member atendance was rather low. I am currently waiting for the squad to post the times they are available so I can set up training at more appropriate times. Our gear is awaiting animations and will soon be released.

[18:10] Sekonda Huet: Antesignai:

Antesignani has re-ordered its organization, focusing on improving the delegation of certain mundane tasks among NCOs. Also, training has been taking place on a far more frequent basis. THe Venerator is undergoing a fairly substantial update to help improve many of its' functions while reducing the terrible lag many experience when it is rezzed. The Behemoth close support tank is nearing completion as work begins to pick up on the Predator MBT. All in all, things are going rather smoothly.

[18:10] Sekonda Huet: Invictus:

Endra Ashbourne has retired Honourably from the Ordo Imperialis for personal reasons. He will be missed. This has left Invictus without an XO and a Squad Lead. Work is being set to find a suitable replacement as soon as possible. Besides that nothing more of note has taken place within Invictus.

All phases were launched successfully and a few cadets have now undertaken and graduated the new Phase 5 program. Squad Leaders are advised that a documented resource of all cadets performance records and exam results will be available on request from the Terra Commandant (that'd be me) for the purposes of mulling over potential candidates for your Squads. Astra

[18:12] Sosarin Demar: These past two weeks witnessed a growth spurt within Astra, which is very pleasing. We've been able to welcome pilots such as Detox Exonar, Xegras Xue, and Capn Robonaught. In addition, we've been able to continue training with those who have been absent prior, such as Sabron Rieko and Bourne Cinquetti. Detox Exonar has earned his wings, so congratulations to him for becoming certified. I want to thank all Astra trainers and volunteers for participating rigorously this week.

[18:12] Sosarin Demar: In addition we saw a few events. I want to thank Fermi Torok and Desereck Creeggan both -- Fermi for hosting and Desereck for bringing ideas into fruition. Speaking of Desereck, Trinity Heckroth has started working on his Flight Instructor training, so that is another project in progress. Combat participation appears to have been adequate. Our focus has mainly been on flight training and it's what we will be concentrating on in the upcoming week.

Navis

[18:13] Rei Kuhr: As you all know, Navis personnel have had talks for a period of time as to the future of Navis. Various ideas have been put forth as to the direction needing to be taken, whether or not to develop our fleet assets or to redesign Navis for a different role. Although we have made some headway with the introduction of the Thanatos as well as to our blossoming relationship with Invictus, doubts have been stated as to whether or not Navis would ever really be able to utilize it's fleet assets. Discussions and meetings have been held a number of times, culminating in the idea that perhaps it is time for Navis to cease operating as a separate entity. It was brought up to the attention of Navis staff and the Imperator the idea of merging Astra and Navis into one whole division. With some reluctance from members of the Navis staff, general agreement has been made with Navis to the idea of a merger. I can make points to show that this merger would give both Astra and Navis positive benefits.

[18:13] Rei Kuhr: Astra and Navis would get to use each other's equipment giving both a wider spectrum of duties to perform. Secondly, there will be less arguments of who gets what, since both will be in the same division. Thirdly, both Navis and Astra have gaps in their ranks that can be filled with a merge of personnel. Finally, it will more clearly define the division of roles within Ordo, since Terra fills positions on the ground and the combined Astra/Navis will fill in for roles in the air.

[18:13] Rei Kuhr: To outline some of the problems Navis has been having, there has been a two-fold issue with Navis operations. One, the use of our fleet ships. Use of the Admonitor has been widely denied recently. Even with the incorporation of the Thanatos, use of ships has been declining, whether it has to do with the practical applications in a lagged environment or the prohibition of their use outright in the home sims of our adversaries, or even our allies. So this leaves us a division with what feels like to our members no real purpose. The second problem we've been facing is a lack of active personnel. While our staff has been active, and in my opinion top notch, our enlisted ranks are barren and sparse. While we do possess the members, most of them are classified as inactive. Perhaps this is because some see Navis reaching a dead end as to it's usefulness. That can be argued, but the problem exists nonetheless.

[18:13] Rei Kuhr: So until a decision is reached on whether or not to combine Navis and Astra, Navis will continue to try and sort things out within it's own ranks. We are still working on developing new assets, such as the currently unnamed dropship being developed. Some of the Navis arsenal that was developed by Keystone, Ethan, and Sera will be made available to Invictus and Astra for their own use.

[18:24] Aryte Vesperia: For the sake of kindness and the fact there are a couple holes left to be filled in the command tree, I won't enforce (but I do encourage the staff does it anyways) the expectations for a couple weeks.

[18:24] Aryte Vesperia: There will be a Terra staff meeting sometime next week-- Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, presumably.

[18:24] Aryte Vesperia: During which we'll discuss the thread at large and make sure the idea has been established.

[18:25] Aryte Vesperia: As mentioned by Rei, I'd like to cover the Navis and Astra topic.

[18:26] Aryte Vesperia: Over the course of our organization, units have come and gone. The Ordo Imperialis promotes a very living structure.

[18:26] Aryte Vesperia: Nothing is rigid, because nothing is perfect. For the better of two years, the idea of Navis has been progressively shifting—for those of you who can remember back in 2007, it explored marine elements. Recently, it began to explore strategic and tactical level bombers.

[18:27] Aryte Vesperia: The basis of Navis was the pretense of having a single, unified division focused around the deployment of heavy fleet vessels. However, the opportunity to utilize such a massive ordinance deployment has been scarce.

[18:28] Aryte Vesperia: Perhaps, in reality, two . . . three times over the course of a year have we seen an Admonitor on the field. Fleet is simply antiquated technology, based upon times where carpet bombing the living guts out of our enemies was an appealing notice. Now, finesse and precision attacks are more valued and provide a much higher level of standards, community immersion, and respect.

[18:28] Aryte Vesperia: This can be seen in reality as well—in 1945, the allied powers preferred making mince meat out of other cities. Today, we drop explosives that can hone in on a target the size of a dime.

[18:29] Aryte Vesperia: Based upon this perception, it has been discussed that it may be better suited to remove Navis as a single unit and immerse it into Astra as a strategic bomber element.

[18:30] Aryte Vesperia: This will create unified manpower, shared resources, and bolster the overall strength of Astra while ending the competition for materials. At this time, unless a compelling reason is presented otherwise, we intend to discuss and begin the process of merging the units.

[18:30] Aryte Vesperia: Before we go further, I want to really take a moment to send some kudos to all of Navis—not only the staff, but straight down to the E-1’s.

[18:31] Aryte Vesperia: You’ve all had an incredible patience and have persisted in working at trying to find a niche to fill. Never once was there pause of desire to contribute. Rather than become distressed, you tried new avenues and pushed for new opportunities.

[18:31] Aryte Vesperia: Navis includes some of the hardest working folks in the Ordo and I thank you all for all of your hard work. This idea has nothing to do with any lack of quality of any member of Navis or the lack of progress made by Navis.

[18:32] Aryte Vesperia: It has everything to do with the fact you and Astra would be better served together, rather than constantly stepping on one another’s toes while trying to figure out where you fit in the scheme of things.

[18:33] Aryte Vesperia: None of your hard work will be lost. Instead, it will enrich the community within Astra and provide a powerful, single air power. The benefits of this move are wide.

[18:34] Aryte Vesperia: Foremost, Astra will be capable of projecting both air superiority and bomber capability without crossing command wires. Training will be streamlined and immersive, with cooperation behind both elements controlled under on umbrella. Astra’s active staffing will increase, along with the materials available to all members of Astra.

[18:34] Aryte Vesperia: Not to mention, development will be centralized and no longer split between two air-based units.

[18:35] Aryte Vesperia: Before I open up to questions, I am going to try to cover several I expect to be on your minds.

[18:35] Aryte Vesperia: "Will fleet ships still be utilized?"

[18:35] Aryte Vesperia: Currently, the Admonitor comprises the entirety of our fleet unit. Most of Navis is centralized around the use of the Thanatos. If the option becomes available to field super-heavy class vehicles like the Admonitor, Astra will be capable of determining a specific unit to do so.

[18:36] Aryte Vesperia: "Will Navis members be forced to join Astra?"

[18:36] Aryte Vesperia: No, you may choose to join Terra if you so wish. Navis staff will gather a consensus from those within the group, so appropriate invitations and information can be passed to each member.

[18:37] Aryte Vesperia: "Who will be in command of Astra?"

[18:37] Aryte Vesperia: Sosarin Demar, the current head of Astra, will maintain command. Ethan Schuman has voluntarily stepped back and will assist Astra.

[18:37] Aryte Vesperia: "What of our ranks?"

[18:37] Aryte Vesperia: Of course, your position will be honored between transfers. Not a problem at all.

[18:38] Aryte Vesperia: "How soon can we expect the change? What do we do now?"

[18:38] Aryte Vesperia: Currently, continue functioning as normal. Nothing will be changing immediately. A good heads up will be given before any shift. We do not know how soon this will be implemented. We want to make sure everything is enacted without incident. It could be a very rapid process, but, we don’t want to speculate.

[18:39] Aryte Vesperia: No worries. A drop ship is being worked out that will be employed by Astra.

[18:40] Aryte Vesperia: As new armor is developed, it is probable that we will be seeing Astra focusing around flight suits and very light prim attachments (masks, helmets, etc). The lighter the prim load, the better pilots are able to cope with sim transitions and latency.

[18:04] Keystone Gray: Navis has the following to report this week:

[18:05] Keystone Gray: Yesterday, Navis held a divisional meeting, and it brought upon some great, progressive results. Ideas were explored, and we did get quite a bit to think about in terms of development of our role as a fleet division. Currently, staff is having talks about how each idea presented is implementable, and their viabilities in combat. I'd like to extend a great thanks to everyone who attended, especially Invictus. Your support is amazingly beneficial.

[18:05] Keystone Gray: Navis is also reconsidering our assigned role; the combat community has changed substantially in the last few years, and as such, fleet isn't generally accepted or allowed in much of the community. As such, we're entering a transitional period in which we will be looking for more ways to enable our deployability in combat.

[18:05] Keystone Gray: (We may make a Kanaki-Catapult to flatten our enemies)

[18:05] Keystone Gray: As of now, we're seeking a huge supportive role no matter what we decide to expand upon. This means that any new weaponry or tactics that come from our reworking of our division will, as a rule, be aimed at supporting Terra and Astra directly in the field of battle. We will be very much in tune with everyone else's opinions. We will remain constantly a fleet division when the need arises; this just means we're looking at other, more inventive combative roles.

[18:05] Keystone Gray: Divisional status: We have remained pretty steady with our member count. Lower than other divisions, around 20 members at any given time, but growing very slowly. We're working on it!

[18:08] Lestat Umarov: To start, development was been going well all around. Antesignani is getting a bunch of new equiptment and Sera actually found the Predator tank she had been working on which she thought had been lost when her inventory got wiped.

[18:08] Lestat Umarov: From fulminata I have this statement from Hunter Abrams: "Fulminata is ready for recruits we have our training outline done and I am currently looking around for potintial members. All we are wating on is gear so we can update a few things"

[18:09] Lestat Umarov: And from Endra for Invictus: "Invictus has filled its final spot (Congrats Silver) and has started joint training operations with Navis. Our first session, held this past Wednesday, was a smashing success."

Antesignani

[18:09] Lestat Umarov: I'll report for Antesignani since agares isn't here. There's been a lot of development for the squad. We have a newly scripted Field gun called the Onager, as well as several tanks in development. Which will be fielded I can't really say off hand.

Terra Staff

[18:10] Lestat Umarov: On the Adiutors, we're currently dormant and regrouping as I work out the new standards with the rest of the staff. I will not be accepting applicants until we're ready so don't ask until I make a forum thread about it.

[18:10] Lestat Umarov: Finally, Lupus has submitted a finished overview of his accuracy training academy. I havn't got a chance to read the whole thing as of yet but it looks promising.

[18:11] Lestat Umarov: That concludes my report for Terra.

[18:12] Keller Teichmann: I'm reporting on Sekonda's behalf, since he had to pass out. Armatura's latest training program has been developed and has had a few test runs in the last week.

[18:12] Keller Teichmann: A few of you have seen the new killhouse in Ratin. The objective is for a person to run around the course as fast as they can; the word of the Imperator is "It's fun." So give it a shot, just ask one of the Magister's to take you there and run you through it. There are trophys to be won for breaking the time records. (The current record is 23 seconds I believe)

[18:12] Keller Teichmann: The five phase training has began and cadets will be given a more diverse training opportunity. A few positions are open in Armatura for instructors and those interested in joining should drop Sekonda an IM. That concludes Armatura's report.

[18:28] Aryte Vesperia: We counter balanced defense and two combat fronts abroad, with varying targets off and on. Combined with the Merczateers and EU, the enemy's intent to cooperatively attrite our positions was thwarted.

[18:29] Aryte Vesperia: Special kudos to Inoue and Samia, who handled the offensive leads while I bounced between all three points. Keystone, thank you for managing defense.

[18:30] Aryte Vesperia: It is great for me, as an officer, to know I am able to simply say "you take care of this," knowing I can go on to another problem or situation while it is handled without incident.

[18:33] Syl Kiranov: A bug has popped up in SL's latest server update (1.26) which is causing mono scripts to drop time dilation drastically when they initialize. This means that mono-compiled bullets, explosions, etc. are lagging many sims to death when they're rezzed. I'd like to ask everyone to make sure you have the latest version of your Ordo gear which is recompiled for the old LSL VM to work around this... the SCAR-L, P99, Adjudicator, Nemesis, and Thanatos have all been updated. I'd also recommend that people follow our weapon guidelines so we don't see people using a lot of random third party guns with mono bullets. Anyone who scripts for Ordo can feel free to IM me for more info about this to make sure our gear is lag-free.

To start off with. Sorry if the thread is hard to load.

Did this one just today. I have to be really delicate with my shading, even with hard lead like #2. My hand tends to smear my shadows a lot. :C

Did this one quite a while ago. Making sunsets and blending colors with the most inhibited tool ever is incredible irksome. The dragon sillhouette in the sky was easy enough, though.

Did this one around the same time. You can tell I wasn't really happy. It's another sunset. The water's hard as hell. Trying to figure it out; it's extremely hard to draw water.

Did this well over a year ago and it saved wrong. Probably my shittiest portrait ever. LAWL.
