It will be up to the individual to choose and meet the specific requirements of each. Structure Reconsideration Simplifying it down to platoon, company, battalion. Battalions, if somehow large enough to warrant it, will simply have multiple companies included within. Handling the Hard Core / Casual Question Each element shall have its own "elite" detachment; Praetorian Guard shall be the overarching HQ for it. "Guard" will contain the individuals who want to play "hard core" over "casual."
