Seriously, just don’t. Weddings are miserable. (Just kidding. Maybe.) Service Grades SG / Service Grades - our version of “ranks.” SG is a fancy term for rank, actually . . . Grade/ranks will be appointed to all members -- full list is on the codex. The vast majority of you already have a SG, but probably don’t know it. In the process of compiling a master roster. Some of you can already find yourself listed on the “core roster” listed under Community Policy. SG intended to be a simple way of distinguishing individuals in roles; however, it is not intended to really restrict folks from doing “stuff.” Most casual players will land in the SG-2 bracket. Folks with command roles (platoon lead, raid lead, etc) will likely land SG-3 bracket. SG-4 -- large platoon leads, major operation leads, administrators. SG-5 major administration, overall chapter command. Elevation based on participation and prowess: example, an SG-2 individual who shows interest (and regularly leads squads) would be bumped up to SG-3. Appointments By next week’s meeting, the official heads of the various chapters will be formalized. List posted on the officer forums. May see some rearrangement and assignment to previously vacant posts. Will likely be appointing a couple additional members of the command staff. Officers will be responsible for each individual area, including: Recruitment. Forming their own administrative corps (as needed). Appointment of ranks up to SG2 (SG3, the NCO role, will need consensus). Inactive discharges: Trinity Heckroth, Anlysia Gregoire, Zrazor Rozenstrauch, Morh Giffen. Calendar Functional Thank you technology gurus: the calendar is back and functional. We will be using it frequently! Please check it to keep track of group events. Everyone will have the capability to post-- so if you have an upcoming guild function, get it on there! Abuse the function, lose the function. Don’t be silly.

Ordo Meeting Operation recap: New PS2 patch is pretty nifty. Downside: Vanu lancer is massively overpowered. Odin has so graciously recorded it (and my bitching) for all to see. Looking forward to another go this evening-- same time, same place. 6:30, right after we are through here. Rosters: Last week, it was requested that the various chapters prepare rosters and designate service grades for various members. Please post said rosters on your respective forum areas and forward me a link in PM. Will compile a singular, unified roster thereafter. What motivates you? General question to all members: what encourages you to play? Specific time slots? Reward opportunities? What sort of rewards would you be interested in? How would you like to see rewards earned-- time spent, skill, etc?
