  1. Answer: There's no one answer for that. I'll provide a "middle ground/best practice" answer. Grenades and so forth are typically always acceptable in live, active combat. The utilization of Adjucators and other heavier assets are at discretion of the user, or, by dictation of an officer/senior (should they step in). There is no specific statute that says "you can't plaster a single attacker with four Adjudicators and an Eternity." It is simply kindness and good sportsmanship on our part. If an officer orders that weaponry be limited, then abide. Otherwise, consider the implications and make the call on your own conscience.
  2. Answer 1: You're not at fault for causes beyond your means. Simply tell the truth. "I didn't notice them, I was buried in IMs." Answer 2: Title and manner is important. As Praetorian Tretiak noted, it is better to call your superior by rank and/or sir/ma'am, rather than name. For example: Imperator in replacement of "Aryte."
  3. Answer: Yes and no. Yes, you may modify your armor, build, etc on Titan. But you have to pick it up after you are done-- done being: I am done working on this atm, even if I plan on coming back later. Otherwise, it'll get returned. No, you may not leave building platforms or builds out.
  4. Adding a thread here for commonly asked questions, etc. Simply ask a question and I will answer. For example: 1) Who should I salute? - Officers of a superior level. Warrant officers are included in this. You do not have to salute enlisted personnel or Praetorian personnel.
  5. As of 06/18/08, until otherwise noted, a zero tolerance policy is in effect. A recent strain (small, but noticeable enough) of otherwise insubordinate acts, lack of discipline, and general rudeness to other members of the organization have led me to believe it is now necessary to step in with a very heavy handed approach. Zero tolerance to any infraction. What does this mean for you, you ask? If you go so far as to break a regulation within the Ordo Imperialis that requires the attention of either Curia or myself, you will be punished to the fullest extent of Ordo judicial capabilities. - Insubordination: ejected. - Unwarranted discharge of a weapon, resulting in the death of another member: ejected. - Purposely engaging another member: ejected. - Purposeful rudeness to other members: 14 day suspension; demotion. - Disregarding spawn policy: 14 day suspension; demotion. - Public argumentation: 7 day suspension; demotion. - Failure to properly acknowledge a superior officer: forfeit of promotion; demotion or suspension at repeated offense. In short, if a report is escalated so far as to Curia or myself. Expect maximum penalties. Otherwise, deal with your problems like adults and reshape this attitude of "lol i r fuck around cuz i can." The Ordo has a reputation of professionalism. Stick to it. That is all.
  6. NCO's don't need better training, persay. Officers need to use their NCOs and teach them to do the jobs that could better be done/should be done by NCOs.
  7. A platoon can not reasonably be a defined number of individuals. Or we simply fall right back into the legion problem, where varying times of activity/ability to partake can cripple/ruin any given platoon/authority of a platoon leader.
  8. 1. Messaging me RIGHT when I log on--I already have a dozen or so offline IMs to get through. Give me time. 2. Entering my office without permission. 3. Asking me questions I've already answered for the group in a public notice/asking me questions that're in the handbook. So if you do any of these said things, and it seems like I want to stab you . . I probably want to. Fair warning!
  9. Our training sim has been ordered. :D Thank you Eazy for financing this!
  10. As I sit here, munching down on a Safeway "Great Western," enjoying my ridiculously short lunch at Wells Fargo. . I suddenly got the urge to say: Wow, we are really blessed with great new members. With every generation of Schola graduates, we are picking up outstanding additions. I love it! Thank you guys. :D
  11. Senior NCO/Officer meeting that went on earlier today.

  18. Very good Mith. It does indeed need some pushing. But it will catch on, simply a bit of practice.
