After a series of Curia reports, the decision was made to demote Centurion Arch Graves to the standard and level of W-1. However, Centurion Graves refused to accept the demotion and summarily voiced his disdain in the group "having changed," underlining he was "no longer proud to be a member." Coupled with the unreasonable conduct demonstrated within the reports, detailing "trolling," "harassment," and other general antics unfit for an officer, Centurion Graves' membership is terminated. Effective immediately. It should be noted Arch Graves has issued threats against current Ordo members, including, but not limited to "I will destroy x." (Name omitted.) It is never enjoyable to see someone go, however there comes a point where an individual's standard is so debilitating they've expended any such use or purpose as a team player. Arch, although a confidant and a friend, tended to blame his shortcomings and write off incident reports against him as conspiracy or "the group's changed." Frankly, it is simply cheap excuse and bullshit antics. You are not obligated to maintain membership within the Ordo Imperialis. If for whatever reason you do not enjoy yourself, then leave. Otherwise, you're simply harming the group by being a stick in the mud, spewing out worthless filth. Do not hide behind the claims of "I am here for my friends;" the Ordo is either your family, or nothing. There's no room for cliques.

It was mentioned several weeks ago that a routine handbook examination will be conducted-- well, here is the first one! These exams will work like so: - To complete an exam, you must copy the form below into a PM and send it to me here on the forums. Do not delete the questions. Put the subject header of the exam as [Your name] - Exam A.1. - To pass an exam, you must score an 80%. - You will be notified in PM if you passed or failed. If you fail, you'll lose eligibility for promotion for a cycle and will be forced to redo the exam. Failure multiple times on the same exam results in ineligibility until a new exam is posted. - It is /not/ mandatory for enlisted personnel to take the exam, however, failure to submit a completed exam will result in an inability to promote. For example, if Discens Bob does not turn in an exam prior to a promotion cycle . . even if someone recommends him for promotion, he will not be considered. - Officers must complete the examination within two weeks of publishing, without exception. - For promotion cycles, this will begin as of February 1st. As in, you don't have to worry about it for this week's promotion cycle. - Exams will change every so often; if you send me an old exam on accident, you'll be laughed at. No worries, you will be notified pretty blatantly. As in, this topic will have big bold red text that says "DON'T USE ME." - Intervals between exam changing will be random. Keeps you on your toes! - I encourage everyone to participate! It is good practice.
