Awesome write-up Zrazor! We must never forget that it’s the journey, not the destination that brings us together here. Ordo would never be Ordo without the awesome people who are in it. All Ranks… All Units… All the Same.

Kicking off the summer in a expensive way 8D
BlackSergal replied to Firefox Breed's topic in Offline
Furp and I met in 98 when both him and myself were stationed at 32nd st Naval Base. I was working along the border and he was on the USS Rushmore. We were close friends hanging out often, all the way till 2003 when he ETS home. His death has effected me like none others. Like a piece of my soul was ripped away, and I still feel it missing 2 years later. -

On a serious note: I'm glad your safe. Losing one of my close friends "Furp" to a motorbike accident about 100 miles from here at 29 palms really tore me up. I'm still recovering. -

This is what you get for not rigging Frame Sliders you R1 Squid! It's 90 bucks well spent and first thing I got for my Fz6, right after lamp modulators. -
Let me just say this now: "There are no current plans to make any squad specific gear." You all are a part of Ordo, and we've got enough squad elitism going around currently. It takes a lot of time and hours to digitize a logo perfectly to the machine's specs. We got lucky, and hit a home run with the Ordo logo. As for berets: I'd like to see that myself. In order to put it on the thin fabric of a beret, it'll have to be put on a patch first, then sewn on. Doable, but cost and suppler are still unknown at this time: Investigating.

(In case we're still doing E-block training tomorrow) Tomorrow, Monday the 28th I will not be present for E-block as I'll be at my parents house, working on putting the final touches of making Ordo Gear available. Belay my last: Today's plans have fallen through so Teron and myself will be free in the afternoon as usual. -
Wrapping up our final demo's Monday, and will be taking pictures of the items. Come Monday we'll be opening our doors to everyone with a hats, hoodies, and Tshirts for starters.

I did some digging and good news to our overseas friends. Effective of this year when we ship with USPS Due to the light weight, its just $13.75 flat rate for international shipping, any country now. But this is just the first steps all, baby steps, baby steps. Don't worry, more is coming.

Actually, that is just the back and whats on the sleeve is the same size as left breast. We decided to go with detail thus, it created a higher thread count. After FC we'll have a more In-Depth set up to do hats and polos, all with the option of various logos. So you can get your Munitorum logo on your breast pocket with the main crest on the back. Thank you all for your support, I can't wait till Friday!

Hats, Hoodies, Polo Shirts: You name it. I've even had my motorcycle jacket embroidered with set of Wolf-Eyes done in glow-in-the-dark thread. We'll be talking shop Friday :D

So I went to my folks house today to work on some Ordo T-shirts. Yeaaaa... They took WWAAAYYYYYY Longer than I first thought.. 2 hours per shirt :( Did knock out 3 plus a prototype though before I ran out of time and had to make the hour drive back home.

Attention; to all fellow Ordo members who might have been curious~

Now would be a good time to mention that my mom runs an Embroidery shop. She's been doing it for about 10 years now and teaches classes at a local sew-shop. Sporting industrial-grade Brother, Viking and Baby-Lock machines we can knock out patterns like our crest very quickly. These machines are very impressive; Basicly tiny computers they are able to sew out any picture once properly converted. Here is an example of what I did using these machines (with help of course). />http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3867882 The cost: Since this would be a single color (White/Grey) on a black T-shirt: I've been told in the past that its going to be about 15-18 dollars per shirt. The T-shirts that she uses are always high quality "Fruit of the Loom" ones due to the fact there pre-shrunk and won't ruin the embroidery.
