Seconding what Aryte said. ART is a sure fire way to help you learn leadership traits. Additionally if Aryte is busy / offline / helping someone else etc, I'm more then willing to help too, I'd much rather teach new raid leaders so they can get raids out then sit there at 5AM my time trying to lead them.

All it would take is thee or four more people to step up to the plate and lead or learn to lead raids and the burden on that select group would be lifted immensely.

Top level benchmark for a cop to earn is about 90K, and that's the base pay + 25K donator bonus + 15K police chief cheque and an extra 15K from a convoy.

JSOC is the police special forces. They have heavier armor, heavier ammo capacity and can move faster when carrying SOBR weaponry AKA heavy weapons.

Cop leadership is... tenuous at best. Only a few members over there have the ability to actually enforce any sort of discipline over there TS. Kill a few of them and their communications will break down into a jumbled mess of 13 year olds bemoaning their lost SUV whilst the older members sit their and grumble about DMing. Our communication discipline gives us an immeasurable advantage. Remember though that cops re-spawn with their weapons, unlimited vehicles and alot more armor then we do, so don't get bogged down for too long. (Unless it's the bank where the two entrances really Ffff them up, IEDs FTW)

From what I heard when I was on their TS, the UL admins are getting real, real, real bored of Cheddar, chances are he'll be perma banned soon. Although, the guys real gullible, real easy pickings for the "Sure, I haven't got a gun, go check the trunk of my car", you draw your pistol and cap him in the head, then proceed to lol as he complains before getting told to STFU by the admins :D
