RP-PVP actually had the tendency to work wonders on Age of Conan. It worked with the story, and it added a sense of danger to the usual daily grind of missions and dungeon runs. Not only that, but people would actually RP situations before violently killing people. Seems that glory's gone though since they went F2P. It might work out pretty well on SWTOR too, as long as you don't run across the typical small band of asshats who join RP-PVP servers and skip the first part of the acronym. (I haven't pre-ordered or anything. Usually I wait a month or three after a game's release, that way the population thins out a little bit and the companies have some time to throw down a couple of immediate patches to fix the shit they missed in beta.)

I've noticed two actual bugs / glitches whilst playing last night, that i'll pool up over a log or a bug report for these guys later. 1: There is a consistent "Dead Pixel" effect that appears just below the chat box on the top-left of my screen that vanishes when I alt-tab to something else or exit the game. I've heard that other people have this issue as well. It's not game-breaking, it's just a bit annoying to see that little orange dot in the corner of my eye. 2: I've had instances where my character will simply continue to blast the living dogshit out of an enemy, long after it has died. And he'll get stuck that way for a few minutes until I either run far enough away and go after a new target, or flail at my escape key for a solid 20 seconds. Now, this could either be caused by lag (Lol 300+ people in one instance) or something fundamentally Ffffed-up, but i'll see if things change a bit by the end of the weekend.

2 more hours >_> I literally stayed up most of the night to try this. If I find ANY disappointment with this...and I mean ANY. My character could have a fly land in his magic space-soup and I will be back on SL to collect scalps. (jk I love all you cool dudes)

So my Cat went missing earlier today, and I had no idea where it went off to. Everyone was getting a bit irritated that I couldn't find the cat. So I shaved my beard and clumped it up in a ball on the living room floor. Nobody suspected a thing.

I'll attest to never buying an ASUS product ever again, as for the first couple years of having a Radeon-based GPU built by them, it was virtually unusable. ASUS EAH4850 TOP. The Card itself had a glitch in the BIOS that would ramp up the temperature of the card to about 70-75C randomly. You could be on the internet, playing a game, or just idling at desktop. ASUS Had -no- support for this problem for about a year, until people stopped buying their stuff. They pumped out an update about 9 months ago that fixed it. I use Nvidia now. ZOTAC GeForce GTS250 1GB. The only issues i've had with it is that it won't run on anything that can't go below DirectX 10. My brother has an AMD QuadCore in his PC, and it has the tendency to randomly run his CPU usage to 100% for a solid 3 seconds when you play games on it. His graphics quality, RAM, etc are almost identical to mine, but he can't run Team Fortress 2 properly without his PC trying to catch fire. (I run an Intel Dual Core E5200. I've had NO problems with it at all. Haven't had any problems with CPU's since I ran a Pentium 4.) Side note: Voodoo 3...Man, I gotta reinstall AvP Classic 2000.

The Geneva Convention has rulings stating that you cannot fire upon infantry / personnel with a weapon above a rifle caliber. However, there have been loopholes around this concept with the idea of "Equipment". Equipment can be shot at with any weapon in the arsenal, as it is not immoral to blow up inanimate stuff. The one loophole is that stuff carried ON A HUMAN TARGET, counts as equipment, IE. Vests, Canteens, Rifles, Helmets, etc.
