  1. If anything is confusing, or you have any questions. Feel free to ask.

    FAQ:

    Q: Wat?
A: AP points are an internal community currency to buy, sell, or transfer to other players directly. Each applicable division as well as the general community will have stores for various items or abilities. This is not a kin to "DKP" or other in-game currencies that effect loot distribution during raids. This is an out of game community-currency that can be applied to several games. We want to award you for your dedication, and as awesome as a merit on your forum profile is, we want to start giving you a little more than that. Stuff you can use, stuff you want, or sometimes just some stuff to show off.

Q: What is an "applicable division" ?

A: Generally speaking, a division with a robust market system. Most of the time this will be centered around MMOs, but not exclusively set to that. Warframe should be running a strong market, while Planetside 2 will only see occasional market additions due to its RL$ requirement.

Q: So what exactly can I buy?
A: You can expect to see the basics shortly after AP launch. Currency Bundles, quality armor/weapons, "C.R.E.D.D."/ "Operations pass" / or other account oriented consumables, ect. We are exploring as many markets as possible for AP use, including some fun things to customize your TS3 or forums experience.

Q: Tax? lol how confusing is this going to be?
A: If all goes according to plan, you shouldnt have to worry about tax calculation or anything like that. Your quartermasters will deal with the math. The tax is also only going to be applied to player-to-player transfers only. The purpose of this is to regulate the AP markets total circulation, and prevent inflation. It sounds silly, but will help keep things running smoother in the long run.

Q: How do I get AP again?
A: Generally speaking? Be a badass. Participate. Recruit. Be a bro. After that, just pay attention to divcom / quartermaster announcements as there may be random raffles, contests, ect.

  2. 4 v 1 game coming out. It looks really fun, though I dont know how sustainable of a game model it is.
