  1. Got invite today. Will get to see if its worth a damn in the next few when I have time.
  2. Yeah, but most of those dont really mesh with my play style. I like competitive PvP servers. I also plan on rocking mercenary because I had a lot of fun with it in beta so I was just saying if the sith server is a PvE one then i wont be on that one :p I will almost gauranteed have an alt on whatever the main ordo server is, but itll be an alt and not nearly as much time put into it. :p
  3. if you do that then I wont be participating. <== pvp / RP pvp only :p
  4. thats roughly right, and RA2 and 3 fit into the RA canon not necessarily the command and conquer series in general. There are a few "alternate universe" style things going on with games like RA2 because of chronojumping and various other shit CNC4 also fit into the CNC canon it was just took a really weird direction in comparison to previous writers.
  5. Considering the groups, time period, weaponry, and everything is completely different in red alert vs the standard tiberium series I dont see that being true :P Really the only common factor in red alert and the tiberium series is the fact that the cash monies in red alert is still tiberium ore. Hell the original C&C wasnt all that far in the future and would already be a plot hole if tied with RA :P each series has its own canon, RA is pretty linear with itself, That and the plot line / acting in C&C has always been fairly intentionally 'campy' and corny. Tiberium series: NOD, GDI, and now those aliens (ugh) Red alert: Allied Forces, Russia, now Japan Generals: "allied forces", PLA, Terrorists that i cant remember what they were named Edit: Also renegade was suuuuuuuuch trash.
  6. Red alert 3 was good. >:[ Granted it wasnt ZOMG AMAZING, but it was good. the main command and conquer series went downhill after tiberian sun, generals was an off-shoot. Similar to red alert in being its own series in the umbrella of "command and conquer"
  7. as long as they go back to the base-setup style of previous games rather than C&C 4 style ill be happy. OH SHIT: http://www.pcgamer.c...on-frostbyte-2/ It runs on frostbite 2. That means theres a ton of potential for visual glory.
  8. I was actually really upset with the show in general. A lot of upsets, skyrim game of the year included considering how insanely buggy it was on launch and various other "meh"ness about it. The saving grace was the game reveals which were pretty exciting, especially the bioware command and conquer
  9. Deadmon

    Car Thread.

    That, and its a 94 ;p
  10. truth, was interesting. Cool to see how similar all positions are and the small changes to make sure all situations are covered.
  11. There is actually a big lifted all black truck with a hexegonal faded decals (think our shields but in accents on the truck and in shiny/matte black on black paint to create a 'ghost' effect) and decepticon logos on the back hitch, front grill, where logos are between front wheel and front door, and decepticon rims. Im also convinced its an actual decepticon.
  12. haha, I know what telugu is (after googling it when I first saw this post) I was just laughing at how out of the entire list that one stood out the most :P
  13. I like how everything is pretty short and then you get to Telugu: దూరంగా ఉండేవారిని పిలుచుటకు వాడే ఓ శబ్ధ విశేషము which is like a long line of flowery alien language. good times.
  14. Its not, FFXIV 2.0 is going to be almost an entirely new game. Thats the -only- reason im looking forward to it lol
  15. it should still be. Though itll be suspended as soon as billing starts so you dont get charged.
  16. I know just mention of the game evokes a fit of giggles for anyone who touched the initial release of FFXIV, however upon looking at the planned upgrades, already placed upgrades, and the general seriousness of improvement I am looking forward to what the FFXIV version 2.0 will hold. FFXIV was released 10+ months ago and since then has been 100% free because it, frankly, was piece of shit that looked pretty. An entirely new team has come in and in a short amount of time while facing struggles of underfunding from a year of free subscriptions and the overwhelming community distaste for the product they were taking over, has updated to a game that is getting more and more attention due to its rapid development of essentially remaking the game. http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com/pl/teaser/ Read up on it, and check out the files at the bottom that show you exactly how far they are taking it from what it has been.
  17. 8's followed by Ts have always bugged me in text / licenses. It would be Im-per-at-tor if it were possible to replace with A or U or something itd be better.
  18. oh, good point. They are likely saving numbers for new bloodline characters, seeing as all since 2 were ezio. Either way, I think were going to get alot of real world stuff in 3, seeing as brotherhood left it open for RL exploration at the very end with the whole being parked at the great temple at the very end when desmond wakes up
  19. revelations -was- intended to tie up alot of loose ends. I expect AC5 (AC1: AC2: AC:B AC:R were main releases) to either be ALL modern world or like krow said, -alot- of travel and more like AC original.
