Aryte
As mentioned in the weekly meeting on January 3rd, Schola will be undergoing changes. Here is your opportunity to recommend anything you felt needs "changed" or anything you'd of liked to see in Schola. All suggestions (serious ones) are fair game! Go for it. Gulliver Carpool
I don't suppose reading Stephen Ambrose's "Band of Brothers" and/or "Citizen Soldiers" would be practical. You could do a lot worse than reading those.
Sekonda Huet
B)B) I've repeatedly bugged Kristian with ideas that get ignored because he's too busy pimping out the Netherlands. WE'VE SEEN THE PICTURES! :@
Kellervo
I think it'd be nice to see a firing range exercise/test (Phase 3.5?) before the live combat. It's rather disconcerting to be thrown into the fire, and can be a bit harsh to those unacclimated to SL combat.

Dascede
I agree with the induction ceremony, swearing loyalty, etc. It would make the entire induction much more official. And it would perhaps give the cadets a reason to put on the formal outfits and puts on the their Basic Training merit?I really like the idea of lining up for inspection and reviving the saluting idea. I've always wondered why we were given an at attention and at ease gesture, and why they're never used.

Trinity Heckroth
Definitely agree with emphasizing saluting and officer protocols.
