He is cold-contacting, using an alt and pretending that he "heard from someone" that "you" are interested in defecting, hoping he will get a bite. Please do not waste your time talking to him. Additionally, if anyone was looking to defect, I sure hope they'd have enough brainpower to do it to somewhere other than Vernian. That place is terribad.
