Aryte
Those within the Civilian Group organization are denoted as authorized civilians within the Ordo Imperialis territory. Authorized is defined as:o) an individual vouched for or of proven neutral quality.o) allowed beyond the primary security barrier of the headquarter's walling.o) not permitted to be armed.o) not permitted to use vehicles.o) not permitted on field during combat. An individual may be added to the"Civilian" group with a personal vouch from an existing Ordo Imperialis member of at least E-1 status. To vouch for an individual is to acknowledge them as entirely acceptable, and to stake your name to their acceptability. This puts the voucher at risk if the "Civilian" is found accountable for any crimes or offenses against the Ordo Imperialis; do not vouch or invite those you cannot trust entirely.Remember, if you're inviting someone to the civilian group, you too are accepting responsibility. Review their profile, look over the individual-- make sure the voucher knows what they're doing. Sometime folks simply say "civilian invite" without realizing who they're vouching for. Civilian status is easily revoked, but it can also lead to embarrassing debacles. So be cautious!
Syl Kiranov
Watch for sure signs of trouble when investigating civilians, such as:An "I hate Ordo" t-shirt.An ill-fitting hat which poorly conceals a block of C4.Guns hidden behind their backs (do not fall for the "other hand" trick... ask to see both hands at once.)Seriously though, the Imperator's reminder is important... Titan is a military base, not a nightclub. A civilian invite is a pass to visit some sensitive areas, which is not something you give to just anyone. It doesn't hurt to investigate them a little and keep an eye on them (preferably while maintaining a friendly attitude) just in case. Civilians who have turned hostile in the past typically showed signs like failure to respect rules or cooperate with officers, or questionable groups or history. Agares Tretiak
Also recall that very serious violations will bring extreme scrutiny on those who vouched for that Civilian, from the Special Branches.I'd also like to propose putting into effect a sort of impromptu vote for new civilians, essentially asking all those present on COM if they have objections to a person being added to the civilian group. Objections, naturally, should be related to serious concerns, not "he smells funny, lol."
