  1. I agree wholeheartedly, to be honest. And I thank you for bringing that up. Decorum and proper conduct should apply to everyone, without exception.
  2. Well, the Herald doesn't always post who it's writers are. AS for editing the conversation, I'm certain Aryte keeps a handy, dandy copy of it in case anything unexpected happens. He is, after all, a veteran of the internecine world of SL.
  3. It has come to my recent attention that there is an increasing number of people who have become close and familiar with their superior officers. While this is not expressly a bad thing at all, there has also been an increasing instance of our strongly held and written protocols, something that as a Praetorian, I cannot ignore any longer. Every new and old member of the Ordo Imperialis, are not those who are our superiors worthy of the respect and consideration they've earned? Though you may be on a first name basis with your officers or superiors, in public and Ordo related business, it should be Sir, Ma'am, or their proper rank or title. Especially in the case of the Imperator, we execute this reverence and respect. Sir and Imperator are more than acceptable. Calling him Aryte, as much as it is wonderful to be able to relate to the Imperator, is not responsible or acceptable. If he says you can, then by all means. But it is clearly stated in our handbook on how to properly address a superior. An officer must be close to his troops, but also maintain the clear and uncrossable line of authority and command. Discipline can fall to pieces with the smallest laxity in action, word, or thought. It is their duty as well as the rank and file's to do everything in terms of military decorum, respect, and tradition. So I implore you all to maintain a professional attitude, in regards to our superiors, for we rely on very respect for them to achieve victory and honor against our enemies. Gloria et Veneratio Imperator Nomen
  4. Wait, what? I'm sorry, that didn't make much sense.
  5. Bruno, don't you have an officer insurrection to worry about? S'what I heard, anyway.
  6. I am professional and slightly intimidating. I also know how to difuse a situation with upset people. >_> And yay! Liaison!
  7. YOU! Get back into your Penitent Engine, you bloody heretic! Your service to the Emperor is now forced, since you could not muster the will to serve him freely. Such is the fate of all who would turn on Him. >:( EDIT: Also, bad spelling (lol dam is for water, damn is for hell) is the mark of a true heretic, scum.
  8. I completely agree. While I was maybe a tad harsh I also think that anyone who could even get aboard the Vae Victus, in force, is a worthy and capable opponent, as long as they don't av fly or use similarly cheap tricks. And even an opponent who puts up a consistent, intelligent defense is more than worthy of praise and respect.
  9. LIES AND HERESY! I CALL THE INQUISITION UPON YOU!

  11. Why...no...no we're not going to kill everyone. *kicks scorched marine armor and bones behind himself.*
  12. I'd think, "Wow, Bruno can back up all that stuff he says.", provided you could do such a thing. Edit: As stated below, Bruno perhaps you should actually learn about your enemies, their tactics and methods, and maybe you'd have more of a chance against them in the future. As it stands, we can sweep aside your best efforts with little more than a stifled yawn. And that's not for any number of troops we use, or weapons we utilize. It's not because of some sort of lack of honor. It's because you're stuck in a rut on how you view and react to getting bested.
  13. [17:05] You: <3? [17:05] Karlhockey Forte: do I fit in as a evil soul eating praetorian yet? [17:05] You: Haha [17:06] Karlhockey Forte: :< [17:06] You: Are we really that evil and soul-eating? [17:06] You: We're ominous, brooding, and otherwordly, perhaps. [17:06] Karlhockey Forte: Acording to the other group against us, and of course we are the creame of the primcopying, griefing and cheating part of the Ordo [17:06] Karlhockey Forte: :D [17:07] You: Psh. What do THEY know. [17:07] Karlhockey Forte: I love what people think sometimes. [17:07] You: Hey, mind if I prim copy those wings, while I av fly in Dorien shooting tracking bullets that are phantom? [17:07] Karlhockey Forte: Course, can I borrow some nukes while you are at it? [17:08] You: Damn straight dude, I stole these rom the VG, fine upstanding folks that thy are. [17:08] You: I'm going to go blackscreen Cristoph.
  14. I hate the heretic, the xeno, the witch. And Gunau for good measure. I think he fits into two of the three categories.
  15. I dunno. I may still make something of my own, but we'll see what you come out with, for all I know, it may be way better than something I have in mind.
  16. Ahahaha. That's hilarious. "best the VG has to offer". He really is out of his head. And if Harlequin gets chewed out for cooperating with them, all the better.
