Things are making their progression along the history tree. First it was WWI, then WWII, the Cold War. Vietnam and Korea are up next even though Blackops covered both of them if I remember right. Maybe just Korea.
Soon enough there will be the current Middle-East/Afghanistan war once it's not such a recent thing to touch upon. Going back and re-living the Holocaust... 70 years later when most the people who were actually there aren't alive as opposed to the World Trade Center where people are still suffering from it isn't as sensitive of a subject.
I honestly would love to see more Soviet gameplay. Breaking out of the prison in Blackops was one of the funnest experiences in the game, regardless of how indestructible you were.

In my opinion, all of the above are unfair, and should be prohibited, at least from Ordo personnel to use any of the methods mentioned in this thread.
Combat in SL never has and never will be fair. We can't ban someone for wireframing because there's no proof. Once I can actually tell the difference between an avatar, the ground, and the floor of our base I'll consider not using ARC. Not to mention ARC loads when avatars do not, so I'm not shooting at a cloud 99.99% of the time.
Also tracking huds are completely worthless. As demonstrated by the old Astra HUD, it would just freeze in lag and you would be stuck with a bunch of circles on your screen that added to the confusion.

I use ARC only because my eyes fucking suck and I can't tell an avatar from it's background. Other times I'll use VL's Hitbox shower if someone's using an offset (mechs)
Wireframing should be a big no-no and if you decide to use it, don't record your battle and put it on youtube ect.

American tanks suck. Horrible armor, no TDs, SPGs aren't worth it. The T-30 has the biggest gun in the game, but only 100mm armor (200 on the turret). A hetzer can damage that. My SU-85 would rip that tank a new hatch, if the gun on it didn't do 800 damage, rofl.
Only half of the said tanks that were coming out for America actually...came out but I guess that's with all trees.

Thank you to all of you whom are currently in the military, and to any of you who are or have served in any other military around the world. I don't believe I should limit it just to the U.S, for everyone in a military is fighting and standing for their families at home.
My heart goes out to the brave men and women who have fought, died, and those who currently serve.

If I accidentally shoot a friendly and realize it, I apologize over coms and teleport them back. Three seconds of effort saves a lot of trouble. If you accidentally shoot someone /while they're going into the redzone/ and they immediately proceed to tell you about it in a bad way, tell them a Curia representative would be happy to evaluate their complaint.
Getting shot is one thing that can be remedied by a simple "I'm sorry" but when you get confronted by an unsportsmanlike person, then they immediately step into the wrong.
This is also a reminder: It's just a game. Remember that we're all here for the same reason: Fun. If you need to cool down, there's always a little red X at the top right hand of your screen, and accidents will always happen.

I got my VK3002(DB) and got my 700th kill in it
I only need 600,000 credits to get the SU-100, 15,000 XP and 1,300,000 credits to get the KV-3, and I'm set.

Lupus: I can out-run any tank in my PzIII. IS-3-4-7's are obviously going to blow you up. Your Tiger is tier 7, and theirs are 8, 9 and 10 respectively.
Trinity: Get a new gun or use HE :P I also have a KV, and it's mildly annoying not being able to kill anything in one shot, but as soon as I get 2k more XP, I'll have the 152mm M-10 sniper, so I can just kapwn people.
KV's are medium tanks, but slower. They're by no means heavy until you get the better guns. My VK3001(P) can kapwn a KV any day...until I get one who has the 152 howitzer, then I'm fucked.
(Fyi. 152mm M-10 stats: 110 penetration, 700 damage, 3 rounds per minute, 1 accuracy at 100m)

Here's how the game progresses:
Light tanks- Russians are speedy ass devils, but most can be taken out easy when tracked (track destroyed). Germans can absorb a pretty penny worth of fire, and also unleash it twice-fold on its enemy. Game is relatively balanced.
Medium tanks- Germans become the speedy devils (at least the pzIII), and continue to absorb more firepower. Germans are slightly better than their Russian counterparts only because they can absorb fire, and unleash it back. German tanks are slightly more overpowered than Russian tanks, minus the T-44 since it's a nuke on wheels.
Heavy tanks- Russia takes the cake, being able to deflect a ton of shots fired, huge guns mounted on these short and slightly faster, more maneuverable tanks. Germans are lacking, the only thing saving them from complete annihilation is their thick armor, which Russian guns penetrate anyways.
Tank Destroyers- Germans are the first on the scene, with more armor and bigger guns. They can deflect nearly every shot, and one shot many of the tiers right below it. Russia only keeps up with the faster reloads and longer viewing ranges, but who needs that when your bullets bounce off. Even HE shells bounce. If you're lucky to get a hit, surprise. 1% damage.
Artillery- Russia, Russia, Russia. The S-51 is an orbital nuke, and the Hummel can chase down a BT-7. Mostly even here, all of it is skill and your team's aptitude for base defense.

T-44s when played right are nearly as good as an IS-7 without the armor difference.
I can't wait for my VK3001(DB), it's supposed to rape face, the Panzer V however, I don't approve. I can take out a Panzer V with my VK3001(P).
Once I get my DB I'm going to sell all my tanks except for my Panzer IV (to get German heavy tanks) and DB, then start going up the Russian line to the T-44. Maybe dabble in TDs.
But until then..BISON POWAH.

You're wrong. A tier 2 tank up against tier 5+ will do absolutely... nothing. It's like trying to use a Wespe on a JagdTiger... the shells just ricochet off. Even if you do damage, it's going to be 1-2% tops.
When, in any war-time situation involving armor, has there been a battle that was entirely balanced?By that philosophy, I should be able to be in a Maus up against MS-1s and L.Traktors. All of them vs me. There still has to be balance or people playing APB would absolutely love getting put up against a R900 player or a L.Traktor against a JagdTiger.
