1) Republic Side has 7 players 20+. decided to wait it out, population should balance, none of us have waited longer then 10-20min anyway, good time to do some RL stuff, and the wait time is only during a small time-frame. Keep in mind, the game isn't done, it's an ongoing project still and it's an issue that they'll likely resolve or it will eventually resolve itself, worse case they'll offer to move players/guilds and throw in the character transfer ability. Since early access and the 20th they have opened several more servers and will be opening the EU and AU servers in the coming months, also I believe over the few months they will gradually raise the server cap. It will be bad before it gets good (excluding SoE), this is Bioware's first MMO, and they've already made some promising announcements. It's understandable if you guys would like to move, but I figured it would be best if we stayed on one server 1) so we can kick each other in PvP matches 2) so you don't have to leave the server to switch to other side characters, you leave or switch servers, you could just end up in another waiting list.

Try starting it without the battery, or if there's a jumper, set it to reset mode and start it. Can you get into the BIOS settings at all? Tried unplugging all the drives? Maybe it will get somewhere if there's no where to put the BIOS image?

I had some BSOD issues a few years ago I couldn't figure out, my hardware steps consisted of borrowing a few pieces of equipment or throwing in old pieces from previous computers to isolate the issue. Memory (switched them around, took some out, put em in one at a time, tried new ones and so on) Video Card (just switched to the onboard one and pulled the card, also tried an old card I had) Messed with just about everything plugged in, unplugged, tested, plugged in one at a time, tested, and so on CPU (I was unable to test this as I did not have extra one of the same type, after a few weeks I just went out and purchased a CPU & Board combo) Board (Replaced with CPU) All in all I figured it was my motherboard maybe my proccessor, but I highly suspect it was my board, not because it was an ASUS, though I would love to have more to stick it to them, but because minor issues continued until I replaced just about every card and stick I had. Your board can easily screw up all your other equipment threw even the smallest issues. If you have data you want to save, cheapest way is to pull your hard drive, go grab an external kit for $20 and copy the information you want to a DVD or another drive.. or several drives, however you like to do it. I'm personally a data junkie (not to imply it's junk, or disorganized >:| ) and have two copies of all my irreplaceable stuff in two different locations. First things though, Memory... Easy to replace (or borrow), easy to test and determine if it's the issue.

Here's the list of servers we'll likely be most occupying (in order by gathered preferences) RP-PvE - Vrook Lamar (less noobs and idiocy) RP-PvP - Ajunta Pall (Only West RP-PvP server) PvE - Mask of Nihilus (Meridius guild was thrown on this server, balancing by Bioware) PvP - Rakata Mind Prison (lowest population of PvP West servers) Q&A Q: Why RP servers? A: More respect, less idiocy from individuals who don't know what RP is so they avoid it. Q: Why all types, why not just choose one we'll all go to? A: Everyone has a different preference, if we outline what servers we'll be on most likely, it will be easier to find each other. Q: Why West servers? A: There are often less issues with west servers, and have good connection. Besides that, this is where their main hub is. Q: What side are we playing on? A: Play whatever side you want, some will prefer one side or the other, but we'll likely all have at least one on each side.

Actually crystals that were red, or with a red hue (orange / yellow) were often a form of synthetic crystal created and corrupted by darkness by the user / creator. Sith rarely had access to real crystals as they were rare, protected and hard to find in good number, supposedly any natural crystal would not tune well to a darksider and when tuned would turn red anyway. Natural crystal caves are an embodiment of, natural positive energy. A darksider would have to corrupt that energy to be able to use the crystal to its full effect. Also being able to accomplish this and wield a red saber was a symbol of pride. BUT, there's always a LOT of speculation, debate and argument when it comes to sabers and crystals.

Well, the only down side to coloring is unrealistic, They made it so light Jedi can't run around with red sabers, so they may only have a certain array of acceptable colors per class/type of armor. I know they want to keep it as canon as possible, and I would rather not see people running around with pink clothing except a possibility of using that color as an offset or trim accompanied by another primary that matches well.

Agreed, RA 1 / 2, Generals and its Expansion's have been the only ones I've enjoyed. All the others I'll play for, maybe an hour?

I've no issue with color levels and a possible rareness to them this could be balanced by drop rate. The more hue's the better of course, for those who can't afford the finer colors, there will be some close enough that are of lesser value that would make one happy enough. In Tabula Rasa, they had TONS of colors, and you often got more then enough of them to keep you happy even as you progressed through different sets. Or they could take the route of SWG, allowing the crafter's to choose the colors of equipment, this would bring up a specific importance of crafting, and like SWG, colors could be based on skill in the craft. Or, they could do what the Hero MMO's do and say SCREW IT, and let you just choose whatever color you want at will. btw 24hrs till early access!!!

I agree, was the same way with Tabula Rasa, they may just do that, I guess we'll see. Would be a good loot item, and good rare items depending on colors..

Always liked the Generals series, were more options it seemed, kinda like Red Alert 1 & 2

Only other option is allowing you to color your own clothing, or match your clothing to any piece you get, so I don't mind! Even though we all know It'll be all white for me! ...and I think I like Burr's calculator better, it's far more stable.
