Do not talk to reporters in an unprofessional manner. It is possible that you may be quoted, or have your behavior observed -- even when it seems to be "off the record."There is no such thing as "off the record."Some reporters also harbor bias toward a military, in which case the smallest incident could be used in a negative manner toward our community.
