For those of you who remember LawrenceJoseph Roffo, he was a former Merczateers SEA who quit to form the "Remnant Imperium", and was later banned, reportedly for age reasons. The left over members of the "Remnant Imperium" later formed Echelon.

My relation to Roffo/Xyekep is that I was a commander in the "Remnant Imperium" under Roffo, and then later I was first in command of the Echelon Union for a couple of months along with Roo Tenk. Xyekep contacted me requesting for the old armor that the Remnant Imperium used, which I had on my Indigo account full perms.

Now to the important and new things. Roffo is back in SL on the accounts "Atrius Clarity" and "LawrenceJoseph Zepp". He is an E-3 in Alliance Navy on Atrius, and has attempted to conceal who he is to the AN. He is in Rathium on the other account. His short term plans are to attempt to get "revenge" at Roo Tenk and Darkdirt Ohara for vague reasons. His long term plan (for next Summer) is to reform the "Remnant Imperium". Below are the actual logs of all of this.

Naturally, for the following logs do remember that Atrius and LawrenceJoseph are the same person, and Waffle and Indigo are the same person as well.

Was told by Tiridates to post various things I've come across in addition to the above intel but unrelated to it, so here it goes.

---- ION Intel ----

ION has developed a rocket launcher type RPG for anti-Tank and anti-Mech use. I've managed to acquire a full perms version of the RPG without a group auth on it, and I've passed it on the Imperator as well as to Syl for research into its function and methods.

ION also has a strict no aircraft-vs-infantry rule; however, they have been developing a bomber behind the scenes which would indicate that they're preparing to discard this rule.

ION has developed an "objective core" similar to that of Ziost; however, the core is hidden via a mess of hallways, and has been reported to be mined when enemies invade.

Former Echelon Union member "BillyJoe Benoir" had appeared to quit EU and join ION; however, he has indicated that he is in ION to do some freelance undercover work and has agreed to pass on anything he can get his hands on to me. He has also indicated he plans to join Ordo instead of rejoining EU when he is done investigating ION.

ION has also installed a crude sim radar, similar to but not close to the quality or accuracy of our own.

---- Teen Grid Transfer Intel ----

One of the larger armies from the teen grid, "New Rome", is planning to transfer as a collective whole over to the main grid in April. An officer who has made the account transfer prematurely that the transfer date is scheduled for "on or around" April 15th. New Rome was apparently the strongest army on the teen grid; however, it is also said to be known for having belligerent behavior. New Rome is reported to have had approximately somewhere between 200 and 250 members on the teen grid (not an exact estimate), but plans to employ a strategy of transferring over 30 officers in April to do recruitment from the main grid. They are also reported to be planning to transfer 2-3 full sims (though I am personally skeptical of this claim. One source speculated that they would attempt to leech members off the plethora of smaller militaries such as CS.

Another teen grid military, Army of the Sith Republic (ASR) is planning to wait to make the move until next December, though the certainty of that date is questionable.

One teen grid military, called Valkyrie Alliance, is reported to have already begun the transfer to the main grid.

The teen grid military"The Black Talon" is said to be planning a transfer this year, but the date is not yet set.

In terms of strength, contact with several people who have already transferred generally rate the militaries in the following order:

Rome > Talon > ASR > Valkyrie

I have also recently gotten my hands on a box with 30 military documents on New Rome ranging from their handbook, various speeches, histories, and conversation logs. I will work on sorting it all out, and I will hand it to Tiridates the next time I see him on. Do also note that all of the above is secondhand information; I can not verify any of the above firsthand.

I'll continue to post any new important intel as I get my hands on it.

EDIT: From my initial reading of this intel, New Rome is like VG, except with obsession with Roman instead of Nazi things. And just like VG but perhaps more obvious, they do seem to act like a bunch of bratty kids to each other.

I spoke personally with the man claiming to be the leader of the Valkyrie Alliance. After some questioning, I indicated he should speak with the Imperator.

We might see a massive increase in the number of applicants, as old teen grid armies discover they do not mesh as well with the main grid militaries.

I think we've already denied all of the prior New Rome applicants who have come our way. They aren't going to mesh well one way or another.
