According to Sprint's Website, They have shitty coverage over Benning. 3G at best. T-Mobile shows Full 4G LTE Coverage that pretty much covers the whole base of the base. with signal dropping slightly around the Ranges - Top Tier no-contract Data only is 10.5 GB for 70USD/Mo - No overage charges. They just throttle. http://www.t-mobile.com/cell-phone-plans/mobile-internet.html#tab-navigation Verizon has full LTE Coverage. Data is 90USD/MO for 10 gigs. Hard Capped. They dont say their overage charges, but it's about 15USD per Gig over. http://www.verizonwireless.com/wcms/consumer/shop/prepaid.html ATT does 10 gigs at 60/mo data plan + 20/mo hotspot tax (20gig for 110+20/mo) Overage charges, But full coverage over Benning. Worse coverage at the ranges than Tmobile. http://www.att.com/att/planner/

They broke off from Microsoft a while back. The last game to hit PC from them was a 2 year old Halo 1 that was ported to PC by a different company IIRC. But I'm sure that MS and Sony still have a firm grasp on their man parts. Once you sell out to the consoles, They own your soul.

Translation: It'd anger the console gods as a PC release could hamper sales of their new consoles.

Greetings! I’m posting this to explain some changes to our community ranking structure that is coming down the pipe. For most of you, you will not notice much of a change, But for our Vets, this will be a bit of a shift from our traditional ranking system. The Goal of this system is to move to a ranking system that more reflects our community as a chapter based community from that of a Single Platform mil-sim group. We’re going to be implementing the Billitied Ranking system that we’ve been talking about for a while. Billited Ranks basically mean that You hold the rank for as long as you hold the position. When you no longer hold the position, you will return to a member rank. Please note, that Bilited Ranks to not transfer between chapters. If you’re SG3-4 in PS2, You do not automatically become command or staff of SW:TOR. Ranking Changes SG1 = Community Member -Entry Rank, Majority of people here. SG2 = Community Veteran SG1 Minimum time requirement = 6 months. -Ordo people who’ve been around for a long time or have served in chapter leadership. Current Principales will be moved here. SG3 = Chapter Specialist / SGT - Billet Rank -Support staff position. Your squad/group/event leaders, Special Group Leaders (Think OSWO), Recruiters, Quartermasters, etc. -Billet Exemption: As Recognition for their service and achievements, Former CENTCOM Members will be awarded SG3 as a global community ranking. Enlisted Ranks Above ================ Officer Ranks Below SG4 = Chapter Commander / Officer Staff / JR Officer - Billeted Rank Officer Rank. - Chapter Grade Billeted to Chapter Commander and XO. Additional slots available depending on chapter size and CENTCOM review. People in this rank are considered Officers of the Ordo Imperialis, and are expected to conduct themselves as such, as they will become ambasadors of the community as a whole as we expand into new communities. They will be tasked with General day to day Administration of their chapter. As with the limited scope of SG3, Chapter officers focus on their chapters and officer powers do not extend into other active chapters, But that does not limit an SG4 officer from providing input and advice when asked from other officers in another chapter. Potential CENTCOM members will spend time in the SG4 rank where Community officers can observe their administrative and command ability. SG5 = CENTCOM - Community Administration - Billeted Rank (Believe it or not!) Officer Rank. - Community/Global Grade SG4 minimum Time Requirement = 2 months. All Current officers will be combined into this one rank, and not much outside of that has changed. CENTCOM are the community managers who take care of all the back end stuff. This is the only group who maintain their influence across all platforms. SG5 personnel will typically be involved in the setting up of new chapters, settling disputes, and drinking coffee. SG4 officers who show interest and potential for working in an administrative role and show dedication to the community as a whole may eventually find themselves promoted to this role. CENTCOM has become a bit more dynamic in these days. We’ve recently had some officers opt to step down from CENTCOM due to increased RL Demands. We’ve had some in the past who’s stepped down because They’ve lost interest or didn't have anything to do. These people have served the group well, and offer their space to the newer generation of Ordo to advance and bring their skills to the table. SG6 = Imperator - Aryte Nothing has changed here. Keep Dreaming.

I had thought i had posted on this thread already. I was in Basic Training at the time. We were within the first week of BRM all laying in the prone position working on our trigger pull and trying to balance a coin on the end of a cleaning rod stuck out the end of the barrel of our M16s. The Drill Sgts suddenly got scarce and there was a Radio/TV playing loudly in one of the back rooms. One of the DS' Came in yelling something about getting serious about what we're doing because we'd likely be using it in the near future, stating that we were just attacked. We all kinda just looked at eachother wondering what he was on about. He had ducked out again for a few then came back with a couple other Drill Sgts and ordered all of us to get up, and form up in the quad. They had called back the guys who were out at the range zeroing their rifles. We then were tasked with setting up Barricades along the sidewalks and had both stationary and roving guards setup around the building. We had no idea what was going on, and we thought this was all some sort of training exercise and all that fun stuff, since Being in basic, we were essentially operating in a closed environment with no input from the outside world. After a couple hours of setting things up and going over how to do patrols, ID check people, and all that fun stuff, They brought us food to eat in the quad. When I was done I requested to go to the latrine, and as I walked by the DFAC, there was a small corner of the place that was set aside for permanent Party, had a TV and everything. as I walked by, I looked in through the window and saw the smoke. The reality just hit me like a ton of bricks. When I went back to the quad, I told people what I saw, and told them to ask to go to the latrine and see for themselves. Everyone ended up walking back with this detached, Trying to process everything look on their face. We then went back to training. Cadences went from Singing about shooting Commies to shooting Terrorists, and We got even less sleep because now we had extra guard duty on top of firewatch. Probably the biggest change tho was the attitude of everyone. Everyone got all sorts of serious about training. We all knew that we'd be going to war. It was about a day or two later that we had the whole training battalion called into a room to be addressed by the Battalion commander on what happened and what information they had behind it. He had taped some of the news from that day and played about half an hour of the video for us. When we got back to the Quad, Our unit commander stepped out to tell us that one of the guys who we had been training with, One of the guys who was in my platoon, Died on one of the aircraft that plowed into the towers. His dad had medical issues and landed him in the hospital. Army would not give him leave time to go see him, so he told them that he refused to train, and thus would be discharged from the Military. Ran into him a few times while we were out and he was doing busy work while his paperwork was being processed, and was happy that he was going to be out soon to go see his family and his dad, but that his dad wasnt doing the best in the hospital. Last image I have of him was of him working a weed eater. Caught wind later that his dad died a couple days later.

My favorite part of the press release video is the whole 'As a company who's roots are in the PC, We totally decided not to bother till now.' Tho I think it's Ubisoft making the decisions more than the Dev. The Gameplay thing looks great, and seeing the UAV with the Tablet tag next to it perked my ears. Tho with the newer games it seems to be coming a new trend, and one that I fully support. The voices I thought was NPC stuff. The "I got my group heal loaded..." had me confused, but when the guy switched to skills, I thought it could of been a tutorial bit. Then when the fighting started, I thought it was either scripted NPC combat or some crazy new NPC positional callout system. Then the UAV poped in w/ the Tablet tag, then I knew it was supposed to be VOIP comms. But I'll agree, It sounded scripted. And if I had my guess, it was a gameplay vid shot, then scripted and Voice Overed afterwards. But I dig it. I'll probably end up getting it. The holo stuff looked neat.

review Date; 16AUG13 Product name: Merc Stealth Product Manufacturer: Steel Series Product Website: http://steelseries.com/us/products/keyboards/steelseries-merc-stealth Retail: ~90 USD (Currently listed on sale for ~50USD) Time Used: ~5+ years. The primary reason I bought this keyboard was the gamepad built into it. Second reason was because it was backlit. I've been using this keyboard for ages and It's one of the best investments I've made in Gaming hardware outside of my main rig itself. the gamepad is set at an angle where your hand naturally rests, and it has buttons layed out in a pattern that everything is in easy reach. I dont get much strain from this due to it's gamepad angle offset. Buttons are nicely aranged and I rarely have a missed key hit, and the stacked number keys is nice as I do not have to move my hand away from my movement keys to hit one of of the numbers above 6. The Num Pad is probably the most difficult to get used to as the numpad also doubles as your Home, pgup pgdn ins and all those other keys. Your arrow keys are likewise mashed in there as well. You toggle between these two modes with the numlock key. Probably not too much of an issue for most instances, for programs that use those extra keys along side num keys, or you just happen to 10key your numbers, you can sometimes forget to switch modes. 10 key also takes a slight adjustment as the positioning of the keys is different. The reason for mashing all that stuff together is to keep this thing from taking up even more space on your desk than it currently does. This thing is massive. Aprox 21" wide (53cm), but well worth it imo. The Keyboard does come with Software to do auto-profile switching, setting up macros, and all that other fun stuff, I choose not to use it. It's kinda clunky, and at times does not work too well. For most cases, simply using stock configuration and rebinding keys through the game interface works best. Example GW2 Layout someone posted online: For those where were from SL, I had a profile setup so that I could zoom my cam in before Right click Zoom was available on any viewers, as well as HUD/Weapon Gestures loaded where I wanted them on my keybinds. This really helped me manage the million different commands we had for all our stuff. All and all I'd reccomend it to anyone who is considering some form of game keypad system. Pros: Comfortable and functional keypad for extended gaming Completely programmable glowy Cons: Larger than other keyboards Combined numpad setup Software not the best.

The Concept of Wurm interests me. It's sandboxy and classless. Tho the game is the definition of Grind.
