Mizar Korobase
The elevators located in either tower on the defensive wall are undergoing field testing to determine their performance in various states of lag.You will notice that there are call buttons located on any of the available floors, and these may be clicked to bring the elevator to that floor. You may also click the elevator directly to select which floor to go to.In order to use the elevator or the call buttons you must wear the main Ordo tags and be relatively close. Anlysia Gregoire
And don't put prims in the elevator shaft or Mizar will EAT YOUR F***ING FACE.:)
Sekonda Huet
What's the point of these elevators? Each level is within jumping distance.
Keno
Couldn't we just have a spirally ramp thing
Akurei Sieyes
Replace the elevator with a trampoline.
Cyphre Iredell
Only if they're teleportation trampolines.
Dascede
The elevators make things much easier.. if you put a ramp there or just left it empty, it'd be a bit harder to get to the top.I like the elevators.
Kellervo
Yeah, the elevators are handy. In the heat of combat, it'll be rather difficult to climb up stairs, especially if we're being besieged by a laggy military like the GR. An elevator may have some performance issues, but it's more reliable then trying to run up a circular staircase while being pelted with dozens of orange prim-dodging bullets. Dascede
Or trying to jump six times and failing each.
Sekonda Huet
They are some 2ft under the jump height of an avatar so if your missing them you have really bad aim. xD

Cyphre Iredell
Yeah, any non-moving object is more reliable in 'the heat of battle' than anything else, including ramps and stairs.
Aeriese Descenna
I agree. We don't need elevators in those little towers. If they're there, I'm just going to jump. My legs are superstrong >:O
Blaze Wiles
Agreed, they seem little more than a gimic, a fun gimic to mess around with, but a gimic none the less, the first floor is reachable by jumping, getting to the roof could easily be solved by just putting a pole arm sticking upright with a target on it to use the grapple on, since everyone who needs to get up there has that (maybe disguise it as a flag pole?) plus it would stop the annoying instance of backing up from the ledge and falling though the elevator shaft because someone called the elevator away when your not looking x.x

Mizar Korobase
Once again, do note that the elevators are there for field testing purposes. Mostly I'm just observing how they operate in lag to determine appropriate placement in the city build.
