Aryte
After a series of Curia reports, the decision was made to demote Centurion Arch Graves to the standard and level of W-1. However, Centurion Graves refused to accept the demotion and summarily voiced his disdain in the group "having changed," underlining he was "no longer proud to be a member." Coupled with the unreasonable conduct demonstrated within the reports, detailing "trolling," "harassment," and other general antics unfit for an officer, Centurion Graves' membership is terminated. Effective immediately. It should be noted Arch Graves has issued threats against current Ordo members, including, but not limited to "I will destroy x." (Name omitted.) It is never enjoyable to see someone go, however there comes a point where an individual's standard is so debilitating they've expended any such use or purpose as a team player. Arch, although a confidant and a friend, tended to blame his shortcomings and write off incident reports against him as conspiracy or "the group's changed."Frankly, it is simply cheap excuse and bullshit antics. [20:13] Anthony Lehane: He was in our vent dissing Ordo last nightYou are not obligated to maintain membership within the Ordo Imperialis. If for whatever reason you do not enjoy yourself, then leave. Otherwise, you're simply harming the group by being a stick in the mud, spewing out worthless filth. Do not hide behind the claims of "I am here for my friends;" the Ordo is either your family, or nothing. There's no room for cliques. Cyphre Iredell
W-1 is pretty damn generous I would say, but I suppose overall a predictable outcome after all the recent reports and drama.
Krow Ames
We had one little problem that was solved quickly by my own intervention. While we avoided each other since that, he's been pretty damn retarded to other people...To everyone reading this: DO NOT BE ARCH'S REPLACEMENT. He's gone for a reason... Think before you do something or you could be "career redirected" too. "For the lulz" won't save you; Be a 'tard on 4chan, not here.

Sekonda Huet
Not a suprise. Shame his ego wouldn't accept the offer and his rank was that precious he would throw the Ordo aside. I think he was just waiting for an excuse to leave but never had the courage to leave of his own accord.

Kytec Switchblade
Arch wasn't acting "lulzy", atleast not nearly asmuch as most members of the group were. He demanded respect due to being a veteran for such a long period of time, but hadnt earned it in the eyes of the vast amounts of new members. There was a time when arch was one of the most valuable, but that time is long past. Alot of change and adaptation is required as we grow, we're no longer the small organization where if we lose one person everything falls apart, there is no one person that is so invaluable that without them the entire group falls to pieces spare Aryte. Arch remembers when if anything happened it happend by the same 5-6 people and everyone was cool with it since the group was just a gang of frineds. W're something more professional and powerfull than that now. Arch's biggest problem was his greatest strenth. He fought tooth and nail for his friends regardless if he was right or wrong and believed wholeheartedly that they were right. If any member of the PK squadron was called out, looked down on, or left out for any reason he would immediately throw all of his weight around and try to make everyone pay for the injustice, but by now he had no more weight to throw around and it just started a drama storm. At one point in the group noone dare disrespect someone else's friend because it would mean 1 person turning against the rest of the friends and that person would need to be booted from the cliq. When he's said that the group has changed he's right, but its changed from a group of friends playing sl to a well oiled and organized machine in which new frindships are made. People will always be assholes, and people will slip up, that's why we have curia, that's why we have standard procedure, when you take the law into your own hands and try to use your position to get your way while skipping that procedure ... Aryte
The rumor mill is brewing, on part of Arch Graves making it a point to tarnish the individual's who reported him in the past. Let me make something perfectly clear: there were multiple reports. The malice put towards one single member is pretty off base . . the individual never reported anyone; Arch was reported in one event after an altercation with that individual. This is a pretty vague post on purpose, but those of you involved and sharing in the banter will know what I'm talking about. By now, you should know enough not to buy the jargon of a jaded person. Don't generate pointless cliques and disdain for a productive, good member, in the wake of the removal of someone who'd spent the night before trash talking us to the very group (Mercz) he's demanded we attack for months. Hypocrisy is cute. You always see the real quality of someone when it comes to facing up to accusations and receiving punishment. Genuine folks own up and accept responsibility. The others, well, they blame it on everyone else.
Lilium Supermarine
Arch is a very different kind of guy, He stands up for his friends as they would stand up for him. Him leaving like this does not make him any less of a person then he was before. In truth arch has always been this way. He gave many good years to the Ordo and for you should show him enough respect not to toss insults (which none have been so far/awesome) For someone like arch, to constantly loose his rank due to things that use to be okay for him to do but not now was way to much on him. While it is sad how he left and why he left, Many thanks to arch for all of his dedication and effort to the group, as would anyone who was here as long as he was would deserve.
