He made it official? He's had the TCI group unhidden in his profile for sometime now, ever since the joint raid against Chaos in New Jessie.

Stalin Taurog has rejoined Chaos as a Milites.

...Did it occur to them that designing a club with a big fluffy green bag on top of it might be a little obvious?

Needs more shark anthro. We need moar representation. :C

Well, since no one else has responded, I suppose that would put the Tavor second in the list. I'm also looking for other modern weapons to add to the line. If you suggest the AK-47 or M16A4, I will... come up with a witty retort, because there's already about fifty thousand of them on Xstreet and I don't think it'd be in our best interests to add to the flood. Jessie Journal: Underlining My Apparent Evil
Kellervo replied to Aryte's topic in General Discussion
Again? Last I saw he was in Chaos gear last night, albeit wearing his NJ tag. -
Three new names. Lucidius Flanagan Williamca Zenovka Kacen Khalamov Two of them were wearing copied Ordo gear. Lucidius wore the Praetorian armor, and William was wearing what appeared to be modified Alpha gear, which no longer had Demo Radio or Syl as the creator.

Even I'm on now and then in the European hours, even though the time frame you speak of is around 4am for me. It's not a lack of interest or anything, it's just the fact the entire -grid- is dead at that time. Elshout, even Badnarik and New Jessie are mausoleums. But, if such a thing were to be pieced together and 'Euro-zone' raids started taking place, it'd definitely be more incentive for those of us accursed with periodic insomnia to hang around on the long nights.

This topic was brought up at the meeting, albeit briefly, and as a result I'm taking it upon myself to rebuild some of our current modern weapons line up to bring them to a 2009 standard in terms of builds. The FN P90 is, as of March 12th, nearly prepared for uploading into Second Life. The current prim count is a meager 20 prims (19 not including the silencer), all sculpted in 64x64, save for the grips which are at 128x128 (the Maya exporter viciously refuses to export torus sculpts at any lower resolution without horrific detail loss). Aside from the tiny pieces to add in (which will only tack on roughly 5-10 prims at most), the build itself is done. All textures thus far cap out at 128x64, hence the blurry skin in the current model. The main goal for textures is to cram it down to 2 or 3 larger textures to save on rez time, since the SMG already has a fair number of sculpties. I'm debating on redoing another weapon after the P90 reaches a scripting/animation stage (if anyone can / wants to have a go at it, let me know!). Does anyone else have any ideas of what old modern Titan weapons (mossberg, SiG, Tavor, etc.) should be revived, or suggestions on what to replace them with?

I don't know who on my friendlist that isn't Ordo would be interested in SL militaries, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Wasn't scary at all. I was waiting for a level like Interval 7 in the original game, which -did- actually scare me. Didn't get one.

If you still need the sculpted axe stuff, let me know. :>

After playing it a bit today, I think I'm just going to wait for the inevitable nerf patch for the scouts. It's totally ruined the pyro. Now you have NO choice but to W+M1 because all the other classes can render an ambush totally useless with a single shot. It was flat out infuriating to spend a good 30-60 seconds getting into position, and launching into an attack that would have been devastating pre-scout, only for one of the scouts to run up and Force-o-nature you into the air or Sandman you and mock you with one of his brand new dialogue lines (which I fucking hate. Seriously, did Valve make this update solely to piss off Pyro players?). So yeah. I loved TF2, but the Scout update has basically taken my playing style and made it totally, completely pointless. Thanks for the memories TF2, I don't know when I'll be back.

'nother random fact because I'm bored. Despite being a shark anthro, I've only swam in the ocean once. It got me a concussion.

New name to add to the list: Keregan Vaher As well, Maks Vendetta is once again a member of Chaos Imperialis, filling the role of Curator. Both of them were running around New Jessie in Chaos gear and tag. Also, a bit of lulz. Dynamic Drinkwater has been Chaos for about a week and he's already part of the command staff. Annnnd Temian Nightfire.

Was a graphics company run by some alumni from my University, did some contract stuff for them a couple summers ago. They were a bunch of cheap arses. >:C

...I don't even think the poutine and cheeseburger combo I had for lunch was as cheesy as Dark.

Now is probably a bad time to mention I used to work for a company called CI?

Keller, despite being a shark, is extremely picky about what fish he eats. He also loves caffeine. Almost too much.

Dynamic's new machinegun is absurd. I don't think it even has a reload judging from the absurd amount of bullets he threw at me in New Jessie. Right up there with Griffin's shotminigun.

I don't like the patch either. The moment I saw the Force Of Nature achievements I could tell this update was going to be 'lets rape the Pyro all over again'. After all the effort they put into making the pyro a viable class, there is once again a class that can do its job far better with far less skill. I decided to hop into a server to see how ridiculous the scout's weapons were, and I sadly was right. If I wasn't getting sandman'd point blank and then blown 30 feet away with the Force of Nature, I was watching a scout doublejump his way through my flamethrower, and then leap right into my face before using the FoN's absurd knockback to not only send me into a knee-breaking impact on the ground but also threw the scout WELL beyond range, killing me in ONE SHOT. Then there's the fact the FoN fires such a huge wall of bullets it can wipe out stickies from a mile away. That one gun has turned the Scout into a jack of all trades just because of the raw amount of damage it puts out, and the fact the 'slow reload' is in fact faster then the regular reload. It has NO drawbacks, and is even more over-powered then the original Backburner. And then there's the Sandman. It's absurd how easy it is to completely destroy an uber with that. Toss the Sandman at the medic, run up, grab the ball, and just beat him over the head with it. Over and over and over. What the !@$! was the point of making the Pyro's 'uber-breaking/demo-nerfing' airblaster if EVERY CLASS now has a weapon that does the job better? Suffice to say, the Scout update is extremely disappointing. Glad I enjoyed playing Pyro while I could, because until the next update brings the Scout back down to earth, Pyros are going to be little more then walking point banks for Scouts and Heavies.

He's in our Civilian Group. Or was. According to himself he's been hired to build equipment and armor for them. Simply informed him that does not make him an exception, and he replied that he was planning to leave all of his civilian groups anyways.

One question. What would qualify as calling up a raid? Would asking a friend or two to come join count, or would it be the same as using COMs to organize a strike team sans your approval?
-
I like expanding the patrol zone. It makes us spread out more. As it is, when someone shows up, they have 10 people firing on them from a nearly insurmountable wall. If we have more territory to cover, with the new sim layout that poor sod will actually stand a chance at making it halfway up a hill.

I'm waiting to see what my employment over the summer will be. I know for sure that I'll be at AC2010, but I also want to make it to this year's.
