  1. Not sure if YouTube works for him or not, or how long they will stay up on YouTube to be honest. Lol.
  2. Let me start by saying this is serious. I am not trying to be a troll or start drama, and if you feel the urge to do either of those on this thread you are pathetic. Currently serving in Afghanistan is Priest Foxely, a member of the Ordo Imperialis since pre-2009. (I can't find his exact enlistment date because he pre-dates FireFox's databse.) He was the Optio of the very first iteration of Antesigani, as well as involved in Levitas, one of the squads that precided Ante. You may not have seen him online much, because he was overseas. He got back stateside, and on September 14th he redeployed to Afghanistan. Now then, here is the point of this whole thread right here. This person, this active US soldier who is risking his life in the name of our country (well, the country of the majority of Ordo), posted an FA journal today saying that there is one thing he currently wishes he could watch, but cant because the large base he goes to "every week or so" when a vehicle blows up and they need repairs can't do so on it's internet. In case you haven't figured it out already by the name of this thread/unofficial operation, that show is season two of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Now before anyone even thinks of laughing or or criticizing him (if you already have, pick up your keyboard and bash yourself in the face with it), take scope of the situation. Here we have a man, an Ordo member no less, putting himself in jeopardy. If watching something as simple as a TV can help boost his moral and pick up his spirits, who cares what show it is. Yes, this is one of those "Support the Troops" things, and it is personal to us as a group because this particular trooper is one of us(if I recall, he even nicknamed a squad "Antesigani" while on tour the first time). So I propose we do what we can to fulfill his simple request. This weekend I will be searching to find some way to do this, which may mean a call or email to Hasbro. If that doesn't work, I have some other ideas, but I'd rather take care of this as legitimately as possible. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to do this, please post them. That was the whole idea of this thread. The more minds we have working on this the better chance we have to succeed. -Tsume
  3. Looks like a bullpup format combined with a conventional format, at least in the sense that, while the magazine is behind the grip, its not that far behind it to the point where the action is at the rear. Its neat. :o
  4. For all she needs, a pre-built/boxed/etc computer would work fine, but you could probably build one for cheaper. Building one also ensures quality and later upgrade capabilities, but sacrifices warranties and such. Make sure you consider both sides of things before you buy. As for picking out hardware, don't just read reviews, talk to people who you know actually know what they are talking about. Remember, the internet is full of idiots and know-it-alls, and these people like to leave lots of reviews.
  5. Tsume In TS: Agares, isn't your helmet broom on sideways? [16:48] Agares Tretiak: NO IT IS NOT Tsume In TS: Or was that someone else who had it front-back? [16:48] Agares Tretiak: http://www.gaychristian101.com/images/Centurion1.jpg Tsume In TS: Uh... Agares. That Link. Really? Really Agares? Agares In TS: Yeah... i just noticed that too. Tsume In TS: You expect me to go to "www.gaychristian101.com"? Really? Agares In TS: Its the first thing that came up when I searched for Centurion.

  10. Just putting this out there, but due to Time Warner Cable pushing my installation time back to Friday, 8AM-12PM CST, the Malice will not be up for testing before then. That said, I fully plan to spend as much of Friday working on the Malice as I can, and I fully expect to have a beta version of at least the un-armored variant before the day is done. I again apologize for my inability to work on this project during the past week. Also, I am working on the next Leviathan weapon while I am without internet connection. I have no clue if it will be allowed for Ordo use due to the nature of it, but if it is, then expect it to be a heavy authorization.
  11. Tsume Xiao - [Absentus to Learnus] * Spent week packing for school and wont have internet right away in his new apartment. q-q
  12. I was hoping they would have matched the finish a bit better. :< And what tool did you need? o.o But! Most importantly I am glad you like them, as I am sure all the contributors are. :3
  13. Can I still use my home-made powder-keg explosive? :o It was designed for one of the first Musket Raids ever on TFM.
  14. Gas tubes? like on the DGI ARs? Or as in the tube on any rifle? Pretty much all Semi-Auto's you will find are going to be gas-piston operated unless its AR based (and even still, some of those) You also need to define "long range". Are you talking crazy ranges like the .338 Lapua and up? Or will a .308 or 7.62NATO work? if 7.62/.308 will work, check out. These are just ideas, and I am not super familiar with all of these: Springfield M1A Sig SIG716 (Look at the Precision Marksman version) PTR-19 (G3 Clones. The 91 is in 308, and had variants form the "GI" which is a standard G3, to more modern ones with rails, and even a MSG system. Also, no gas piston, as it is blowback. I have fired one of these and they are really smooth.) FN FNAR Browning BAR (The hunting rifle, not B.A.R. Its not a tactical style, but it offers several chamberings and should work for hunting ranges) Kel-Tec RFB (Massive barrel and uses FAL Magazine) Just some thoughts!
  15. Define expensive. I was reading a review on the Savage Axis being fantastic, and at under $400, but it is bolt action.
  16. Not from a gesture. There is only one choice. (Unless it is now an option on newer clients?) Also, for Ffffs sake people need to stop using and stop handing out the "/1" version of the gestures "/204020 throwgrenade" Do not use the channel one version until the option to turn off that listen is added. Even then, you are safer with the stupid high channel.
  17. You are not only over-thinking this, but your listing of alternatives shows a heavy bias. You do nothing but point out how supposedly bad the alternatives are, indicating you are not asking so much as attempting to persuade that a chat command is the only solution. Chat: Can be read 20m away. Can be very delayed in high latency. Can get on people's nerves quite quickly, especially with the frequency grenades can be thrown. Sound: Can theoretically be heard by anyone in a wider area, but at varying volumes. If someone has their stuff adjusted, chances are over all the gunfire they wont hear it. As with any part of a gesture, it can be delayed in high latency. If it is some obnoxious sound, it can get on peoples nerves, especially with the frequency grenades can be thrown. Vent: Only heard by Ordo. Independent of latency. But if you sit there and call out every grenade you throw, you just further add to the often miserable clusterFfff that is our combat-laden Ventrillo. ---BEST SOLUTION--- Clear out your gesture entirely and remember the following: - Your HUD already has a sound for the throw action. It is not very loud, but people close to you can hear it. - The new HUD's grenades have a metallic bounce. This will alert allies if something should land near them (assuming you are cool and using a 3 second fuse instead of contact). - Only announce your action on Ventrillo if you are surrounded by allies who should really be made aware. If you are off along in a corner, maybe with one other, its just added noise to announce things. - You do not have to throw a grenade just because it is ready. - Tactics are your friends. Using a grenade to clear a room by popping it into the doorway? Dont just say "Frag out", say "Frag and clear". Vocalizations like that tell people what you are doing and where the grenade is going. For example, if I say "Cooling towers, Frag and clear", prior to opening the door and tossing in a greande, people on vent know "Ok, someone is throwing a grenade into the cooling towers". Now they don't have to ask anything else. If it is a location we can enter, they also know to rush in after the grenade. (Thats the "clear" part.)
  18. I IM'd several people with this the day it was posted asking them if it was legit or some crazy bullshit. I figured it would be too good to be true.
  19. [18:55] (COM): Reinhardt Stenvaag: does.. EVERY human in ordo.. eventualy become a furry or something? is it like breeding through infection? or does Huttser just impregnat everyone and we just spawn an endless army of Huttser furry babies?
  20. I Carry a... Wait.. I live in Illionis. Nevermind. Although in all fairness, where I live there is no need for any kind of carry. Also Nrom... The only state that does not allow Concealed Carry is Illinois. So.. Where does that put you?
  21. 1. Preferred choices of gear (Excluding Essentials) -Full First Aid kit. -Travel 1st Aid kit -My Ka-Bar -Tool Box -LED Headlamp. -LED MagLite -Self-Winding Watch -ACU Pattern BDU's & MOLLE vest w/ Backpack & Hydration pack Minimum -"Tanker" style combat boots. Ffff laces. -Cell Phone w/ Car, USB, Wall, and Solar chargers. -Power Converter/Inveter -Mosin Nagant 91/30 + Bayonet -Jericho 941R -Savage Mark II F (Hey, a .22LR is better than nothing when shit hits the fan) -My two "Range Cans". 7.62 Ammo cans. 1 Full of Ammo, 2nd full of cleaning supplies, hearing protection, etc. -Fake EOTech Red-Dot from my Airsoft Stuff. -As much non-perishable food I can grab at home -Can opener 2. Survival plan. Load car with supplies and drive to the GM dealership that still has a Hummer H1 (If already taken, drive to Mercedes Dealership and take G55). Thank my Cutlass for its years of loyal service, take car mezuzah (wooden box with the traveler's prayer. Serious.) and put into pocket. Fuel up both tanks of the Hummer. ---Plan 1--- Use cell phone to call near-by gun shop to inform them of my vehicle and clothing and ETA. Take trip down interstate to gun shop. Call again to verify I am outside and generate a secret, Zombie-Proof knock. Enter gun shop. The following is know about said gun shop. -Building is literally built like a castle/fortress. -Building has 8800 of 7.62x54R Minimum (maybe more in back!) as well as at least 15 crates of mil-surp 7.62, 5.56, and 9x19. Each. -Building has a massive inventory of semi-automatic rifles, bolt action rifles, shotguns, and 20+ cases of pistols. -Building has magazines for all weapons in inventory. -Building has giant inventory of optics -Building has general military surplus stuff. -Upper floor of building has balcony. -Large freezer & refrigerator. -Hunting suplies Join other people at location. Open crate of 7.62x54R on balcony and camping-style folding chair. Lay Nagant down and go get the Pre-Ban Galil ARM 7.62 that they have sitting in a case next to the line of pistol cases. Stare at the rifle through the case, remembering all the times it has taunted me with its $3700 price tag. Pull rifle from case and triumphantly rip tag off. Turn to grab all extra magazines that will fit it. Grab Springfield Armory M1A and all spare magazines. Grab SVD/SVD Clone and all spare magazines. Grab the pre-ban Benelli M3 that Maverick didn't buy, If someone took it, take one of the Benelli M4s that they have in stock. Place rifles on balcony by chair. Return to the assault rifle area. Stare at the black SCAR-L, think of Ordo friends, hope they are okay. D: Reach into optics case and grab a Trigicon x4 self-illuminated ACOG for Galil, a second for the M1A, and a PSO for the SVD/SVD clone, and a EOTech for the Benelli. Mount optics on rifles and zero with bore sighters. Assist others in preparing weapons and ammunition to defensive points as we defend and sleep in shifts. In case of food shortage, load up UZI or PS90 and take Hummer to nearest super market to replenish supply. Only travel in groups and always with smaller weapons for ease fo transport and closer range encounters, should they be unavoidable. ---Plan 2--- In some bizzare case that the gun shop is taken over by zombies... Get plane to Israel. Join IDF's defense. The following is known about Israel: -No need to worry about Jewish Zombies. Human flesh is not kosher. -Israel fought off 3-5 nations of living hostiles before. Fighting off 3-5 nations of brain-dead zombies is a cakewalk. -Clear escape route by sea. -All the Mediterranean food you can eat.
  22. I would be interested, but I don't have L4D or L4D2
