From Astra not much unusual to report. I recieved control of Astra's day to day activities during Rei's absence. The training session mith organized didn't worked out to well. 3 people were present , mith and a praetorian included.Sosarin and myself have been trying to find solution to work on the training que wich exists out of 2-3 people now that are still in need of phase 2 training. As for Schola: Recruitment faired well this week, we reached the milestone of 200 members this week and i am trying to cross that border to create a pleasant distance from the 200 border.One person has been placed under review and was ejected from schola in the meanwhile by Aryte. I am starting an information exchange program with the merczateers so we can brief each other about denial, ejections etc wich gives us more background information about possible applicants. Firefox stepped up the plate to observe sessions and organize some things in schola as a temporary schola nco. Frumentarii. None of your business. That's all.

I was promised cake, I still haven't recieved any and i start to think the cake is a lie. No serious ehm...where to start..probably in the merczateers. I joined the merczateers when i was one month old and apparently the ordo disbanded around my original birthday. I never really knew the Ordo and i grew up with the rumors of the Ordo in the merczateers. Several Ordo's joined the mercz and were my comrades at the time. Ordo was a myth for me. I jumped trough the ranks up to Infantry Komdiv ( and i got offered General later but aside from that..). This is the moment where i finally found the guts to IM aryte with a request if he would like to join the Merzateers. Suprisingly enough he was willing to consider it. Not much later after a few meetings he had with lurdan was Aryte and his staff recruited in the Ordo. This was the first time i got to meet the Ordo's and the tech, discipline and atmosphere they brought. I always liked a roman theme, my Titan industries sig was my standard weapon and Ordo gained my respect trough the months of hearing thestories about them even tho some of them have been colored by the AN. AN was my enemy and they considered Ordo as the root of all evil so i basically considered Ordo as the opposite at that time. When The ordo's left due that incident they had with proteus i noticed a complete downfall in the Mercz. Mercz was left again without AD or proper weapons. When i heard the rumors about Ordo restarting again i decided to resign from the merczateers and IM aryte if i could be adopted into his crew.At this time it wasn't even certain that the Ordo would ever see the daylight but i was willing to take the risk. Aryte appreciated this ( at least i think he did) because he immediatly hired me in Titan industries and allowed me to enter Titan wich was closed for the main public at the time. Only the senior staff and builders were allowed to enter.Well from that moment forward i have been with the Ordo and i am still very gratefull for the warm welcome i have been given.

Lurdan is pretty laid back in general and in my experience you can only get things done from the mercz in 2 ways. This may be blunt but you can either be as direct as possible and put your knife on lurdans throat and tell him it has been enough, but these kind of hostile actions may damage our relationship with the mercz. The other one and probably the more effective one i tend to use is informing as many influential officers in the mercz as possible. People like heather and blade are really good people and have the power to do something about this if they like.

Mhmm good post indeed, Maybe i have some guilt on my part but not that i am aware off. I hate it when officers and NCO's think they can dick around. Just something that goes for me personal. If anyone ever has problems with my behaviour as an officer i want to encourage them to notify me about it.I don't post this because i think i am a dick to people but it should be something more officers should request.
