It should, the person could still have hostile intentions even if they detach a weapon. Like attaching a gun once you enter the green zone then shooting people in the back. But as said before, it all depends on who the OIC is. If they won't allow them to visit then IM him/her and try to reason with them.

8( This sounds like a lot of fun. I tried setting mine up and something keeps going wrong. I can log in but it takes a LONG time. I've never really had a problem with my mac on playing games, they usually run medium-good. I wish I could help you guys burn heretics and build an empire - I got it running, but it's kind of laggy. I have no idea which way to walk and there's no map. I don't even know if it's possible to walk so far when everything fades in and out like mine does while playing. ;-; I miss minecraft.

I made the last one my desktop. Because it's always what I imagined death would look like. Except mines was on a hilly barren wasteland and Death was standing at the top of one hill playing a pitchy flute while the wind blew his cloak and I could smell the ripe scent of decay and waste wafting from him. So.. A lot like what I imagined :D

This thread is being hi-jacked. Everyone out. Also, Birds are considered as Avians(like Zrazor mentioned), as well as most bats, but like in most species there are always exceptions.
