^ This. On a side note, maybe LPJCB is like the Win7 version of NTLDR? because I remember when this happened to my PC back then, this was nearly the exact problem I had. It would attempt to boot, but then go to a black screen saying "NTLDR is missing. Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to restart." Long-story-short, I had to buy a new Motherboard, Processor, and Power Supply. (PS and Processor were for compatability reasons. My MB doesn't accept anything below Pentium 4.) EDIT: After a little bit of digging on google, which proved to be of NO help at all, i've come to the conclusion that LPJCB might be the Loader for Windows 7. But this guess is solely based off of the fact that the same message appears when WIndows XP's loader dies / fails, as the same message will appear, instead with "NTLDR." Either that, or it's what Inoue said, and it tore your Network card alive on the first strike, and then killed the rest on the Double-Tap.

I had this happen to me a while back. As it turned out with MY problem though, it led me to purchasing a new motherboard and power supply. (Also one of the reasons why I keep a copy of Windows XP or some nonsense on my backup drive, in case my C drive shits the bed. Can you get to the boot device menu and see if it'll boot from a backup drive / Disk Drive?)

Also as it turns out, on the main page of Goonfleet's wiki (Yes, they have their own Wiki), they have a semi-detailed guide on how to start up a new character and set him up for basic PvP in 0.0 space (Aka: Tackling Frigates). It goes into slight detail about how to do it with every faction as well, even though they all say that the best tackler is the Minmatar Rifter and it's variants.

Especially for the Tactical Model, which comes with a Pistol grip and Rails instead of the full wood / Synthetic stock. EDIT: Ruger also makes the Mini-thirty, which comes in 7.62x39, but there doesn't seem to be a tactical version of it handy. :C Can probably snag third-party parts for it though. It's also a little pricier.

It's kinda hard to have this type of discussion without getting into politics, without everyone just posting a reply that goes in the form of "lol i liek guns too".

I still don't believe that -anyone- likes having a 5'7" 265 lb. Grown-ass man bullrush them from out of the corner of their eye and bludgeon them with a Steel Pipe, but I think that's beside the point. (I'm that kind of a person. I make things personal.) I don't carry a CCW Firearm just yet, but I know i'll most-likely be keeping a Handgun in my Car for those magical and inconvenient times when some goon tries to do harm, and my one viable option is .45 ACP Hollowpoints in the glove compartment. It may not be used at ALL times, or even used at all. It's just an "If all else fails" measure in case something DOES happen. You know what they say: It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

That's why they're both uninstalled from my computer. :D

Altus, we should rock some BF2 sometime. Can't play Arma II if my life depended on it. I was expecting to have buttons for inhaling and exhaling. I have L4D. L4D2 bores me. I also have TF2, CS:S, DoD:S, Black Ops, MW2 and some good ol' fashioned Aliens vs. Predator Classic 2000.
