[18:01:32] Aryte Vesperia: Statistics Members: 306 Cadets: 12 Applications New: 9 Accepted: 2 Denied: 4 Review: 3 Operations Defensive: 129 Offensive: 16 Allied Assist: 0 [18:02:08] Aryte Vesperia: Diplomatic notes: we peed in 2142's cereal and they're mad. In other news, massive military successes against ARK this week. Great combat interaction. Otherwise, everything is pretty chill! :} [18:02:12] Aryte Vesperia: Unit reports? [18:02:19] Hollowmengitus Yifu raises hand for Terra. [18:02:29] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Yifu. [18:02:35] Hollowmengitus Yifu: COHORS A: > A-I, Invictus: Fantastic week for Invictus, activity is starting to pick up even more. A few squad raids were taken out this week, not only that a few members have taken the initiative and are proudly leading their own assaults against other groups! So overall activity has been steady and consistent! Invictus has spots open, but they are limited! We are always looking for active members! If you're interested drop an IM to Shizzerk Kostolany or Vain Composer. [18:03:01] Hollowmengitus Yifu: > A-II, Evalidus: Very good participation in raids this week. Lets keep it up for next week. In addition got some plans for cross training with other units for the next few weeks. Spaces still open so feel free to contact Huttser Ishelwood or Awanken Wasp. [18:03:19] Hollowmengitus Yifu: > A-III, Insidiae: Let's do the shuffle! Everybody now. Ok, Ron got the old version of the new report format, so he gets a pass on not doing his meeting report. Insidiae is just tuning it's engine, getting ready to tear into the enemy asap. [18:03:44] Hollowmengitus Yifu: > A-IV, Praescius: Slow week as members are still on LOA, nothing new to report. If you would like to join please contact Afevis Sodertelge. [18:03:57] Hollowmengitus Yifu: COHORS B: > Pr0wer: No report handed in. [18:04:09] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Commander's Note.: Begining next week, Alpha squads will no longer have to make meeting posts. Instead, I'll be compiling the information they give to me and filing my own post for you all to read. [18:04:18] Hollowmengitus Yifu: That's all from me. [18:05:24] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. Mr. Schuman? [18:05:39] Ethan Schuman: Not too much to report this week. Both of our flight leaders, Palaestra leadership, Letalis leadership, and my XO were all occupied and couldn't make it to our staff meeting, so our update will be brief. Both Davey and Azimuth are settling into their flight XO positions nicely. With regards to the availability of certain staff members, there has been a decrease and it will remain that way for a little while. Xoza is dealing with finals, Achtai is preparing for a move, and I myself have less time available in the afternoons because Lil beats me with a stick if I don't do what I'm supposed to. I will, however, be available in the evenings, and Disembodied is back from his vacation, so he will as well. [18:05:49] Ethan Schuman: I do want to mention Astra activity lately. I have been very impressed with the amount of air asset deployment we have been fielding. Hell, thanks to 2142, Astra now has quite a few movie stars! Enforcers are going up frequently, which is pleasing. Finally, the attachment module of the Phantom is imported from my hard drive and in world. The weapons module (at least the critical components) is ready to go as well, and I just need to get with Xoza to get the special effects and other stuff. Once that's in and tested, then I'll begin to bring the sit base modes in. There is one bug with the Phantom attachment testers identified that I haven't been able to lock down, and that's the occasional slow down bug. Reattaching fixes this problem, but that is not a permanent solution. [18:05:57] Ethan Schuman: Thats all for Astra. [18:06:49] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. [18:06:55] Aryte Vesperia: Any additional reports? [18:06:56] Drasamax Python raises hand for the IEA. [18:07:03] Aryte Vesperia: Ms. Python. [18:07:10] Drasamax Python: From myself for The Imperial Education Administration: 26 Schola classes, 18 Armatura classes, and 0 Ludi classes this week in the IEA. But wait theres more. [18:07:14] Drasamax Python: Aside from that, you probably recall the Armatura rewrite last you've heard from us was still a WIP. Well in fact its actually been complete recently about a couple of days ago if you have not noticed. Armatura Magisters can find the walkthrough under the Armatura section of the forums and should have gotten a box with the rest of the materials through IEA Staff notice(s). Please let me or Zero Itamae know if we made any mistakes that were overlooked and that need to be fixed in the materials. The next thing for the IEA to work on likely in reguards to more material rewrites still needs the time to be discussed/decided. [18:07:27] Drasamax Python: That is all from the Imperial Education Administration. Oh, and happy Saint Patrick's day. :P [18:08:27] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. :} Any additional reports? [18:08:48] Awanken Wasp: O/ [18:08:52] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Wasp. [18:10:23] Awanken Wasp: Just wanting to add for the IEA report quickly. The Imperial Ludi is going to arrange the NCO Academy every week on Friday. Be E-3 or above and participate [18:10:56] Aryte Vesperia: Awesome. Thank you. :} [18:11:42] Aryte Vesperia: Moving along, then. [18:11:49] Aryte Vesperia: > Civilian Overseer Application [18:11:56] Aryte Vesperia: Afevis says, go here: > Civilian Overseer Application [18:11:59] Aryte Vesperia: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/16631-ordo-civilian-overseers/ [18:12:15] Aryte Vesperia: (Opportunity to apply for Civilian Overseer role.) [18:12:44] Aryte Vesperia: > Officer Appointment Policy Defined [18:12:55] Aryte Vesperia: As part of the revision project, I have taken the time to hammer out the process of OCA to Officer in a clear step by step list. I have posted it on the forums, but I would like to go ahead and go over it with you all: [18:13:33] Aryte Vesperia: Appointment to the Ordo Tribunus is done via a competitive system, involving the completion of an Officer Candidacy Application (OCA). Although any individual may complete an OCA at any time, individuals under the rank of [E-7] shall not be processed until which time they have reached at least [E-7]. [18:14:03] Aryte Vesperia: Step one: submission of an OCA. o Locate the current OCA packet of instructions inside of the database; follow the details and complete the requirements. o Submit the OCA on the server and save a copy for yourself. o OCA reviews are lengthy and involve input from the current officer staff. o The current officer staff will vote on the OCA and determine if an interview is necessary. [18:14:53] Aryte Vesperia: Step two: interviewing. o OCA interviews are handled by a panel of volunteers. Typically no less than three officers (including the Imperator). o The panel will question the applicant on all sorts of materials, including (but not limited to): their officer application ideas, their service history, any disciplinary events, and scenarios. o The interview will be posted for the officer corps to vote upon. If the applicant receives a simple majority, he or she will be placed into the queue for consideration. [18:15:41] Aryte Vesperia: Step three: candidacy queue. o Entrance into the candidacy queue is a great accomplishment; the queue holds all confirmed members of the enlisted staff that are determined to be “of officer quality.” Queue members will receive a merit for their efforts. o Selection from the queue comes at need basis, based upon: the level of votes received and vacancies. For example, if individual X is a Terra member and has no Curia experience, if a Curia vacancy opens, individual X will not be considered. However, if a Terra vacancy opens, individual X will be considered based upon his or hers total vote number and history in the group. o Consideration for officer status does not expire, but may be revoked for poor behavior. Selections are infrequent, but certainly do occur! The average officer appointee has 18 months of service. o If selected, the applicant will be provided details to their assignment and formally promoted to [O-1]. [18:16:40] Aryte Vesperia: Step four: officer training. o Officer training is diverse and very hands on. Individuals are immediately provided full authority to act as an officer, but are expected to complete about a dozen officer seminars within 30 days. Officer seminars are self-paced readings that teach important elements. o Officers will receive constant feedback and scrutiny from superior officers and the Imperator. Additionally, officers will routinely receive one on one sessions with the Imperator to develop a career plan (30/60/90 day plan) that set specific goals for accomplishment. [18:17:44] Aryte Vesperia: :} Next up. [18:17:51] Aryte Vesperia: > Vacation [18:18:15] Aryte Vesperia: Vacation: 18MAR12 to 25MAR12 o Accessible; will check in daily and likely be around from time to time. o If critical, look to an officer. They have my phone #. o Will routinely check offline messages. o Not going to be far from a computer if needed. [18:19:30] Aryte Vesperia: Please ensure: o We keep vigilant and overcome defense obstacles; ARK and the TG groups are still nipping at our heels. o Raids are originated and lead throughout the day; do not wait until 8PM to start looking for combat. o Keep being the badasses that you already are; we have great practices and policies, use them. o Do not be afraid of getting a hold of me (or Keller, by proxy) if one of us is needed-- it won’t be a problem and we do not mind. As mentioned, he and I will likely be off and on throughout the week. o Make me proud! :) [18:20:13] Hollowmengitus Yifu: o Or get beat with the belt. :( [18:20:22] Aryte Vesperia: ^ :} [18:20:27] Aryte Vesperia: > Keynote: [18:22:14] Aryte Vesperia: It has been said that I am a hardliner. In respects to the Ordo, I am nothing short of that. Frankly, if being one is a matter of contention, then so be it-- guilty as charged. I mention this in the light of the events that occurred this week: the 2142 assault, our summary use of overwhelming force, and the Youtube drama that followed. Let no man be mistaken, there are element of the aforementioned that I regret, but at a general level I would not change a thing. [18:23:14] Aryte Vesperia: As a recap: 2142 assaulted us several days ago. Per the policy I enacted on account of their clandestine operations against us, Ordo forces responded with extreme levels of firepower. 2142 was glassed from orbit, summarily resulting in a Youtube video that attempted to paint the Ordo in bad light. Said video became a gigantic flame war, as I waded into it with several comments before it spiraled into personal attacks on my person and the Ordo. [18:24:15] Aryte Vesperia: Regretfully, Ordo joined in lodging a short series of personal slaps back against 2142 and the Chaos participants. Although I completely understand the intent of the commentary was to defend me as an individual, it was a poor choice to permit them on my part. Outside of that, however, I see no fault and shall claim none on the part of the Ordo. We have every right to engage 2142 how we see fit. Our alternatives were to either ignore the transgression or to see blockade. The former choice is out of the question. 2142 has spit on our good will and actively sought to undermine us for some time. The latter option was equally out of the question. Blockades are reserved for very unique circumstances. [18:25:45] Aryte Vesperia: From this whole event, I am reminded of the reality of the extremely high pedestal that others place us upon. There is no action that we can commit without it being viewed negatively. We are incapable of being positive in the eyes of our foes. Such is the burden we bear by the grace of our strength, our longevity, and our ability. [18:26:57] Aryte Vesperia: For much of our history, the Ordo has been the “villain.” To be sure, there have been events in the past that have earned us that moniker. Nevertheless, we have never undertaken a task in malice. Our actions have always been by response or by the intent to do good for those impacted. [18:27:51] Aryte Vesperia: To name but a fraction: we paid the Alliance Navy’s region tier in the past. We devoted entire task forces to the growth of Exilion. We have tirelessly provided manpower to the Merczateers. We have lent our expertise to fledgelings groups. We have promoted and maintained a non-abusive environment for groups that seek to grow. We extend unreasonable amounts of mercy to individuals attacking us in the spirit of combat. We purchased New Jessie to keep the community’s hub running as a neutral, nonpartisan ground. At no time has the Ordo ever cashed in our chips from any of the aforementioned events. Not once have we asked for favor in return. And yet we are still demonized. [18:29:07] Aryte Vesperia: To name but a fraction: we paid the Alliance Navy’s region tier in the past. We devoted entire task forces to the growth of Exilion. We have tirelessly provided manpower to the Merczateers. We have lent our expertise to fledgelings groups. We have promoted and maintained a non-abusive environment for groups that seek to grow. At no time has the Ordo ever cashed in our chips from any of the aforementioned events. Not once have we asked for favor in return. And yet we are still demonized. [18:29:17] Aryte Vesperia: UP ARROW IS EVIL. [18:29:25] Aryte Vesperia: I want to make it clear, that is hardly a complaint. The hate of others only fuels our purpose. It always has. When I was younger and but a wee-military leader, I spent a lot of time caring what X group or Y person thought about me and the Ordo. I realized quickly that appeasement and ko-towing to demands shall earn you nothing. I care only for the Ordo and its members ambitions. [18:30:22] Aryte Vesperia: That is not to say we should dissolve ourselves of any accountability. Quite the opposite. We should and shall always strive for perfection, but settle for excellence. We will continue to afford every individual their due respect. If and when they violate that respect, we shall afford them matched condemnation. We must hold ourselves to the highest regard--not to please others--but to maintain internal discipline and prowess. [18:31:22] Aryte Vesperia: So I return to the original statement: I am a hardliner. I am a rabid advocate for the Ordo and its members. I have no fear in taking my gloves off, nor do I particularly concern myself with being seen as cruel. I will always aim to further our goals, in every action I participate in. If that is accomplished through actions that paint me in a poor light: so be it. [18:32:20] Aryte Vesperia: I cannot promise you that I will be spotless or never show my bad side, but I can promise you that I will go up to bat for any one of you, anytime, anywhere. I will dig my heels in and fight tooth and claw for this organization, no matter the cost. YOU are my priority. The rest of the community be damned--we have had our good will thrown in our face more than enough times to underline the necessity for the Ordo to be focused upon its own means and its own goals. [18:33:02] Aryte Vesperia: That said, I do not expect every Ordo member to agree with my methods. I would never force you to endorse my every step. But I do expect and hope that you subscribe to the intent of my actions: to promote the Ordo’s place in the world and to ensure its mastery. [18:33:30] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. [18:34:02] Aryte Vesperia: And in closing. Happy St. Patrick's Day. :} Sim closed until the morning. Drink hearty and have a wonderful time. I'll be back in an hour or so to run around. [18:34:10] Aryte Vesperia: Dismissed. [18:34:11] Aryte Vesperia snaps his fist to his chest, presenting a brief salute. [18:34:13] Sebris Montpark: Salutes [18:34:13] Huttser Ishelwood salutes, "Victory needs no explanation, defeat allows none." [18:34:13] Kyra Vixen salutes! "For the glory of the Imperator!" [18:34:15] Heavy666 Bolden salutes. [18:34:17] Havoc Sparta salutes "Nee Metuas Nee Optes" [18:34:17] DaveyDarkStrider Oh salutes! "Hail To The Imperator, Baby!"

[18:01:35] Aryte Vesperia: Statistics Members: 306 Cadets: 14 Applications New: 14 Accepted: 5 Denied: 3 Review: 6 Operations Defensive: 115 Offensive: 16 Allied Assist: 5 [18:02:12] Aryte Vesperia: Diplomatic notes: combat remains steady. Interactions have been heavy with the TG groups (and Chaos, who are apparently TG friendly—go figure, right). A degree of activity is slanted toward the evening and early morning hours. The enemy continues to attempt to exploit lower numbers; however the majority of their efforts have been fruitless. There has been a general slowdown throughout the community overall on account of heavy community investment in game releases. Notably, Ordo has maintained strong activity—much to my appreciation. [18:03:05] Aryte Vesperia: Unit reports this evening? [18:03:06] Sebris Montpark: o/ for Astra [18:03:06] Hollowmengitus Yifu raises hand for Terra. [18:03:13] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Montpark. [18:03:20] Sebris Montpark: Aquila squad is just settling with the new management now that Rykiana has stepped down as CO. Rei Kuhr has taken the CO position temporarily, Dascede is now the Adjutant while she settles in down in Florida, and Azimuth is assuming XO responsibilities. As it stands, him and Rei are currently working on updating the flight databases, moving out members that are no longer in the squad, adding in ones that are but not recorded, and in general getting things organized. We will also be cracking down on inactivity and being sure those who are inactive are moved to the appropriate areas so that we know who we have and who we don't. Reapers also reports great activity incline as well. Flight night had a good insightful talk as well. DaveyDarkStrider has been set as XO while Rei is moved to ADJ. [18:03:45] Sebris Montpark: TSCOM is set to go through the Roster tomorrow as well as sorting placement. Davey will be set as Reapers XO (unless I'm mistaken on arrangement). In a bigger note. I believe Aryte has OK'd me on leading Air raids against Chaos since they have been keeping us quite busy as o late on the defensive side. Those who are pilots should not only be on the lookout for assault opportunities with their planes, but for a great challenge ahad of them. Chaos has some decent pilots as well as a strong likelyhood to spam, and potentially abuse, the use of guided missiles. Fortunately, these are more evasidable than the Alliance Navy's missiles. [18:04:11] Sebris Montpark: That is all from Astra this week. [18:05:12] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. Mr. Yifu? [18:05:17] Hollowmengitus Yifu: COHORS A: > A-I, Invictus: From Vain Composer: A strong but busy week for Invictus in light of the recent command changes. Please welcome into the position of Commanding Officer of Invictus, Shizzerk Kostolany. Former Commanding Officer Pr0wer Miles has stepped back from his role to become the attached Praetorian for Invictus. Vain Composer will also be serving as the Executive Officer of Invictus. Changes have been smooth and the squad is growing stronger every day. If you are interested in becoming a member of Invictus during this exciting time, please contact Shizzerk Kostolany or Vain Composer for information! Spots are limited, but available. [18:06:03] Hollowmengitus Yifu: > A-II, Evalidus: From Huttser Ishelwood: War! The Reapers are pushing hard on all fronts and the Alliance... wait... I mean the Imperium needs you. We are giving the Reapers a run for their money, however our losses are great. Veteran Terra troopers are needed to bolster front line units such as Evalidus as they fight the Reaper threat from world to world. With a light machine gun in hand and the full might of the Alliance's ... Imperium's artillery divisions at your back, you will be one the heaviest armed troops this galaxy has seen. We can't win this fight without you. So! If you are E-3 (or close too) contact Huttser Ishelwood or Awanken Wasp today, and do your part in saving the galaxy! [18:06:18] Hollowmengitus Yifu: > A-III, Insidiae: From Mackenzie Macbain: Lots of activity this week and lots of kudos to those of Insidiae who really went out and spilt blood in the name of Ordo Imperialis. Insid FTW! [18:06:44] Hollowmengitus Yifu: > A-IV, Praescius: From Afevis Sodertelge: Tala has transfered from A-4 to B-1 to focus on RL. Nothing new to report otherwise. If you would like to join contact either Afevis Sodertelge or Liam Macalroy. :] [18:07:34] Hollowmengitus Yifu: COHORS B: > From George: B COHORS had an excellent week, great raid counts and activity! Remember that you only need 3 raids per week for 3 weeks to get into an Alpha Squad. Don't forget about your PRFs too! You can use the points to unlock all sorts of coo, gear to utilize on the battlefield! [18:07:54] Hollowmengitus Yifu: MISC.: Promotion tests are good for your career; they're the symbol that you want to move foward in Ordo and to hold greater responsibility. A PRF or two makes good buffer's for up-and-coming gear releases, too. [18:08:00] Hollowmengitus Yifu: That's all from me [18:08:32] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. Any additional reports today? [18:08:39] Radryl Allen raises his mace. [18:08:48] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Allen. [18:08:56] Radryl Allen: Good evening everyone, Adstutia is here again! Our latest new is really interesting for those who are always up to raids, looks like we will be getting some challenge during the attacks now, anyway, moving on. First of all, Megiddo's new sim is up, now it is a full sim and from what we heard, the system is fairer now, besides that, there is not much to be said on them. [18:09:17] Radryl Allen: The main and important new would be that the UBC alliance group just got a huge number of organizations on it now, most of the knew brazilian militaries are on it, here is the list: Megiddo, EB, ISA, SCI, Shield and 1331. That is indeed a lot of groups, is not it? Anyway, for now we still need to get a confimation that 1331 will really go up as they do not have a sim yet, but it is being led by Tags. As a reminder to those who are on the night shift ( like myself woo!), keep your eyes open, the chances of receiving quick assaults just got higher now that they are working together, so it is almost sure that at least two or three of them show up sometimes. ( Or a massive attack.) [18:10:05] Radryl Allen: The main reason for all of those organizations to join UBC is because they found out how dangerous can be to them stay without any kind of alliance and what kind of advantage they can get there, so we may expect more BR groups joining it incase more of those be raised. Also we still looking for members, and as the reports are going slow, we are making the week challenge, to the person who deploys more informations to Adstutia will be getting the Adj spot ( of course it is just for those who are on the group) Anyway, here are the requirements to join it. [18:10:13] Radryl Allen: -Be at least a E-3; -Be able to speak more than one language OR: ---Be able to handle paperwork and be handle difficult situations. -Be able to do a barrel roll. ( Cough cough, take the portuguese classes, they are really useful). [18:10:21] Radryl Allen: That is all from Adstutia. [18:10:54] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. Any additional reports? [18:11:29] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. Moving along. [18:12:07] Aryte Vesperia: > Munitorum [18:12:18] Aryte Vesperia: There are several major notes to cover regarding gear and administrative advancements. Foremost, I would like to remind everyone that Munitorum is searching for two new administrative appointments. The application is available on the forums, located at: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/16561-recruitment-munitorum-adjutants/ [18:13:18] Aryte Vesperia: The opportunity time window has been expanded on account of limited interest demonstrated by applicants. This is unfortunate, as the role is a great opportunity to meet administrative requirements for advancement while making a realistic impact on Munitorum capability and work flow. I highly encourage any NCO with the time to consider the chance, especially those wishing to pursue career growth beyond junior NCO status. [18:14:34] Aryte Vesperia: These sorts of appointments are rare. The chance to get into an administrative slot is something to pay close attention to. [18:16:44] Aryte Vesperia: Development wise, I would like to discuss some recent gear updates and releases pending for the near future. Munitorum has been hard at work preparing technologies for the Ordo, both in completed productions and preparation for models. First off, the long-awaited Infernus update is approaching rapidly. The new mortar will feature a more efficient firing ability, with a lot lighter model (prim wise). Additionally, we can expect more potent mortar round capability, with the inclusions of a time-delay “bunker buster” shell to defeat enemy positions. [18:18:26] Aryte Vesperia: Second up, the main Ordo HUD is soon to be updated. The grenade types are being expanded to include the anti-mine device, a DOT grenade, and something incredibly unique. The latter of the options will be a restricted use device intended to grant Ordo personnel the capability to contend with armor that filters our standard devices. It will not be permitted for normal circumstances. Additionally, various tweaks—such as a modification to the barricade to no longer regenerate after destruction—will be coming with the update. [18:19:34] Aryte Vesperia: Next, the multi-GL is quickly approaching a release level. For those who have participated in defense lately, you have more than likely seen me running amuck with the Tonitrus. It is an amazing weapon, with the ability to maximize squad volatility massively. It will be joining our armory in short accord, pending final checks by Tsume Xiao for quality assurance. I can say with certainty it is a very effective weapon that all personnel will benefit from. [18:20:21] Aryte Vesperia: The Enforcer will also be receiving updates to include new technologies: ray casting beam weapons. The beam weapon will supplement its torpedoes, permitting the Enforcer to do devastating damage in situations where missiles would potentially bounce. No specific time scale on when this shall be released, however the change should be relatively simple to complete. [18:21:27] Aryte Vesperia: Although not specifically administrated by Munitorum, Astra’s new advanced fighter, the Phantom, is slated for review and release by the 15th of this month. I am particularly excited to see this project come to an issue stage. The Phantom shall serve as our primary air dominance weapon, replacing the Predator in future combats. [18:22:27] Aryte Vesperia: And finally, the last gear update I would like to discuss tonight is the sniper rifle. We will be replacing our current weapon, the M11, in the near future. Rather than simply having a . . . sort of pointless addition to the armory, our new rifle will also feature ray cast abilities to greatly enhance its lethality in trained hands. The weapon is not yet named, however it is modeled and shall be a bolt-action device. [18:23:20] Aryte Vesperia: Moving right along . . [18:24:11] Aryte Vesperia: > Archetypes [18:24:21] Aryte Vesperia: Final review of the Archetypes are now available: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/16643-ordo-policy-archetypes-10mar12/ [18:25:09] Aryte Vesperia: Although some revisions may be made for practicality, the basic outlines are there. These shall serve as our underlying policy for all core components. All that remains is the creation of gear elements and deployment of the classes into actual working pieces. [18:26:08] Aryte Vesperia: As future developments of these are dependent upon gear, we have reached a waiting period. As such, I will be devoting my free time toward developing our media/recruitment/propaganda core until the gear is prepared. After gear is hammered out, I shall revisit this project for total completion. [18:27:18] Aryte Vesperia: I look forward to seeing total deployment of the archetypes and definitely feel that these shall serve as great sources of development and entertainment for personnel. Thank you to everyone whom has demonstrated interest and provided input during the creation of the policy base. [18:27:51] Aryte Vesperia: Next up . . [18:28:03] Aryte Vesperia: > Extra-Curricular Activities/Races [18:28:09] Aryte Vesperia: Per our development plans in the revision projects, the policy and groundwork has been put together for RLAV races. The total list is available for view at: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/16645-ordo-policy-rlav-races-10mar12/ [18:29:01] Aryte Vesperia: The design of the course and policy is intended to accommodate everyone. We will begin planning semi-routine race opportunities in the near future, so keep your eyes peeled for the opportunity to participate. One key note: ownership of an RLAV will not be mandatory. Temporary RLAV will be provided to all those interested in participating. [18:29:57] Aryte Vesperia: > Keynote [18:30:17] Aryte Vesperia: The keynote this evening shall be homework. If you have not read it yet, please take the time to review: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/16606-on-overcoming-adversity/ [18:30:20] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you~ [18:31:16] Aryte Vesperia: Annnd on that note, I am going to go make coffee and sit around being tired. I'll be on TS3, but I am gonna hop off for a bit to try to wake up. I'll be on if needed. Get them raids out. Have a wonderful night and thank you for coming! [18:31:26] Aryte Vesperia: Dismissed. The opportunity has arisen to detail events and remind the collective membership of the Ordo for the good of all. The nature of occurrences may be jointly described under the topic of meeting and overcoming adversity. Nevertheless, the two examples that shall be underlined here are on two ends of the spectrum: one internally and one externally related. Foremost, let us approach the internal affair--the matter of adjusting with the times, whether it be accepting punishment or recognizing a necessity for making individual efforts to evolve to maintain a position of authority. The former of which specifically describes a situation in which a member of the Ordo violates regulations and is prescribed punishment other than ejection. Let us be certain: any punishment that is not ejection is an opportunity for improvement. It is an act of mercy. The latter describes situations in which personnel maintain positions or membership without any sense of commitment or ability to perform. In the matter of punishment, let us first consider the purpose of issuing reprimand (or punishment, as it were). It is, without exception, an act of conditioning with intent of shaping an individuals behavior to conform with the group norms. Punishment should not, nor shall it ever have any other goal under my leadership. That said, it must be reiterated: when an individual receives any form of punishment other than an ejection or banishment from the Ordo, he or she is being provided the opportunity to demonstrate fortitude and the willingness to improve. Individuals whom bear justified reprimands well and summarily demonstrate the capability to grow beyond the event are often hailed as mature and worthy of reward more readily in the future. This is directly rooted in the fact and understanding mistakes occur-- however a mistake is neither malicious nor a continued error if the individual in question acts to correct that mistake. On the topic of evolving to maintain positions of authority, we must first differentiate the act of being ineffective from the act of breaking a regulatory bound. It must be noted that, in many cases, individuals who maintain positions (or membership in elite stations) are certainly violating a regulation of some sort by lack of performance, but the culpability behind violations are rarely malicious-- as such, it is not the same as, say, purposefully engaging in friendly fire. That said, individuals in an ineffective status are treated a bit differently. In the Ordo, it is my goal and driving mandate to coach and provide career advancements. As is, every officer will or has already received a one on one session of discussion. These are career centric feedback sessions, in which areas of success and failure are detailed to build an action plan for the future. This same general theme permeates throughout the group, in the form of PRFs, IAC interviews, office hours, unit reports, et cetera. However, there are times in which feedback is either ignored or not executed. It is in these times that an individual is deemed ineffective in their role. At the officer level, it is my responsibility to handle ineffective membership. Over the last month, we have dramatically cut back on members of the Tribunus. It must be stressed that said reassignments are in no way punishments: some individuals are simply inactive with real life, others are more fit for enlisted service. Of the some . . . I believe, twelve reassignments, only one has opted for total retirement. At other levels, it is the unit command or divisional command’s responsibility to handle ineffective or inactive members. They do so routinely, via assignment to inactive rosters or coaching individually to encourage meeting of minimum criteria--such as the raid necessity for elite squads. In the very least, every individual is provided a fair chance at obtaining a role they so desire, maintaining that role, and coaching if performance in that role proves to be lacking. However, I bring this up to note: no amount of coaching shall ever inspire any performance unless the individual in question has the desire to perform and the commitment to step up. The Ordo shall provide the tools and the means to succeed, but it shall always be in the hands of the individual to take those tools. Now let us turn our attention to the external element. Specifically, I speak of interactions with other groups and separating anxiety from combat. There is a general sensation of fear that, if a battle does not end favorable, that some sort of repercussion shall follow. That is hardly the case. What I expect is only that operational mandates, which are specifically designed to enforce excellence and make an unfavorable outcome unlikely, are followed. Such as: proper raid approvals, proper use of skills (such as ART) during combat of any sort, escalation of arms, and use of reinforcements. With certainty, I can assure everyone that provided there is no gross negligence on part of the participants, no sort of repercussion will be brought upon any Ordo combatant if a battle ends unfavorably. Simply be very sure to use your tools, expend your resources, and fight valiantly. Our enemies are very “win/loss” centric. Our common foes as of recent thrive upon attempting to exploit areas of weakness. In short, if this were a hypothetical battlefield in continuum: our enemies are attempting to attack our convoys and lightly defended outposts. They take cheap shots to score some level of sense of “victory” on their part. Head to head, we would annihilate them without recourse--and often do. Think of combat in that perspective. Let us use Chaos for an example. Last night, Chaos hit us hard with a large force, utilized banned technologies to gain the upper hand, and captured all of our points before Ordo reinforcements arrived. I could sense the frustration and the sense of “we lost, this is terrible.” Frankly, we did not lose anything. From a tactical standpoint: the enemy took territory, we retook it upon reinforcements. That is not a loss. Look at it from a historical lens. At the Battle of the Bulge, the German army took a whole lot of territory and made headway. The Allied forces were pushed back temporarily. But the Battle of the Bulge certainly did not spell Allied defeat. The German army, at the end of the day, lost huge amounts of men and material, ultimately expediting their total defeat. The Allied forces fought and made the Germans pay for every piece of ground, until reinforcements and reorganization permitted a total repulse of the attack. I expect the very same from the Ordo and view it very much the same. Make the enemy pay for every piece of ground they take, fight valiantly, muster reinforcements, and then crush them utterly. From an objective standpoint: sure, we lost our points. That is unfortunate and we should certainly strive to maintain our objectives. At times, that really isn’t possible. When we are faced with huge odds and no ability to mitigate enemy abuse of our rules (tracking missiles and flak on infantry, in this case), it relatively mitigates and sours any enemy success with a giant blanket of evidence in the necessity of the enemy force to be underhanded. Should we let the aforementioned perturb us? Not at all. Nor should we get into a habit of sullying combat under the pretense of “X group did Y to win, and can’t win otherwise.” We should simply focus on fighting hard and fighting to the best of our ability. We can not expect our foes to respect us or respect our rules. But we can expect Ordo members to be the absolute best, at all times. We can expect Ordo members to defend the homeland tirelessly. And we can expect Ordo members to decimate our foes abroad with unmatched zeal. My ultimate point: Chaos (and other groups) are hardly winning by relying on taking pot shots at us. Sure, destroying our “convoys” or engaging small pockets of troops can give the enemy a sense of “victory.” But at the end of the day, they are only poking a monster far greater than anything they could possibly handle. At the end of the day, we will dominate them on the field of battle and will continue our existence years after they dissolve into rabble. We have all seen this before. We all know it to be quite true. The Ordo is, for all intents and purposes, unbeatable. Because our members are unbeatable. So as long as we stick to that, we have nothing to be concerned about. Ever.

Disappointing that you'd take this option after the discussion we had. You underline the time spent, yet opt to bail when you receive a punishment for behavior. That is unfortunate and puts a sour note on a good career. Nevertheless, respect where respect is due. Thank you for your time and best wishes for the future.

Take care!

The teen grid groups have launched some sort of crusade against the main grid. Over the last week, both the Mercz and we were assaulted daily by a combination of Osirion and New Rome. Occasionally, we would see the participation of various other main grid groups on the side of the teens. However, it is notable to underscore that the 2142 are “in our boat.” 2142 has pledged assistance to any main grid group when facing the teens. Thus far, our combat with the Osirion/New Rome folks have resulted in great battles in our favor. They have, however, put a lot of hurt down on Badnarik, causing us to have to deploy to assist. [18:19:46] Aryte Vesperia: The application pool will likely close next Saturday. Selections will be made within a few days of the queue closing. [18:20:23] Aryte Vesperia: > ART Changes [18:21:13] Aryte Vesperia: As part of our ongoing revision projects, ART has received some major policy revisions to promote a more critical atmosphere of using the materials as a base line of performance. You can find the total list of policy notes here: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/16560-ordo-policy-art-03mar12 [18:22:12] Aryte Vesperia: The major changes to note: foremost, classes hosted by me will be tailored to qualifications. Anyone who has graduated from ART as a Tier 3 may now host practice sessions that may be used toward qualification reviews. In other words, you may participate in a practice session prior to my course and go directly for a qual. There are specific requirements for a session to be ART specific practices, including: a briefing period in which specific ART materials are addressed by the instructor or by designated participants; documented notes on performance of the individuals on ART specific materials; accountability to ART related materials based upon the Tier presumed during the training session (ex: Tier 1 session focuses on battle buddies, whereas Tier 2 focuses on fire teams). [18:23:31] Aryte Vesperia: There are also specific requirements to document the participation appropriately. Be sure to review the policy. [18:23:47] Aryte Vesperia: Now, another big change is that ART is now considered to be a mandatory practice for /all/ training and performance. Even if you are not Tier 3, if you are hosting a training session, it must incorporate ART level education materials to be a valid training. The specific policy is: ART-VII: Individuals whom are not Tier 3 (Myrmidon) rated, but are hosting a training session of any sort, are required to ensure core components of ART are still adhered to. ART shall be considered mandatory performance, as such, any combat session that does not at least include: battle buddies, short hand communication, and effective medicing shall be determined to be unfit training. Some exceptions may apply for flight and vehicle training. [18:24:50] Aryte Vesperia: If you /are/ Tier 3, be sure you do read the policy. There are several notes that pertain directly to you. [18:26:47] Aryte Vesperia: > Archetypes [18:28:13] Aryte Vesperia: Next up: lots of progress to report on the Archetype front. The three classes have been determined—their names aren’t in stone, but the basic idea will remain. Commissar, Psyker, and Tech-priest. The decision was made based upon niche and the ability to differentiate between their particular skills sets. All that is left before work can begin on implementation is a list of specific items available and their abilities. I am looking to have that complete before next weekend. [18:30:03] Aryte Vesperia: Notably, we have built the idea of maintenance into both the archetypes and the ART series—the idea that it is necessary to really keep investing into the designation to keep it. The maintenance requirements are not steep, but it does underline enough to keep folks engaged to keep the perks. [18:31:10] Aryte Vesperia: The commissar shall be a leadership oriented designation, with heavy investment in combat/administrative skills and the maintenance of morale. Additionally, commissars will be required to think critically about proactive improvement to their divisions. They shall have a sort of mini-project worked into their routine for ascension and maintenance of the end tier role. [18:32:43] Aryte Vesperia: The psyker shall fit the role for individuals who are more individually centric in combat prowess. Their requirements are orientated around performance in combat and participation in raids. I am eyeing an additional requirement into the tree, or making expenditure of QP needed in the tree in order to make this designation more balanced. As is, the psyker class does appear to be simpler to climb than the other two. However, it will receive a lot of critical review in the way of properly handling arms escalation. [18:35:02] Aryte Vesperia: Lastly, the Tech-priest designation shall be our engineering/mechanized centric role. Rather than separating the two out, it seemed to fit more appropriately to combine the elements into one core archetype. These individuals will be pretty technically inclined, in the sense that requirements are heavily invested in both owning and understanding gear. Potentially, these individuals will be able to add a good weight to our defense/repair abilities, while permeating a greater sense of education on the use of gear throughout the organization. [18:37:20] Aryte Vesperia: As is, there are no additional plans for further classes. We will see how these three go before pushing any further. Full implementation is still some time away, but we are definitely pulling closer and closer to seeing the introduction of these. [18:38:40] Aryte Vesperia: > Looking Ahead [18:39:26] Aryte Vesperia: Next week a very highly anticipated game is going to be hitting the market: Mass Effect 3. Without a doubt, I will be partaking in that cocaine right along with the majority of you. I speculate that most of the military community will be equally addicted, but I urge everyone to be in tune/available for actions. We should endeavor to keep our minimums in check, while additionally being prepared for any large assaults by our normal foes. [18:40:08] Aryte Vesperia: It goes without saying; I am always very appreciative of your time investments, but more than ever will I be appreciative if you continue making yourself available while binging on ME3. Trust me, with a full time job and a second full time Ordo to keep me busy, I’ll be aching to go save the universe and kill Reapers. Nevertheless, I have responsibilities and you do too. So don’t forget about them! Thaaank you. [18:41:48] Aryte Vesperia: And that concludes this week's meeting. Thank you all for coming. Let's get dem raids out before Osirion tries to attack us, haha. I'll be around all night preparing for an officer appointment tomorrow. :} [18:41:50] Aryte Vesperia: Dismissed! [18:41:50] Aryte Vesperia snaps his fist to his chest, presenting a brief salute. [17:59:40] Jeffery Worbridge: pop [17:59:58] Aryte Vesperia: Meeting start time: going forward please be certain to hold your comments and questions until given the opportunity to speak. Failure to do so will result in a dismissal from the meeting. [18:00:09] Aryte Vesperia: Statistics Members: 310 (inactivity purge; 10 removed) Cadets: 12 Applications New: 8 Accepted: 2 Denied: 1 Review: 5 Operations Defensive: 108 Offensive: 20 Allied Assist: 0 [18:00:37] Aryte Vesperia: Diplomatic notes for this week: operations and political standings remain steady this week. We have had no notable shifts, outside of steadily increasing run ins with the Alliance Navy. Thus far, our interactions have been primarily on the offensive at the AN’s new region. Unfortunately, thus far we have experienced some politicking around gear permissions. This is rather out of the norm for the Alliance, considering their religious investment in explosives and tracking missiles. In other news, we have been routinely beating New Rome into submission. Their leader spends the entirety of the battle silent, ignoring attempts to cooperate, to promptly throw a baby fit and claim victory (despite being stuck in his own spawn for the whole fight). [18:01:05] Aryte Vesperia: As a side note, Badnarik is being attacked by a massive amount of TG armies right now. We've a team there helping their defense. So be vigilant for potential .. TG crusade attempts. [18:01:37] Aryte Vesperia: Unit reports this evening? [18:01:39] Disembodied Hand raises his hand for Astra. [18:01:46] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Hand. [18:01:55] Disembodied Hand: Overall, Astra had a really good week. All flights and Palaestra report good or great activity, with several tasks completed as well as a large increase in Astra pilots. Because of the boost in activity and enlisted pilots "Caellum", a third wing to better manage activity. This third wing would free our most active up for our primary wings, Reapers and Aquila. Combat wise Astra took out a notable amount of raids this week, and will continue to do so. [18:02:05] Disembodied Hand: On a development front, Astra is nailing down final decisions on new tiered merits to be added that will better reward our pilots for specific tasks. Doing so will allow us to put Ace pilot on a pedestal as it were, making it a more elite merit. These will hopefully be rolled out in the coming weeks to reward our pilots for their dedication and skill in a more accurate way. Merits aside Enforcer is officially being rolled out to qualified pilots as an OIC discretionary death dealer, and Letalis mods and air cavalry systems are officially in que to be developed. [18:02:13] Disembodied Hand: That is all from Astra. [18:02:52] Hollowmengitus Yifu raises hand for Terra. [18:03:16] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. Mr. Yifu? [18:03:22] Hollowmengitus Yifu: COHORS A: > A-I, Invictus: From Pr0wer Miles: In a time of bland weekly summaries, the readers looked crossed eyed and with a bit of drool on the side of their mouth as the keyboard looked more like a pillow with each passing second. Invictus was sure to be another boring report that most would oversee for sure…but with nothing but raids to report it became harder to find something of prime interest to entertain the masses. So the CO thought long and hard of all the potential that hadn’t be used from previous meetings and knew it wouldn’t be easy as the clock drew nearer to the deadline when it hit him…write about how it sucks writing these reports. [18:03:51] Hollowmengitus Yifu: > A-II, Evalidus: From Huttser Ishelwood: Nothing much to report this week, looking forward to the completion of the Chronus training ground, initial training runs on the sim have proven to be rather interesting. Aside from that, A-II still has a few slots we're looking the fill, so if your interested contact either Huttser Ishelwood or Awanken Wasp. [18:04:12] Hollowmengitus Yifu: > A-III, Insidiae: From Mackenzie Macbain: Many an enemy came, saw Insidiae before them, and were sent home in pieces. Glory to the empire. Insid FTW! [18:04:27] Hollowmengitus Yifu: > A-IV, Praescius: From Afevis Sodertelge: Nothing new to report. If you would like to join contact either Afevis Sodertelge or Liam Macalroy. :] [18:04:37] Hollowmengitus Yifu: COHORS B: > From thatguy Andel: More and more going on with Cohors B these days, congrats to Riff for making the XO of B-I. Activity is picking up on top of Genesis contacting everyone in B-II. Kudos to that. Looking forward to more meets and greets, more raids and trainings, and more general activity all around in Cohors B. [18:04:47] Hollowmengitus Yifu: MISC.: If you fail a promotion exam, you can redo it. That said, get doing them thar promotion exams. [18:04:59] Hollowmengitus Yifu: That's all from Terra. [18:05:20] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. [18:05:25] Aryte Vesperia: Any additional reports this evening? [18:05:27] Radryl Allen raises his hand for Adstutia. [18:05:27] Drasamax Python raises hand for the IEA. [18:05:32] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Allen. [18:05:53] Radryl Allen: Good evening ladies and gentlemen, it took a while but we finally got some informations. Sadly we had some delay during two weeks because "someone" had been trying to interrupt our working by contacting exactly the people that we talk with to get informations, anyway there are the news! New organizations coming up, so Tactica, get ready! [18:06:13] Radryl Allen: We have two new organizations coming up, one of them is SCI, the group already makes part of the UBC Alliance together with ISA and Meggido, but for now they still under construction, so we will keep looking up to see when they will open. The second organization is called by SHIELD, they are also under construction, we got a confirmation, and they are also looking for a Alliance with Ordo. [18:06:32] Radryl Allen: Also, FRAG just gave Megiddo and ISA their materials full perm, so expect some more explosions and all that stuff. But at this point some of you already saw that during the raids. [18:06:46] Radryl Allen: Anyway, moving up, Adstutia still looking for members! As some of our guys are being a little busy with RL we need some people to handle their paperwork, besides of course, get your own missions! Here are the requirements: -Be at least a E-3 -Be able to speak more than one language OR: ---Be able to handle paperwork and be handle difficult situations. - Be able to run like a crazy incase they decide to shoot at us. Also bring some potatoes. [18:06:53] Radryl Allen: That is all from Adstutia. [18:07:28] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. Ms. Python? [18:07:47] Xoza Tyron raises hand. [18:08:15] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Tyron, while Ms. Python relogs. [18:08:28] Xoza Tyron: The Chronus build team is happy to announce that Chronus is open and operational now. You can find more information on the Munitorum forums or go check it out and please utilize it as much as possible! If you have any questions or further ideas. Please let me know! That is all. [18:08:51] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. Very good work. [18:10:04] Aryte Vesperia: Drasamax, have you returned? [18:10:07] Drasamax Python: From myself for The Imperial Education Administration: 17 Schola classes, 7 Armatura classes (Seperate Modules), and 1 NCO-A Ludi Class. The Armatura rewrite has Modules: C-3, D-2, D-3 complete this week. Getting closer to the next step of the rewrite process. That is all from the Imperial Education Administration. [18:10:49] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you. [18:10:53] Aryte Vesperia: Final call for reports. [18:11:04] Anlysia Gregoire: Want me here, or later? [18:11:09] Aryte Vesperia: Go ahead. [18:11:30] Anlysia Gregoire: Hi there, I'm Anlysia. I'm the fancy head honcho person of the Munitorum division. We make the shiny things that put the bullets in the bad men. We are presently looking to expand our repretoire of people in a new direction: Some more non-developers. We have two new openings for NCOs that we're looking to fill. [18:11:37] Anlysia Gregoire: First; an NCO Adjutant to primarily manage our revamped and relaunched beta-testing program. This is foremost a paperwork position, where you select and oversee beta-testers of new equipment, collect reports, etc. Second; another NCO Adjutant to do some forum management, and maintain our third-party weapon database. Due to changes in LSL and the Estate Tools, our previous method of testing weapons doesn't-work anymore, so we're working on a new method that doesn't require Estate Admin. [18:11:45] Anlysia Gregoire: These two roles would also cross-interact a bit, in case of unavailability by one or the other person. If you're interested in applying for one or the other of these positions, I'll direct you to this forum thread: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/16494-ordo-munitorum-operational-manual/ [18:11:51] Anlysia Gregoire: You can read over some more specific information about the jobs there. If they sound like something you'd be interested in, we'll be posting up a thread taking applications for the positions in the future. If the idea of being a beta tester in general interests you, we're also going to be looking for those at an upcoming date. So keep your eyes open for information about that. [18:11:59] Anlysia Gregoire: (Yes that was long. Read it in the log later.) [18:12:02] Anlysia Gregoire: (I'm going back to bed.) [18:12:45] Aryte Vesperia: Excellent. Piggy backing off that: [18:12:49] Aryte Vesperia: > AiR Opportunity [18:12:57] Aryte Vesperia: Another opportunity related to open positions: the AiR is actively seeking individuals interested in starting a career within our intelligence department. Selection will be incredibly stringent, but anyone interested (who meets the criteria in the recruitment post) are cordially invited to give it a try. [18:13:24] Aryte Vesperia: Recruitment into the AiR is a rare and exclusive feat. New applicants are encouraged to keep their candidacy entirely private. Any indication that your application has been revealed to others will result in a removal from the opportunity. If appointed, new AiR members can expect a long period of service in a passive role, assisting the AiR in various tasks as part of a probationary period. [18:14:02] Aryte Vesperia: Even upon making it beyond the application status of enrollment, there will be a great deal of heavy scrutiny before an individual is granted a standard operative status. [18:14:33] Aryte Vesperia: The AiR routinely engages in lengthy, entirely covert investigations aimed at providing internal security to the Ordo. It requires its members to be capable of handling difficult situations, potentially disturbing information, and be willing to maintain absolute secrecy during and after service within the AiR. [18:15:28] Aryte Vesperia: Additionally, Mr. Bleac has something to say regarding the AIR. [18:15:40] Aryte Vesperia: Mr. Bleac. [18:15:49] Ron Bleac: Yes! [18:15:58] Ron Bleac: The AiR is pleased to note that Guardsman Scarlet Flaks has been placed into the Overseer post and will be assuming command of our commissariat of Internal Affairs. Flaks has served with the Agentes for an extended period of time and has accrued an outstanding service record with the Agentes and the Ordo itself. The Agentes have faith in his ability to protect and serve the Ordo, her members and her legal government against all enemies, foreign or domestic. [18:16:23] Ron Bleac: What does this mean? [18:16:50] Ron Bleac: Well, effectively, Flaks will be in direct control of all assets that maintain our daily security activities. He will be responsible for investigations into illicit activities within the Ordo and the removal of persona non grata organization wide, in tandem with Officium Curia. [18:17:15] Ron Bleac: Don't be afraid to say Hi to him. [18:17:24] Ron Bleac: Thanks! That's all. [18:17:36] Aryte Vesperia: Excellent, thank you. [18:17:38] Aryte Vesperia: Next up: [18:17:45] Aryte Vesperia: > Promotion Exams [18:17:49] Aryte Vesperia: As a general reminder, all personnel seeking to pursue elevation within the Ordo are encouraged to take promotion exams. Promotion exams are /minimum requirements/. As such, completion does not guarantee elevation. It is simply an effective way to note you are ready and willing to move up, by putting your name into a queue for consideration. [18:18:32] Aryte Vesperia: Individuals who do not wish to complete exams certainly do not need to. It simply means you will remain at the rank you’re currently in. Furthermore, please feel free to take as many exams as you would like: you may take all of them, even if you’re an E-1. It’s perfectly fine to get ahead! [18:19:17] Aryte Vesperia: As a side note, keep in mind as part of the minimum requirements, there are also time limitations. You can find all of these under the promotion menu on the Firefox database. [18:19:32] Aryte Vesperia: Moving right along . . [18:19:39] Aryte Vesperia: > OIC TISRP [18:20:00] Aryte Vesperia: Big kudos to everyone who has been stepping up to the plate to hold OIC! It is great to see how quickly people have been racking up points. Please keep track of your time: click the board and let me know if you reach one of the thresholds so you may be rewarded appropriately. The first threshold is 75 hours—it used to be 50, but folks were getting to it too damn quickly! Haha. [18:20:33] Aryte Vesperia: Again, if you notice you have reached a threshold (list here: http://forums.ordoimperialis.com/index.php?/topic/10326-ordo-policy-awards-qpprfs-and-special-rank-provisions-26dec11/) drop me a notecard or just nudge me. [18:20:51] Aryte Vesperia: Unrelated to the TISRP, if you have an Ordo title . . . the merits for ‘em are complete. If you have not had it added to the database, nudge me for that too. It’ll automatically update your merit grid after it is added. [18:21:21] Aryte Vesperia: Next up: [18:21:23] Aryte Vesperia: > Sunday! [18:21:35] Aryte Vesperia: Tomorrow is the last Sunday of the month. What does that mean? Free day. Casual attire approved as of 12:00 PM SLT. We will be relaxing for the day, but all business functions will continue. ART included. Have a good day off. :} [18:23:13] Aryte Vesperia: On that note. I am going to sneak off and go eat. Meeting a little early today. :} Go use the time to kill things. Actually, stay alert on account of the ongoing combat in Badnarik. [18:23:22] Aryte Vesperia: Please be sure to keep Titan secure, but feel free to go raid. [18:23:29] Jeffery Worbridge: yeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyy [18:23:33] Aryte Vesperia: Thank you all for coming. It was a great week. [18:23:36] Aryte Vesperia: Dismissed. [18:23:37] Aryte Vesperia snaps his fist to his chest, presenting a brief salute. [18:23:39] Maverick Garfield salutes. May God lead us to victory. [18:23:39] Zerowinged Vasiliev presents a clean salute, "Guardsman Vasiliev. . ." [18:23:39] Drasamax Python salutes! "Fidelis ad Mortem." [18:23:40] Jeffery Worbridge slaps his left arm across his chest and states, "Glory to the Imperium! Pro Patria." [18:23:40] Kasumi Quartz salutes, " Ruhm zu dem Imperator" [18:23:41] Tala Spingflower Salutes. :D! [18:23:41] Azimuth Summerwind salutes! [18:23:41] Disraeli Calderwood salutes. [18:23:41] Corinth Resident salutes! [18:23:42] Awanken Wasp thumps his fist against his chest for a salute "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit !" [18:23:45] Riff Petrov salutes! [18:23:45] Shizzerk Kostolany salutes! [18:23:45] BurrWolf Qin salutes! "For the Glory of the Imperium!"
